Aria Resort & Spa Hotel

Excellent hotel that knows hot to impress guests! We had a fantastic family holiday at Aria. Rooms were very clean and amenities well looked after. All members of staff are amazing and really know how to entertain and are excellent at communicating. There is plenty of activities during the day and fantastic night entertainment show. Food is very good too, plenty of options for vegetarian guests.
Overall excellent value for money and definitely worth visiting. Thank you Aria Resort Spa for making our holiday perfect 😊

We arrived at 2:00 a.m. in the morning. The concierge and reception service were fantastic. I travel with a nearly 2-year-old and an 8-year-old with special needs.

There were a few things that were raised up with guest services (Gulay)whom immediately fixed those concerns and was very hospitable.

The hotel is very beautiful and based in a fantastic location as everything is very close.

The pool staff are amazing and incredibly safety conscious. They were also fantastic with my son who has special needs.

Aria has met all our expectations and more! We had a great holiday thank to the hotel’s staff. Everyone is so polite, caring and very professional. Service was exceptional!
I would like to personally thank Samet who works at the restaurant for taking so good care of us. We were always trying to sit on his “section” because he’s service always made our day and we felt very special. I was watching him serving other people and it was obvious that he treated every single customer with the same respect and care. Very professional, always a smile on his face even though there were many customers to serve. Bravo! This guy should definitely get a promotion!
Food at the restaurant was really good and fresh. Lots of choices and never the same. Very impressive. Some of the nights there was an amazing violinist playing while we were eating and it made our dinners even more special. His music is so beautiful!
We also had a chance to eat dinner at the “fish” restaurant and again it was absolutely perfect. Delicious food and excellent service.
Aria hotel has changed my whole opinion about holidays in Turkey. We will definitely come back next summer because we absolutely loved it. Couldn’t be better! Rooms are so nice, fresh and clean( huge thanks to housekeeping for doing an amazing job)
The beach is so clean with soft sand under your feet, lots of sunbeds and nice snack bar.

A hotel where the pictures definitely don't give it justice. A week here and we just didn't want to leave. Staff were great especially Vlkn the entertainment manager. Beach was so peaceful and calm and never once did me or my partner worry about sunbeds. Food was great and had variety especially the Turkish restaurant. Drinks were all good aswell. All in all would go back again.

Fantastic resort, even though we were in Block B (may be across the road, but accessed through a very wide, well decorated underground passage) , everything about the resort is first class. We were All-Inclusive, and the food could get a bit samey, but the quality was excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location is excellent, on the beach with its own pier, with plenty of sunbeds. The putting of towels on sunbeds is not supposed to happen, but does. Just join in and have a fantastic time. The whole family had a great time.

Me and my daughter stayed there for 9 days. We were very pleased with the hotel. Despite the weather not being kind to us :), we felt like at home. The room was very nice. The views from the hotel amazing. All staff were doing brilliant job and they were always there for us. The only thing I would recommend -
is to warm up the water in the indoors swimming pool and the makeover of the gym but this is only in case when the weather is bad and also ice creams should be available by the beach all day for the kids :).
But definitely I would like to revisit. Greetings for all the staff working there as you guys make the hotel a wonderful place to be at.

Cannot fault the service and staff, from the
moment we walked in. The room was lovely
and the sea view is great, highly recommend
Food every day was delicious, thank you to all
the cooks, from breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The cleanliness was always a priority, which
is great to see, from the rooms to occupied
spaces and pools. Everyone works hard for
each person staying, whether you're a family
or a couple or a lone traveller. The themed
nights are great entertainment and time to
dress up! We will definitely be back!
Upon checking out, they also gave us a
complementary stay for an hour over check
out time, which was highly appreciated. I
would recommend using the spa in the hotel
and doing the scuba diving offered on the
beach!
My only negative is not enough deck chairs
around main pool, and people reserving with
towels, we're not fussy but saw quite a few
people disappointed as they're was no were
to sit and the pool was practically empty but
all chairs taken with a towel.

Hotel is very nice. Clean and beautiful.All the staff are friendly and professional. I would especially single out the waiters in the restaurant, Mehmet and Emre, a slightly older lady who cleaned our room, Ali Emre on Recepcion, Kemal in Hotel, and Emre on the beach. I would like to say, everyone have to come and see.

