Outstanding hotel in the quiet area of Mustafapasha! A oasis of lush gardens in this surreal, outlandish rocky Cappadocia, amazing design, beautiful room, quality and excellent taste in everything to the smallest detail. Either the hotel was not fully occupied or it is so designed that we had the feeling we had all this heaven to ourselves! No time limit for breakfast was a wonderful touch! Outstanding services. Beautiful, cozy spa, with the most adorable deer-eyed little young lady from Bali, Dwi, who made an art of each and every massage! 🙏 There is not one thing one could complain about this place, unless one gets tired of quietness and birds chirping! One little detail one must consider, though, is the fact that there isn't any kind of alcohol served on the premises, so no glass of wine to go with the beautiful surroundings!

We really like the hotel, we enjoyed the rooms, facilities including the options on the breakfast. The personal was very kind and helpful. For sure we will come back.

What a great experience.

Few things stood out.

+lip palm in the bathroom
+each towel, bathrobe was folded in the cloth pockets
+pillow menu inside a little pillow, very cute 😍
+ring tray inside the safety box

Negative

-in room service tea is awful 😖, lipton. Can't have such tea in that kind of a luxury hotel.
-no coasters for glasses
- restaurant is not up to the standard for this hotel, neither service or quality of food.

A Wondrously Opulent Oasis.

Our young family was made to feel very special online right from the moment we booked our stay, Selby was in touch with us right from our country of origin.
The team prepared an immaculate in-room birthday surprise for our young daughter, showing the level of care the team exhibit.
Activities include Micro Car riding, Pony riding, Pottery Classes etc all of which are supervised by a very talented, exuberant and family-oriented team.
The Restaurant team are truly incredible, the impeccably well dressed manager and his team really do go the extra mile when presenting the expansive breakfast spread!
Here I had the finest organic Lamb Chops I have ever tasted.
Perhaps one of the nicest family hotels I have visited, the architecture and attention to detail are second to none.

The hotel is self sufficient growing the produce on site which you can really taste.

Alone or with a family you will not regret staying here.
10/10 across the board, with a remarkable team!

This is one of the finest & most luxurious resorts we have been to, thus far.

We checked in here for a 4 night staycation in the 1st week of January 2023. Being off season, it seemed like we had the entire resort to ourselves.

Beautifully spread out property, very plush design with lots of antique tea makers, coffee pots and hand made carpets all dating back to the 18th and 19th century.

We were served a very refreshing welcome drink along with Ajwa dates. Check in was processed rather quickly by Mr. Hakan and he briefed us about the facilities and offered to show us around once were settled in.

Words cannot explain the beauty of the landscape, the rooms, the fountains in front of the rooms, a luxurious twist to ancient tents in the desert.

Super comfortable beds with a menu to choose pillows from.

Coming from the UK we were so happy to see the faucet/bidet.
Very good shower.
Enough hot water to fill the tub.

We loved the spa facilities that has gender separate steam, sauna and turkish hammam.
A huge indoor common pool that operates from morning till 3 noon for women and then till 10 pm for men. We had this place entirely to ourselves during our stay.

The resort has its own restaurant Zefran where breakfast is served through out the day which is another big plus so that you can sleep and have breakfast even at 12 noon or 3 in the afternoon.

The best breakfast spread we have ever eaten in our lives served by the wonderfully friendly and cheerful Ms. Samira.

We had dinner here twice and loved the food, wonderful salad by Chef Bengu Beyza, exceptional service by Captain Erdogan.

Several times we ordered turkish coffee and turkish tea to our room.
Turkish coffee came with Ajwa dates & mint water to clean our palate.
Turkish tea was even better.

This is a resort we will not forget ever and Insha Allah will definitely come back to.

Thank you Hakan & Ayabuk at front desk, Captain Erdogan, chef Bengu Beyza, and Ms. Samira at Zefran.

May the God almighty give you all the success you all truly deserve.

