This place is likely a 4 star hotel considering room sizes, the lack of a kitchen and other amenities like a bathtub or jacuzzi. Still really enjoying the stay. It's three second nicest hotel that I've been at. The first was the Aria in Vegas, but I also paid about 5x more per night

I don't know where the place stands in the 4 or 5 star debate but I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were kind and polite and helpful. They upgraded me for free because I was staying for so long. The view from the rooms is beautiful. The rooms are pretty standard size, but the finishings are very high quality. I also loved the buffet in the morning. My only complaint is with maybe the maid services. They often interrupted me and would open the door while I was getting ready. But it's a small quibble. It was a lovely stay.

Hotel was very good. Staff was very nice and almost too efficient. Having 2 different servers asking the same thing within 3-4 minutes of each other. Still in good condition but you can see small deteriorations in Spa area but no big deal. Waiter Mehmet was always polite and always checking so everything was alright. Polite young man with good future.

What a lovely 5 stars hotel. Everything was perfect, from A to Z. I also work in a 5 stars hotel and I can tell that I was amazed by this one. Despite of a little lack of English from some staff members, their sense of service was so communicative. They really care about service. Every single thing was so perfec. The room service is very nice compared to most of hotels. They have a big fitness gym and all the machines are premium, a lovely wellness (very beautiful) and such a big breakfast room. The breakfast was very very various, plenty of choice there ! I highly recommend this hotel. Bonus : there is a lovely mall (5min walk from the hotel) 😉

My husband and I had a lovely and relaxing stay at the Elite Grand for three nights. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and our room was spacious with a great view of the water. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and ready to assist. Izzetin was especially helpful with our meals and room service. Zeke was also great. I would definitely stay here again. The location is not ideal for tourism as a taxi is required to get to most tourist spots, but considering the value it is still worth it. We wished there were more English language options on the TV but it wasn’t a big deal as the WiFi worked very well.

The views here are really good. The service is prompt and considerate. A lady on the named Benan was very polite and friendly during the breakfast service, as was the rest of the staff. Would visit again.

Enjoyable experience overall. My partner and I spent 10 days at this hotel. Throughout the 10 days we had a very pleasant experience. The service overall was okay, truly nothing crazy for a 5 star hotel. Although I will say this is probably due to many of the employees maybe not speaking good English and the fact that I can’t speak Turkish. Although one employee named Yusuf completely made the entire service experience SOO much better. From welcoming me everyday to breakfast, offering to bring my food to my table, checking up on me and even bringing food up to my room when ordering room service. Absolutely amazing employee. If it were not for his actions alone, I would consider the service very average based on the standard that this is an “five star hotel.” Aside from that the hotel is beautiful. I enjoyed the view from our room and the set up inside was also nice. Although I did run into a issue with the toilet switch three times throughout my stay & had to have maintenance come to my room three separate times till I spoke to the front desk about this issue and asked to switch rooms. The rooms are a good size only complaint was the maintenance issues with the toilet.

Exceptional service! The room service attendant Yusuf was incredibly friendly and accommodating. His warm demeanor and genuine hospitality truly enhanced my experience. I appreciate his attention to detail and cheerful attitude. Highly recommend their service and asking for Yusuf specifically because he will definitely make your day!

First time here in Istanbul and staying at this hotel made the experience wonderful. Rooms were clean and elegant. The staffs hospitality here are above and beyond especially Mehmet in the dining breakfast experience. Nothing but 5 stars here. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Elite World Grand Hotel was very pleasant. The staff was quite helpful. Miss Benan was extremely nice and sweet with us, always receiving us with a smile on her face and ready to help us at all time and for that we’re very grateful, she really made us feel comfortable here.

Coming to this hotel has been a great experience. The hotel is impeccable, spacious and comfortable rooms, the views of the city are very pleasant but the experience of having breakfast at the buffet was a very pleasant experience. Very vast and delicious. Everyone is willing to make guests feel good. In our case Mehmet "Breakfast area" was attentive to our needs and made us feel better than at home. Thank you Mehmet and thank you to all the staff of this wonderful hotel. I'm sure I'll be back!

My experience at the hotel was great. Somebody I will never forget is the bellhop/Room service guy Yusuf. He was so helpful with everything. Gave me great insight and information on Istanbul. Extremely good service. not that we just had a great conversation. Very personable, hard-working guy. The hotel is very nice. The only That was a little off was A little frustrating at times was the room got really hot the air-conditioning would turn on and turn off. Other than that this place is great. Great breakfast beautiful pool great staff I’ll come back again!

As soon as you step into the hotel you're greeted with a clean and fresh lobby filled with helpful employees. Had a chance to use the Hotels own gym which was clean inside out and had 2 friendly and knowledgeable trainers to accompany you. Fresh towels and water jugs were placed for convenience which was great. Really enjoyed my time would recommend.

Really lovely place to stay. Stayed during a hair transplant I received in Istanbul. All staff are super friendly and the food is great. Melek was an especially good hostess, though every single staff member have been amazing :)
