Mr. Yousef was very helpful with communication. All doctors, staff and nurses are very friendly and caring.

Great clinic for expats. Mr. Yusuf will help take care of everything for you - his English is good. This clinic has 5 star services for all the srvices they offer. They also offer a very quick turnaround of the results with all the reports in English if you need them so.

Everything was GREAT. The location is right in front of Findikli halte bus, the clinic is very clean, the Doctor and all the staff was very helpful and polite, some of them speak English and the Result was very fast, I was waiting there not even 2 hours. I did General medical examination for my new job. Mr.Josep was very responsive, He answered all my questions about price etc, also assist me at the front office. The best clinic in Turkey for a marine medical certificate, professional staff and not a high price)

I took my husband to Galata poliklinik on our second day of stay in Istanbul due to abdominal pain and swelling. Upon arrival, the doctor examined him and suspected appendicitis and after running a few tests he turned out to be right. The clinic has great facilities and is comprehensive from a - z! They were able to complete blood works as well as abdominal scans within an hour or so! I was very impressed with how quick everything was carried out.We were very pleased to have stumbled across it. It was truly much better than we'd expected. The staff were friendly and
professional we felt safe and very well taken care of whilst being in a foreign country.. the clinic is very new, clean and hygienic and I highly rate the level of knowledge and expertise. Do not hesitate to use this facility.

A nurse in other clinic told me about this place, as a tourist I didn’t know what to do, once there they all spoke English and help me a lot, they all are nice and servicial. The process and consult was so quick and easy. Cost me 1200 TL, sincerely I was expecting a higher price, I’m glad it wasn’t. The place is in a very good spot and it’s very nice and clean

I called looking for information regarding a rabies vaccine that I needed after being bitten by a stray animal. They were very helpful: provided a phone number I could call where I could ask in English; and also told me which hospital to go to to get vaccinated

I want to thank the doctors and medical staff of Galata Poliklinik Istanbul for their efficient and friendly medical exams for the Ukrainian seamen. First, it is a very competitive fee, and secondly, you can get your certificate on the same day. Last but not least, the policlinic is located very conveniently near Taksim within walkable distances from numerous budget hotels and on the T1 tramway and metro/ferries/busses interconnection.