Staying at this five-star hotel was an incredibly unique experience that exceeded expectations. The campus offered a plethora of exclusive amenities, including the opportunity to interact with staff like "Esmat," responsible for caring for horses and chickens. We even had the chance to pick fresh eggs for breakfast, a service unparalleled in most places. The restaurant's personalized touch in preparing our self-picked eggs added to the exceptional experience. The hotel staff, investors, and designers deserve appreciation for creating a uniquely designed campus, featuring carpets, antique pieces, and handmade woodwork. This stay was so remarkable that I extended it from two to seven days. If you seek a distinctive and luxurious experience, this five-star hotel is a must-visit.

If I could, I would award this hotel a ten million-star rating. Every aspect of our stay was flawless.

The architectural design and cleanliness of the place were remarkable, demonstrating a keen attention to detail that was a delight to behold. The entire grounds were beautifully maintained, and a leisurely stroll around was often accompanied by the delightful fragrance of blossoms.

The culinary experience was exceptional. The presentation and taste of the food met the highest standards, providing us with the best breakfast we have ever enjoyed.

The amenities, including the swimming pool, sauna, and hammam, provided endless enjoyment.

We brought our 2.5-year-old son with us, and the hotel catered to him wonderfully. He had the opportunity to collect eggs from chickens for our breakfast, and he was thrilled with the pony ride they offered. He also took great pleasure in the on-site playground.

The service was unmatched. The staff was incredibly friendly, multilingual, and always ready to assist. They continually went above and beyond to ensure guests felt welcome in their hotel.

This hotel is a phenomenal place. We eagerly anticipate many more visits in the future.

Be aware that SPA centre is divided for men and women. Also, indoor pool is open for women in the morning, for men in the afternoon. This was a surprise for us, since we weren’t aware if this rule (we traveled as a couple). One more thing - soundproofing of the rooms is non existent, this could definitely be improved. Also, staff is very bad with English, which makes communication difficult at times.

Despite of the above - 5/5. Amazing service, wonderful complex, comfortable beds, breakfast beyond perfect, we enjoyed every second. All of the above which bothered me at the end didn’t matter because our stay was amazing.

Hi everyone, my decision to stay in this resort is completely spontaneous. We were not happy with the hotel we booked at the very beginning of our trip , we decided to rent a car and just check the possibilities. After 20 minutes of our journey, we suddenly we saw an oasis, an oriental fairy tale and sheer luxury that opened up to our eyes. Ideal gardens, landscapes, the cleanliness everywhere is such that you can eat from the asphalt, the whole architectural ensemble is done superbly, just a joy to the eyes. and I can still describe for a long time all the delights of this place, and the coffee museum and the zoo, and just an amazing restaurant, a hammam and much more ... but this is nothing with the absolute perfect service in this hotel, very hospitable staff who take care of literally sense of everything, creates such a warm atmosphere that you completely forget that you are visiting, as you feel at home, like the dearest guest. I especially want to emphasize the special attitude towards children, I have 3 of them and believe me, not the most calm age. everyone got into my situation so much that they literally touch my heart, because I have never met such love, warmth for my children. and I also want to note that everyone works smoothly and professionally, but of course under the strict guidance of Mr. Firat and the super lady Madame Gamze. Thank you, you are amazing and we will definitely visit you again! with respect and love Sofia

Amazingly beautiful luxury hotel property that's only 1.5 years old. Excellent staff, service and hospitality during our stay. The coffee museum was a nice touch and I look forward to stay at the newly built villas.

What an incredible hotel! The level of detail and thought that has gone into this hotel is mind blowing. The service was phenomenal and I cannot find a fault even if I tried. One thing that really stood out for me was the mosque on site. Usually, you'd be lucky to have a prayer room in a hotel but AJWA Cappadoccia has an actual mosque onsite with a separate ablution area for male and female. All the staff especially the receptionists were eager to help and made sure they could make my stay as pleasant as possible. Veysel in the restaurant went above and beyond and is truly an asset at AJWA. He showed passion and enthusiasm in the place he works which I truly admired. I don't visit the same hotel twice as I like to experience new hotels but this is the one hotel I will definitely be visiting again.

