Hotel Paradis Palace

We had a wonderful time at Paradis Palace Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, food was very nice and the hotel is located on the beach and in the middle of Yasmine Hammamet and The Old Medina. Rooms were cleaned daily and the hotel was very nice and clean. Would strongly recommend.

We visited November and the weather was beautiful, the hotel was a little quiet but that didn't stop the entertainment and service. Very attentive staff, a shop the sells all sorts from toiletries to tobacco.
Even for a vegetarian there is plenty to choose from at each meal from the buffet... you will not be hungry!!
The beach is beautiful with sunbeds available .. we were not charged extra for these.
Rooms were kept clean by hard working staff, we left a tip for them when we left.
Evening entertainment is fun and there is also a club that goes on till 2am for those who can stay up. We were in the main building and were nit bothered by any noise.
Air conditioning in room was working well if you needed it.
There are a couple of resident cats who are aways happy to come and say hello for a friendly pat !

Hi, I came back from this hotel a few days ago and decided to write a review.
We thought for a long time about choosing a hotel (one that would be affordable), most of them had really negative reviews that discouraged us from coming to Tunisia. We chose Paradis Palace because of all the hotels we looked at, this one seemed the best, and we were not disappointed :))
I will start by describing the strengths of the hotel because there are definitely more of them than the weaknesses.
Appearance and cleanliness of the hotel: when it comes to cleanliness, it's really okay, the ladies clean every day (the ladies only speak French, so you won't get along with them in English 😅)
The appearance of the hotel itself is also fine, although the hotel is a bit old (like most of these hotels) but I really have nothing to complain about
Food: The breakfasts were average. great lunches and dinners! A really large selection, everyone will find something for themselves, the biggest hit during my stay was pizza and hot donuts made by the lady 😁 if you want to skip the queues, come right away when they start serving meals, then there are delicate queues but also not very long (there are a lot of people so it's not surprising)
Breakfast and dinner were served in the internal restaurant and lunch and snacks were served in two external points close to the beach and swimming pool
Service: amazing service, everyone very nice and smiling :))
Animators deserve a special mention!! They were great, in the morning they run animations at the pool, in the evening - daily evening animations, and after evening animations they take care of the good fun of guests at the disco. They walk all day and encourage various activities, for example playing volleyball on the beach, they are very friendly, smiling, happy to talk to everyone. My favorite was Simon, this guy can talk in many languages, I think he knows all the guests in the hotel🤣 he's seriously amazing, your stay in Paradis won't be boring with him!
Beach and pools: The beach is nice and clean with plenty of sunbeds
There are as many as 3 swimming pools, one is the one with music and animations all day long, the other one with a slide, and the third one in the so-called "quiet zone" where there is no music, no animation and it is quiet, it will be good for people who want to relax in silence, there are also the fewest people around him. The pools are of different depths, so there is also something for children 😉 They are clean, but it's a bit more difficult with sunbeds, especially with this pool with animations, but I will describe it in more detail when I go to the minuses.
The hotel grounds: it is very large, the whole garden is really well-kept, there are beautiful palm trees, everything is really great!
Discos: daily from 11pm to 2am at the beach bar

Now let's move on to the worse parts:
Sunbeds by the pool: people can take them at 6/7 in the morning and come to them only after lunch...if you want to find 1 or 2 sunbeds next to each other you should be able to do it, but if you want more it can be hard :((
The size and availability of drinks: they are served in really very small cups, which means you have to go to the bar all the time and they are served only in one bar, which is, for example, far from the beach, usually drinks and beer are served in all, but also in tiny cups. It would be nice if you gave bigger cups ;)
The pool is only open until 6 pm: it's a small minus but maybe it will be important for someone
Bar close after 11pm: after 11pm we will not have a drink or ordinary drink, unless for a fee
In the rooms in the building until 11 pm you will hear loud music from the animation, it didn't bother me but it may bother someone so I'm telling you, but it's a small problem because if you choose a bungalow you won't hear anything

Generally, we recommend holidays in Paradis Palace, if we are ever in Tunisia again, we will definitely come by 😁

This hotel is great for a get away for all ages, the animation team are brilliant, with a special mention to simo and max. Always make you smile or laugh out loud with their antics, they make me feel like they are my sons with the way they look after me, they definitelymake my holiday.

