Great restaurant, would highly recommend! We ate here for dinner on a Saturday night. We are foreigners visiting Istanbul and we were concerned we would not find a table on Saturday night. It was easy to book via WhatsApp. Our table was in a cellar with stone walls, very atmospheric, and there was live music. The food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. I have had Turkish food before and this seemed to be quite authentic. All around us sat young Turkish people, which leads us to think that is not just a touristic place but a spot for the locals too. All in all, I would highly recommend!

Very good service and fresh food for a very reasonable price. The Haloumi salad with oranges and the köfte are my secret favorites in Istanbul. We ate a lot and paid for two (soups, salads, main dishes and meze) 15 Euro per Person. Totally worth a visit.

This is definitely a great restaurant I would like to recommend after two weeks eating around as a foodie. First, the restaurant location is very special, the downstairs part of the building is over 300years, and above the ground part has 150 years history. Also, the food is truly good. After getting tired of kebabs and all type of oily dishes, they have very nice Turkish food. The ingredients they use were also very good. More than that, the live music band they invited to play is definitely great. We had the chance to closely look how they play the Oud and the beautiful happy music also made our dinner unforgettable. Also, they didn’t keep asking tips like other crazy tourist places. The price of food (include 10% service fees) for two person is still very good (5 small dishes + one main course + one soup + two desserts + drinks +10% service fees -> 14.6 euro per person) . And definitely worth the price. :D

It is a great place, truly one of the hidden gems of Istanbul. The food was fresh and tasty, especially köfte and atom. The atmosphere of the place is also one of a kind, very beautiful indeed.

We had a great evening yesterday and the next time when we are in Istanbul we will go here again!

Super good! Downstairs you sit very relaxed and with nice music. The food was good. The bread was fresh and the wine tasted amazing. It’s not cheap but we paid for quality and service.
I would recommend to escape the craziness of the city.

We loved this restaurant. We celebrated here our wedding and everything went perfect. The food is very tasty and of a high quality. Prices are more than fair. Staff is very friendly and professional. Especially Aladdin is such a nice and considerate person. Thanks to Aladdin we were two times in this beautiful restaurant. I even made a photo with him, since he reminds me of my English teacher, who also was a great person.
Additionally, live music is very entertaining there, and later you can even choose what songs you'd like to hear and also dance. When I visit Istanbul next time, I will definitely visit this restaurant again.

We went there in the evening just to get some drinks and watch the "show" downstairs. The singer was amazing, the atmosphere was very local, with people singing along and drinking Raki. The only downside is that people smoke inside. Would definitely recommend visiting for the evening performance downstairs.

On Saturday night, with live music, and all the guests singing along, it was such a magical experience. Interior, food, staff, everything is really authentic in a nice way, but the vibe is really next level!

That is a hidden gem. We stopped for a drink while having a stroll around Istiklal and were impressed with the service and great prices.

For someone who travels a lot, It’s rare when you get the full experience in the center of the most popular location in Istanbul!! I personally preferred the lower floor, the music, the food, and overall vibe was amazing. Lower floor (the cellar) is also very convenient for business dinners and meetings.

Most importantly the Wifi is fast and the service is good!
