Long Beach Alanya

Great hotel for whole family, a lot of attractions for everyone. Kids love this place, the food is good, stuff is friendly and helpful, nice rooms. A lot of pools, private beach, gift stores, spa (sauna, massage, therapy), club for kids, bar near each pool, amphitheatre with shows each night.

I have really enjoyed the time in this hotel. There wasn’t even a single problem. Food delicious, very clean and a lot of fun everywhere. Big thanks to Eren from animation. He help us a lot and really took care of us. Can’t wait to be there again :)

Me and my family visited Alanya and chose Long Beach hotel and resort as our place of stay for 7 nights. Our dates of stay were the last week of August 2023.
Apart from a small miscommunication at the front desk upon check-in, our stay was a memorable one.
The rooms are modern and furnished well. The service by all members of staff we encountered was second to none. They would go out of their way to help.
The facilities provided by the resort are plentiful, especially for kids as there are ample activities for them.
The food hall is vast and choices of food items are large and made with good quality ingredients.
A stand out was the Spa facilities, although a tad pricey for the going rates in Turkiye, was well worth it.
We had 2 days of Ala Carte booked. Although the service was exceptional by the waiters and chefs, the food was underwhelming.
Overall, I would recommend this resort for a memorable family holiday.
Special mentions go to the one of the chefs Muhammed Musa; this gentleman went out of his way multiple times to ensure we were happy with our food. He even bought food out from the kitchen himself directly to our table! We were all in awe of this gentleman.

Abdurrahman and Hamzah, who are waiters at the food hall; always went out of their way to make our experience pleasant and never complained. Always had a smile on their faces and worked very hard all the time.
Finally, the housekeeping ladies for the rooms on the lobby floor (1135, 1138) were amazing. Nothing was too much for them. Unfortunately I cannot recall their names.
Please can you personally reach out to these members of staff and acknowledge them for making an exceptional and memorable impression to their guests.

This place is one of the best hotels to go to! The food is tasty, the attractions are fun and the hotels are big and clean! Five stars!

The hotel is great, there's really nothing I can fault. The food Is plentiful, there is something for everyone. The staff are fantastic. One thing I will say is that it is a little rough around the edges, things could do with a paint, bits and bobs are looking worn and rusty but that's just me being picky. It's located 20km from the city so unless you love the kids disco there's not a lot to do in the evening.

A wonderful hotel. We vacationed with family and friends for 7 days and it wasn't enough for us. We would definitely come back again and again.

Stayed with my family here 8 days. I will write bullet points so it’s easy for the readers to get the most info from this review.
- massive resort with 5 water slide sections for all ages including the big ones at the beach side
- tremendous choice in food (although a little repetitive) including very good deserts.
- you get to know staff at every area including restaurants. But you have to be willing to communicate and show friendliness. They look after you
- clean resort, no sign of mess anywhere
- I stayed in the villa (I highly recommend which has its own restaurant exclusive to villa residents and a private pool)
- rooms cleaned every day by maids
- pretty much round the clock food
- people are from all nationalities including brits. No issues. Friendly environment.
- communication with staff can be hit and miss. English can be an issue for them but sign language etc always helps like yes, no, pointing etc.

Before booking this resort, I had done a lot of research and contacted people directly through TA who had stayed at this resort to get a true idea of the place. They confidently recommended this place and hence I booked with my family of 5. The ultimate test is ‘would I stay at this resort again?’. Answer is yes, definitely.

- Tuna and Sahin at the villa restaurant
- Yousef at the snack bar and then at the main restaurant during dinner after 6:30pm

Excursions (must do):
- Green canyon (contact number on google)
- Scuba diving with Dolphin dive (based in resort next to the big water slides)
- Cleopatra beach and the teleferik (cable car to mountain)

Spa and massage: located near the villas in the resort. Highly trained masseuse. They have three packages to choose from and will always discount the price. But make sure you get treated for the full allocated time.

This is the second time we have come to Long Beach Resort, and they do not dissapoint. The food is on point, the service is amazing and the hotel is really clean. The personnel is really interactive and involved. Very good Hotel, definitely recommend!

I went to this hotel from the 11th April to 18th April and I must say that it is genuinely amazing. The service from staff was incredible and everyone was just perfect for a holiday with my family. I only wish I had more time because now I’m nostalgic about it! The beach, waterparks and pools are clean as was the whole hotel and there is a huge range of things to do. The food and drinks were a delight, the cocktails were good. The staff are friendly and polite and always try their hardest in their jobs. I would go back to Long Beach Resort when I return to Alanya in the future!