Lovely friendly place to stay,lots to join in with at the hotel duringvthe course of the day on the resort from aqua aerobics ,beach volleyball ,pool ,table tennis or you could just relax by one of the pools or spend the day at the beach.
Manager was also very friendly and welcoming, as were all staff at the hotel.
Great hotel not to far from the old town by cab.
Entertainment team work very hard and are always engaing with guests during the day/ evening to encourage participation during shows.
Kee up the good friendly,welcoming atmosphere.

Here at the paradise palace again been several times now 5 weeks holiday and in January 11 weeks . Cannot find faults in anything the from reception staff the wonderful bar staff and waiters are there to look after you.the breakfast chef makes fabulous mixed omelettes or a simple eggs on toast there is a continental breakfast if preferred the dinner are fabulous also nothing better than Tunisian Soup there like the evening meal a good selection of recipes to suit every one being all inclusive the beer is Heineken along with a tunisian beer .spirits a good a wide selection of spirits included in the allinclusive package.the 3 outdoor pools the one indoor pool just take your pick ...sunbeds with cushions are plenty plentiful. No Rushing in the early hours live spain and Greece. The Animation team have plenty to keep you occupied in the day and put on a show every night stating with the childrens dance there is nothing I can say about this hotel the staff and facilities expect fabulous service. Great ambiance and definitely a hotel not to be missed if your comeing to Tunisia being retired I can come here 3 times a year in total 25 weeks a year definitely not to be missed Alan Wolstenholme

I loved this hotel! Our holiday was a girls holiday and what a fab place and fantastic staff!

OMFG. Fantastic. The staff here seem dedicated to ensuring you have the best time. The food is AWESOME. This is start of season, so when the disco opened on our seventh night it was noisy. Spoke to reception, got moved to a very quiet room. No problems. Absolute top level customer service. Wish I had the money to visit every month. Good for couples, good for families. Will definitely return. 11 out of 10.

Here at the moment it's packed to capacity , but the hotel copes amazing , Room is very clean and bright , see many cleaners all day everyday and they always great us with a smile . The breakfast , lunch and dinner is buffet style , but there is alot of different choice , whether you want to try a traditional Tunisian dish or pizza and chips for dinner its there , breakfast again a good choice , and many different dishes to choose from for lunch . Pool area is clean ,and waiters are always filling up your drinks for you . Beach is amazing , Annimation team are on the go all day and evening from water aerobics to zumba to water polo to just generally getting people to enjoy themselves , Obviously like any hotel the food and entertainment can be repeated if you stay more than a week , but that's not a problem as there's such variety ..we are very happy with our stay

Traveled a lot through Africa, this was our best experience so far. I see some people expecting a 4 seasons chain experience, but this is Africa for God's sake. Even for Africa it was a better experience then we had in 5 star on Cyprus and faaaar better then any in Egypt. I actually compared this one to Turkey. You have shisha bar, drink bars, animators working almost 24/7. We have no kids, but I definitely think this is a top noch place for families with kids especially. Now - LUNCH AND DINNER - OMG, mashAllah 🤣 we were sttuned. It was great!!!!! Bad sides - hotel staff super nice, but I see guests that are making a mess and Europeans complaining about hijab for example while visiting muslim country hahahhaha these people look like they never travelled anywhere and also they travel expecting not to see any trace of any other culture besides their own. Simply limited and I recommend them to read a book or two and enjoy other cultures. As Einstein said - tolerance is an indicator of your IQ. THANK YOU PARADIS PALACE AND SEE YOU AGAIN 100%

A hotel worth visiting. lots of palm trees, and the garden is extraordinary. the beach is beautiful, but there is a lot of grass that needs to be cleaned. there are many swimming pools, for children and adults, as well as a silent pool. if you want entertainment there is a team of animators Zico Dido Simo Bobo and Madi DJ who are very funny and for children Foufa is very kind and sweet. children especially love her. the food is ok, there is a lot of choice, from grill, meat, lots of salads, a bit spicy, but I like it. if you want to spend your vacation in this hotel, I highly recommend it! ❤✌🏽

Excellent holiday the entertainment team are brilliant they do their very best to keep everyone happy

Went for Christmas and new year. Hotel was quiet due to the time of the year, but standards didn’t drop. Food and service was of a very high standard. Entertainment was hit and miss due the time of the year. Hotel is located between new and old town (£3.50 In taxi to each) new town is quite run down but old town is a beautiful place to visit. Very cheap for food and drink outside the hotel. Weather was 22 - 25 Celsius which is amazing for Christmas. All inclusive prices are amazingly cheap and well worth it for an amazing Christmas break.