Best hotel I have been in my entire life. Rustem gave us a lovely tour, and what was incredible is the attention to detail overall but specifically to sustainability: everything is ethically done- no food waste, own organic produce, small animal rescue centre etc. The decor of the place is whole another level: high-quality materials throughout. Frankly, we felt lucky to stay at the hotel at the current price level before the hotel was discovered, and it would be priced appropriately to its grandeur and quality. and the best part? The hotel doesn’t have any music - just birds chirping, meaning that it’s a tranquil peace throughout...I think the hotel should be next on the Amazing hotels beyond Lobby BBC series.

Ajwa hotel is amazing! It's a new hotel and every thing is tastefully made. You will find the best staff here, everyone is very hardworking and courteous.

Zeferan is truly a hidden gem in Turkey. It's still undiscovered and it's amazingly beautiful.

You will find the best service here, the Manager - Mr.Ertugrul Sevgi makes sure that you have an amazing time here.

We are from India and are strict vegetarians. We faced many issues with food in Turkey but not Zeferan. Mr. Ertugrul truly brings the magic to this place. He went out of his way to ensure that our family feels comfortable and has a good time.

We can't wait to come back to this place, only for Mr. Ertugrul!!

This resort made the Hilton look like a hostel.
The service is impeccable, respectful kind, and humble staff who will talk to you in four languages. They will drop what they are doing to help you even if it is not their actual position to do so. They will give you ideas and recommendations on where to visit snd what to experience in Cappadocia (when asked, not pestering way).
The place was clean and open and the vibes were so relaxing.
The food at the resturaunt was so so good better than the local resturaunts.
The atmosphere and design and architecture of the place leaves you in awe and serenity. Like an escape from reality.
It is also family friendly, many children around yet there are spaces for them to play outside in so that you don't hear them or get bothered by them.
Honestly, I would 100% come back again and again and again if I can.

This hotel deserves 7 stars. All the staff are extremely helpful and very friendly, they made my entire family feel very welcome during our stay. The hotel grounds and rooms are very well kept, this was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at, very modern but still classy. The breakfast was delicious and all room service and lunch had at the Zeferan cafe was 10/10. Would highly recommend staying here - best experience in Cappadocia. The hotel is isolated and very serene. The service and overall experience was exceptional. Special thanks to Garip for making our stay pleasant. (Apologies if I have not spelt the name correct). Amazing hotel - will definitely be back.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in a very long time. The attention to detail is incredible. The staff are excellent and try to accommodate your every need. The rooms are very spacious and you can see that everything is brand new. The restaurant on the resort premises is also very good. Even though the hotel is a little far away from Goreme (around 150 TL by can) you get a sense of peace and avoid the overcrowding.
The whole concept of this hotel is family friendly. It has a lot of activities for kids (from pony rides and petting zoos to a playgrounds). With that said, the resort is alcohol-free which means they don't sell or cook with alcohol. If you think that will be a problem I suggest you call and check the current rules before you book.

This hotel and our entire experience was wonderful. The staff at the front desk is extremely helpful and welcoming and loved to share some history and show us around the hotel area. The breakfast was great and the people were so kind. The people here were great. Rooms were extremely unique, clean, spacious and beautiful. The location was quiet and peaceful and alighty away from the touristy area which we loved. Definitely recommend.

This is really the best hotel in Cappadocia! The hotel is even more beautiful than shown on the pictures and (all!) employees are friendly and goodwill. Further, we loved the concept as every detail of the hotel is well thought off and the standard of hygiene is a 10/10. The breakfast very varied and delicious as all served was organic (self made and harvested) and all our wishes were always fulfilled with a smile on the face! We would like to thank the whole AJWA team (especially Nur Hanil, Musa and Onur bey, Orhan and Mehmet Chef) an unforgettable time and will definitely come again!

From the second we walked in we were greeted with the best service. The hospitality of the staff is nothing I’ve ever experienced. Musa went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. He even organised for my family and I to come back to the hotel after our flights were cancelled back to Istanbul. I have never met a more generous and accomodating person! Firaat also was extremely helpful, organising the best tour for us. The rooms were exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished. Moving onto the the staff at the on-site restaurant Zeferan. What an amazing crew. Erdogan was a delight and so professional always keeping us smiling. Barish provided us with the best table service and did it with a smile. Loved meeting you all.