Best holiday I had in turkey.

From first moment we arrived at the hotel and staff very helpful and very friendly.

Receptions and Guests relations very professional and always helpful.
Very huge hotel with so many good activities for all ages.
Animation team doing amazing shows and very friendly. Every night amazing different shows as well.
Main pool near to the beach have amazing live music and nice cocktails.
You will never feel hungry in this hotel so many restaurants and big buffets and a lot selection of snack buffets and bars and four A la Carte Restaurant you can book with guest relations.

Best aqua park I ever seen. Hotel have two beautiful two swimming pools with aqua park for kids.

Hotel have mini zoo and Free lovely funfair as well.

Rooms very clean and well maintained and housekeeping clean it daily and restock mini bar with soft drinks and waters.

Hotel have very nice disco with good DJ specially on Saturday they do big event.

Beach only few minutes from reception and very nice and clean.
Hotel also provide free Wi-Fi and it’s cover all hotel.

Big well done for Long Beach hotel management and thanks to all staff for that’s amazing holiday. Highly recommended and I’m coming back again on October 🥂

We spent 6 nights as a family (3-5 years old kids). We had great time! The hotel was beautiful. There are so many things to do especially for kids so as parents we could find time to rest and enjoy our holiday. The negative things are: 1. Beach could have been much cleaner. 2. Smoking should be forbidden in and around pool sides and in amphitheater. 3. Staff should be more polite and well trained.!

A great hotel that offers everything a family with a kid might need.
Tasty and plentiful food options every day wherever you migh find yourself in the complex.
Pools and aqua park attractions all over the place for both young and old.
The hotel has a rich activity program which will surely have something for everyone.
While the hotel was full, there were no problems finding a spot by any of the pools or the sandy beaches.
The hotel offers several a la carte restaurants one of which is a fish restaurant where we were served freshly cooked fish and sea delicacies.
A big plus is the proximity to the Sealanya Dolphinpark Seapark, just 5-10 minutes walking distance and a cool place to take the kids.
There's a bazaar nex to the hotel which also has a pharmacy which proved to be very convenient.
The rooms with sea view while providing a beautiful scenery may be a bit too noisy as they face the road (our balcony door was also not sealing properly, letting in more noise).
Probably due to the summer season picking up speed, we also had to wait a bit more after the check-in time for our room to be ready (nothing major but can be a bit frustrating when you've been up since 3 in the morning).

Fantastic place to stay!! Despite mixed reviews for this place, we really enjoyed it, we stayed in the water villa the restaurant that catered for breakfast and dinner had a great variety, dinners changing themes daily, the barman (Osman) was amazing after the first night we had drinks waiting at the bar he remembers everything and really gives his all, as with the table service the staff were amazing.

We did eat at the main restaurant as we went for out on a day trip and breakfast is served earlier there than our restaurant, the food was pretty much cold all 5 of us had something different and had the same experience, what I did notice though were ignorant inconsiderate people who open the food pods and leave them open and walk off so by the time you get to them they are cold, not saying this is the reason but certainly doesn't help. So definitely recommend staying in the water Villas as we never had this experience there all the food was hot and a much better atmosphere.

Each night at the amphitheatre there was a show, different themes each night all really great fun, they last around an hour (9:30-10:30pm) then straight into the themed party around the corner if you wish to carry the night on.

Pools are cold once your in they are fine, they are very clean as with the hotel as you walk around they are immaculate.

House keeping was great, each day we had a different towel sculpture on our bed, rooms were very clean there was a bit of wear and tear in the rooms, nothing that takes away from the experience.

We travel quite a bit and feel this hotel, food (villa restaurant) and all inclusive was great value for money.

The sea side rooms are a bit noisy, as they face the highway and the windows are not very helpful in keeping the noise out, otherwise it is a wonderful hotel for a family vacation. Even though I am not a foody person, I really enjoyed the food.

Pro: The hotel offers great facilities for an active vacation. It is the perfect place for families. The food is ecellent. The location overall is good. The beach is on evarage level, but compared to neighbour hotels's beaches is ok.
Contra: The rooms in the Harmony part need renovation. There is no good isolation and the noise coming from the nearby main street is disturbing. Balcony doors and windows need to be repaired.

Hotel is the best so beautiful entertainment team and good personal so good smile face good I also love the food and desert amazing and the service is amazing to especially rumble

A huge facility, it has everything for a holiday. Unfortunately, almost no one of the staff speaks English. Such a super hotel cannot afford this!!!!
