SENZA The Inn Resort & Spa Hotel

Booked to go away for 3 nights and after reading the reviews was quite nervous what to expect. We were greeted on arrival and our room was really nice and clean and the view to the pool was amazing. The location was great as all shops and beach was walking distance. They had an amazing Aqua park and the evening entertainment was great.
The choice of food was ok but it was coming to off season so was expected. The snacks were amazing with a choice of burgers, pizza, chips etc.
Overall a very pleasant trip and will definitely reccommend.

It's the best hotel I have ever been
The service was amazing they have a really nice manager anytime I had a problem I talked to them they helped me and they solved my problem but the reception there is one lady and also one guy with long and gray hair they are not nice and not helpful at all and they are so rude to guests .
there food was really fresh and delicious everything was organic
Their alcoholic drinks 🍻 were so nice and they make any type of cocktail you want also they have a really nice Turkish massage I recommend to try it .
The only problem they have is the cleaning service of the room was so poor they always forget to put shampoo, toothbrush
Or charging the refrigerator and we should tell them to put it I was here for 12 days and they put a toothbrush just once and the shampoo was horrible it made my hair dry and falling .
And the elevator didn't have good ventilator so whenever you go in lifting you feel shortness of breath 😑and also they didn't have that much plan and show to do but they had a good club and also most of there show or there music was for the Russian people even though they had a lot of gust from different natulity .
But the rest of it was good also pool was so clean and the personnel were so nice and helpful
In total I like it if they solve out this problems they can become best hotel

Beautiful place the only down fall was you had ro pay for Internet and the iron and safe in the room you would think for a five star hotel these things would not cost extra! Some of the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Good customer service, rooms are cleaned every day. On level -1 . They have shops which are reasonably cheaper than the outside bazaar. Aqua park is best. Beach is around 300 meters y. Shuttle service to and from beach every hour from 9.30 till 5.30.
Food is best. Different bistro restaurants to enjoy food.
Free juice and fizzy drinks.
Really enjoyed.

We had such a shocking experience with the night staff when we first arrived. Everything that could possibly go wrong went wrong, to the point they asked us to move hotels if we weren’t happy with the atrocious service they were providing. The following day, Katriona I believe her name was, she was ace. Thank you for making sure we had a great time at Senza. You were amazing.

I had read reviews and was a bit worried. To be honest we had a lovely holiday. Its not a European 5 star hotel but the staff tried really hard to help in any way they could. 90% of staff spoke English and absolutely love British guests. The food in the buffet is a little cold but huge selection if you want to try food from other countries. The restaurants in the hotel were really good.

Good hotel, with good entertainment. Enough food for everybody and delicious food. Clean rooms and pool. Barmen Omer made the best drinks in hotel. There were delicious. Other personal was too friendly. Much German and Polish people with children.

Exceptional stay.... Friendly staff who all worked tirelessly to make our stay comfortable.... At times didn't even need to leave the hotel as everything is available on site.....

Nice clean comfortable Big rooms , very helpful and friendly Personel, great Food by great chiefs, nice sandy beach, water sports, animation and entertainment all we want is here I am glad to be here second time and will come back next year again

Very nice hotel. Me and my family had a great stay. Tge rooms are clean,food is excellent ,staff is frendly and always supportive. Great value for money. I suggest you hire a small electric car/bike next to the hotel(outside) and go around the area.
The wine was horrible and alcohol too was awful. But you can buy it from the shop next to the hotel. I took wine sultanye-it was great!!!

Absolutely fabulous hotel, very professional staff throughout the building. Reception staff are really sincere and friendly Manager Hassan, mehemat, Ahmet and Fezvai were supportive and informative always at hand when we required assistance. Food and drinks served at the hotel was exceptional and added benefit with the snack bar serving lovely burgers and also wonderful biscuits available at the patisserie lounge was great! Entertainment team were fantastic day and night working hard to please all. Water park was really nice and enjoyed by the kids especially ice cream time! by the pool. Rooms spacious and very clean kept in good standards. Thank you all at Zen Senza Hotel will definitely be returning room no 4057.

Great family hotel with amazing activities and play area for children.

The only things I can say about this hotel is: perfect, excellent, beautiful, wonderful! For all! Also kids loved this hotel 🛏

Would recommend great area and service was above and beyond not alot of English speaking people but was not effected
