Hotel Palmeras Beach

the rooms and public areas are very clean. very beautiful green garden. very tasteful lobby and lobby bar. the food is delicious and everything is enough. dishes and glasses clean. the service staff are polite, smiling and not too pushy. you can get sparkling wine in the lobby bar. the hotel is of sufficient size, everything is close. the spa is very clean and the prices are also reasonable, we took a package that included a hammam, exfoliation, mazaas and a face mask, I looked so fresh afterwards. I am in Turkey for the fourth time, and based on that, I can recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is more like 3-4 star hotel. The service is amazing and workers are very friendly and caring, would go an extra mile when asked for a favour.
The facilities are a bit scarce with some machines in the gym not working properly, the kids shows starting at 9pm felt late, but overall we were quite satisfied with everything for the amount we paid for 7day holiday.
The location is good, 2 hours by bus from Antalya bus station which is about 5 euros per person if looking for an econom version.

About the hotel in general - compact, clean, beautiful. Everything you need is conveniently close.
Rooms - not big, but clean and comfortable. The room has a TV, a minibar (water every day, soft drinks at the beginning), a balcony, air conditioning, and a bathtub in the bathroom, detergents, towels. We also had a brand new mattress on the bed.
Catering - a lot of fresh, olives, a selection of bread, meat, fish, cheeses and, of course, an insane selection of cakes. We think everyone will find something. For example, one morning there were six egg dishes prepared in different ways. In addition, a snack bar from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., where you can make burgers, enjoy fruits and drinks.
Bars are on every corner. The selection of drinks is sufficient. Soft drinks, coffee, tea, beer, wines, sparkling wine and various cocktails. There is something for everyone.
Entertainment - Monday to Saturday. In the morning gymnastics, dances, water aerobics, etc. Different shows in the evenings (Turkish, circus, Latino, etc.)
Children's club - we didn't have children with us, but we constantly saw them in action.
It was 26 degrees in the pool at that time. The slides are open and there are plenty of sunbeds everywhere.
On the beach, you can be both on the sand and on the pier. Both places have sunbeds and shelters.
Near the hotel is the center of Konakli, shops, bazaars and a bus stop if you want to go to Alanya.
It is also possible to go to the Hamam (for an additional fee). We also took massages. Thanks to the wonderful spa team. Super good everyone!!!!

Nice hotel with lots of fun for all ages. Welcoming and memorable people. Very funny entertainers. I have been to many countries and many hotels, but this one makes you come back. You can choose a hotel with nicer rooms or longer slides, but you won't find such fun people who would do anything to make you laugh and have such a good time. This place helped me a lot after my mother died and made me want to live again. Thank you!❤

Had a nice experience staying here. Enjoyed everyday of activities made of animation team, which was really interesting and never felt boring. Food was nice and tasty, drinks also had a good taste. Would recommend to visit this hotel. Was really nice. Big thanks to animation team.

Loved this hotel. A small language barrier in English sometimes but switching to Russian solved everything. Food is good, rooms are cleaned every day. Avoid meat from the grill as I believe it's lighted up using spiritus (smells like that at least), so meat from the grill tastes exactly like spiritus as a result... all other food is good. Large selection of salads and cheeses, desserts. Food is largely the same every day but the large amount of variation makes up for that, I stayed one week and never ran out of options. Plastic straws which is refreshing and great, I hope they keep it up. Sauna is free but hamam is paid, I went for a paid session and they then tried to upsell me some more massages, that took away from the relaxation experience, but overall hamam was good. Souvenir shop with cheap magnets (1-2 euro) is part of the hotel, photo service as well which was really fun (shoot itself is free, you pay 5-7 euros per printed/emailed photo depending on size). Animation is great and is also for adults, for example, they did a fire show and acrobatics. The staff is incredibly nice and sweet, which I can imagine is difficult - some guests are very rude and wasteful with regards to food!