Tunisia has just opened to tourism after a long hard time of covid restrictions.
The room was clean, spacious, had everything required and the bathroom had complimentary shampoo and shower products.
The food was plentiful, with lots of choice. There is always something for someone and it is great to try different types of food. Whilst it may not always be piping hot, if you ask, they will super heat it for you. I never had an issue.
The hotel in general is lovely, with plenty of different areas to sit chilling or lie in the sun by the pools.
All staff members are so very friendly and try hard to make sure your time there is as perfect as it can possibly be.
The animation team are on a different level to what I have seen before. The try to make you involved in everything that is going on, but don’t over push you. A lovely set of people.
All in all, a great place to holiday and I would certainly love to return.

We went to this hotel the last two weeks of October and its absolutely fantastic 5 stars all around, As soon as we arrived the reception staff were exceptional and professional our rooms were available almost immediately the staff helped us with our cases to our rooms. The professionalism from there just escaletd. What really held this holiday together was the animation team lead by the legend scooby all the team jacky momo bobo dido ziko foufa and there manager sasllah. The animation are constantly making sure we are comfortable and feel welcome. I myself have been constantly involved in the team water activities and become a hotel legend they chant my name LEWIS, and whenever I'm not taking part the waiters are constantly on top performance bringing drinks I'm never sat there without a empty glass and I have izadean to thank for that. The buffet meals are not to be frowned upon you can always find something to your taste buds.

Basically to sum up this hotel and its people. From start to finish it's been absolutely incredible best holiday decision I have made and I look forward to bringing my son next year.

Where to start what an Amazing holiday we have had. We are sad to be leaving in the morning. The staff are fantastic and definitely made our holiday extra special bobo,Louis,fofha, suko from the entertainment team never stopped all day trying to speak to everyone and make sure everyone is having a good time. Always making sure the kids were fully entertained as well as the adults .I want to say a massive thank you to you all . Out waiter for the week Gamoudi was amazin really made us feel special. The rooms were super clean. 2 bottles of water left each day with clean towels and fancy designs likes towels made to look like swans on our beds again made it extra special for my daughter,bubble bath and shampoos left in the bathroom . The head waiter's went above and beyond to cater for us making us nuggets and chips for the kids. I highly recommend this stunning hotel. The views and beach are amazing ,pools are beautiful snd clean.we can't wait to come back again.

The hotel and staff are polite and professional. I came in January which is their winter. Hotel is cold, room as heating so is good, WiFi only available in certain areas, not in the rooms. Food is nice, but served warm not hot, but they will heat it up if you ask then to, generally they will do most things if you as.

It is a nice place where you can rest and relax in its gardens and swimming pools, good service and friendly staff. Clean room and furniture. Near to the sea and not far from the downtown. Easy to get to the hotel by taxi. Good place to stay in a holiday with family and friends. I highly recommend that

The hotel was good. We had a problem with our first room and the reception staff sorted it and we were moved to a lovely room in the main building.
All the staff in the hotel were very helpful and friendly and accomodated your every need.
The food was good with a fantastic selection.
The animation team were brilliant encouraging you to join in with all their activities. Their shows had brilliant dancing and a lot of slapstick comedy. They were also so friendly.
We truly had a fantastic 2 weeks holiday and would recommend visiting this hotel.

Fabulous hotel. All you need in a holiday. All the staff are friendly and helpful even down to the lovely ladies that clean the rooms. Always happy and smiling. The food is good and not repetitive, something different every day. The beach is clean and the beach staff are helpful too. All in all a great hotel. Would definitely recommend it.