The first time when I saw pictures about the hotel, I knew this will be the perfect one. After one week staying I can say it was the best choice. The hotel is beautiful, clean, with a lot of activity and the best foods and the sea is just a few steps away from the rooms.
And it's not only the place, but the people in it.
Thank you for the professional and kind service Samet Tanir, Ibrahim Yeter, Agah Payam, to the animator, Özge Kendüz and to the best bar man, Mehmet Özyurt who is mixing the most delicious cocktails and service them with the biggest smile.
It was a dream, felt like heaven and home. Thank you for everything Aria team, you made our holiday special.

We had a perfect stay at Aria. The beach is perfect, great access to the sea, we also built a lot of sand castles. :-) The pools and waterslides are also nice. We had no problems to find sunbeds at any time of the day.

The staff was really nice and helpful, although some of them could improve their English a little. There is plenty of food, one can chose from local cuisine, grill (meat & fish), on some nights we also had pizza. Also a lot of veggies and fruits were offered. You can get popsicles (once you find them, they are quite hidden) but only 2 hours a day - why can't the freezer be out the whole day? Waffles are also offered only for 1 hour each day, of course everyone wants them and there was a big queue - here the service could improve a little.

The drinks were nice, although we could tell they are saving on alcohol (but which all-inclusive hotel is not?). Usage of plastic could be reduced, at the end of our week I felt quite bad about all the plastic that we used (e.g 2 dcl bottles of water - everyone drinks a lot in the heat, why not put 1l everywhere?)

There are only 2 elevators in the hotel and they are super-slow, during lunch and dinner hours it was much easier to use the stairs - even with a 2 year old ;-)

Not many people use the gym when they are on vacation, my husband did, though, and he had a tough time there. The AC is only turned on when someone is using the gym (so it's hot as hell the second you start working out anyway).

In summary, we really did enjoy our stay at Aria. I definitely recommend this hotel for families with children.

Our holiday in this hotel was 7* service with lovely staff and so welcoming, the rooms were so clean . We were very thankful to the tall dark haired waiter in the morning shift so efficient, And the photographer cengiz korkmaz he was very good at his job definitely worth getting your pictures done by him who is on site of the hotel , can’t wait to come again 😍

The hotel is set beautifully on the coast. Very clean and all the staff extremely kind and helpful. The catering team were brilliant making every meal enjoyable. Food was tasty and plentiful.
Beach and pier were picture perfect. The pools slides were great for kids. The entertainment team made the trip even more enjoyable with there daily activities. The spa staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. The masseuse were very good. All in all a great experience. Would definitely recommend and plan to visit again!

What can I say but AMAZING!!! The care that you get here is superb,,I am here with my son and like he said “ I feel at home in this hotel!”
I think that’s the biggest compliment that you can get. Food is amazing,, bed is comfortable,, hotel is superbly clean and they are all working with smile! Everything is on hand ,, beach is few steps from hotel,, restaurant also as well as pools.. I have to especially mention few people that are impressive in their service ,, little girl that works at lobby bar her name is MELEK what a great little worker she is ,, she memorised what we drink and every morning with a smile she would just bring us our coffee,, and EMRE waiter in the restaurant // this boy works as it’s his own hotel,, so polite and genuine person,, he is defo manager material!! I WILL BE BACK⭐❤⭐❤⭐❤⭐❤⭐❤

Gorgeous place beach steps go straight to the white sandy beach and turquoise sea. Staff might not speak Engliah very well but that does not compromise the service. Food is really good but think the free alcohol may be watered down a bit.

Visited Aria resort and spa in May 2022 as a group of 10 friends. Excellent food, drink and service. The hotel appears newly refurbished and it was extremely clean with nice furnishings.
The main highlight has to be the food and drink - there was so much on offer, 24 hours a day! They also catered well for vegetarians.
The pool area is nice with 3 slides, and the beach/decking area is great for relaxing too.
There's a basic gym with a nice indoor pool and spa area. I would definitely recommend getting a Turkish massage.

Perfect !!! It’s beautiful! The staff is perfect and kind. Food is good!! Everything is good! The reception are very kind to and helpful. It’s really a perfect holiday place. Entertainment team was perfect also. The kids enjoyed

the best vacation I've ever experienced, the hotel's approach is bombastic, the waiters are smiling and prompt, everywhere is beautifully clean, the bars are great, you don't have to stand in line for a long time, a great vacation for me.

I booked Aria resort very last minute and only a couple of days before arrival, the hotel is very new, only 2 or 3 years old, right by the beach, great price/performance ratio, the rooms are clean and unlike what some of the comments said the food quality is good and has a lot of variety, most of the staff were very friendly and helpful specially the guys at the pool bar, however some of the staff in the lobby bar, spa and animation team were grumpy and rude. Overall we had a good vacation.