Locality of the hotel is great, it is very close to shops and pharmacy (5-15 minutes of walking depending on where you want to go).

Points of improvement: large gap between lunch and dinner (5 hours), you can get food by going to the ice cream bar or snack bar but options are limited. Slides are "open" only a couple of hours per day. Pool closes at 19:00. I would have preferred to swim at night as well (let's say at 10PM) and use slides all day. Beach bar open until 5PM and lifeguard available until 5PM, I would have preferred to swim in the sea after 5PM as well including bar. Beach towels can be picked up only from 8AM until noon - why?! But in practice you can pick it up later as well. Public toilets are often dirty but obviously the guests are to blame for that. For us the transfer from airport to hotel took 2.5 hours, it's pretty long - but not the hotel's fault, of course.

Overall - great hotel, I really enjoyed my experience and I would recommend it.

Only the best reviews for this hotel! The food is varied and extremely delicious, the service is very polite. The environment of the hotel is cozy, rooms are clean, so spending time here was really fun. I highly recommend visit massages, there are working amazing professionals, and the prices don’t bit at all compared to the quality of the services, you will not be disappointed! The presence here left only a positive impression:)

A group of my friends and I travelled to Turkey for the first time and stayed at this hotel. We are more than happy that we chose it. The rooms were cleaned daily (clean towels + trash taken out + washed floors). The food was very good - everyday there was something different to eat. Even if there were similar things, there was so much food, you could eat something different everyday. The location of the hotel is very close to Alanya, only around 20 minutes by bus + super close to the bazaar and a couple steps to the town center, where there are restaurants, malls and shops. You can walk around and see a bit of their town. The Hotel also has its own private part of the beach. You walk out through the hotel pool straight onto the beach. Very nice location! The staff is very nice and helpful - depends what you need, but you are able to get help using the english language. Polish not so much, although there are some staff members who understand. The animations were great, shout-out to the 2022 animation team - Yasmina, Dasha, Anya, Mr Boyka, Danil and Denis - very great animators, super nice, very energetic 😁, helpful and knew how to encourage and engage guests in their daily games and activities! Overall, we give this hotel and Turkey 5*. You made our first trip to Turkey one that we will never forget 🙂

Great Hotel. Best for its price. The territory is small but it is full of plants. Very friendly animation team. Tasty food and big variety of alcohol.
Do not take food to a room to avoid ants there.

Good hotel with a variety of food and friendly staff, by the beach and full service. Everything is great. Only the rooms were old and the bed was very old and not comfortable.

Palmeras’s super! Animation’s super! Turkey’s super! We had a great holiday thanks to the whole personnel. The animators are super friendly, the waiters are super polite. We liked the food as well. The location is good, in the center of Konakli village and on the beach as well. Alanya city is in 15 min by bus, the bus stop is in one-two min by feet.
We are highly satisfied and strongly recommend Palmeras!

October 2021. Very nice hotel, convenient location in the center of Konakli district. Polite Russian-speaking staff, large territory, hammam, gym, swimming pools, varied food, everything is delicious and fresh. The beach is good, there is a pier.

Wonderful place , whit nice food , service and good animation team , whit many game's and good music. I was been there 2021 in October the water and weather was perfect. Special thanks to pool gay.

The hotel is fine, the animation is super. But the best part of the hotel is the sisha guy. Great hospitality and a lovely time with him. A big 10.

We had an amazing stay in 2021 the food was great, kids pool is fantastic, our 2 yrs old son had so much fun, the hotel area garden is beautiful and big, beach is ok but very small, the hotel pier is amazing, we had lovely walks in the evening during sunset, hotel is located almost in the center of konakli next to 2 shopping centers and other shops - bazar cafes, close to hotel there are taxis so you can get easily to beautiful alanya :)

Very good food all in times and activitys are very good to ,but wifi and rooms keys are not working conditions requently,and beach volleyball isnt good enought because hotels balls are nt for the professionals ,cheepiest stuff and net is lover dimension 2,25 m
