Lovely hotel, very kind and helpful staff. Good food options in the restaurant, lovely desserts.
Reception staff sorted minor issues straight away. Very nice animation team, very friendly! Well worth the money - we got a week all inclusive for £370 each including parking.

The trip was amazing, I did 6 days and had wish I done more. I love to eat good food and that's exactly what I got, activities around the hotel were amazing and very fun. The people are so friendly and so nice and the weather was good.

We stayed at Iberostar averros and it was absolutely fantastic. From the food to the hygiene and the entertainment. Everyone is very happy and can help you with ANYTHING! BEST FOOD mixture of global and traditional Tunisia food. Everywhere is very clean from outside and the rooms. Thank you to Super Matrix for his excellent Entertainment and customer service. Best vacation ever.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, and amazing entertainment. Made us feel very welcome and listened to all our suggestions had a great laugh with the staff and room was amazing we had the beach view and cleaning crew amazing. The reception staff was very helpful with attractions and gave us very good suggestions and helped us book drivers to.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was well-appointed, offering a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The staff was courteous and attentive to my needs. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city. While the facilities were generally good, I felt that some areas could use a bit of updating. Despite this, it was a solid choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was amazing, polite and welcoming staff. Clean room. Interesting activity staff. Thank you all for the entertainment given to us. We will definitely be coming back.

What a stunning hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are well presented and nice and big and bright! The staff here work extremely hard and are so friendly! They often stop for a chat or just to check in about your day! Great selection of food too

What a beautiful hotel. The room is very spacious with everything that we needed for our 11 nights stay. The food selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner was varied each day and there was always something delicious to eat. The waiters were very polite and attentive throughout our stay. The pool area is beautiful although we chose to spend our days on the amazing, clean sandy beach. The animation team kept us entertained both day and night and are such a lovely group of young people. I wouldn’t hesitate in coming back in the future.

Great service. The workers are always smiling and helping. The green spaces are always taken care of. Every inch is so clean. Food is tasty. A great place to spend a lovely and nice holiday.

I recently stayed here with my friend for our birthdays and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were really friendly and helpful. All staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The animation staff were brilliant as well as the entertainment.

I'm fond of eating a bit spicy food and they always have a Tunisian food station in the restaurant which has good amount of spices and its lovely. The staff here is very helpful and they always greet you as you walk past them so gives you a warmth feeling 😊 and you know you're in the right place.
The entertainers engaged well with my shy son and managed to get him dancing so a massive positive for those looking to get their kids a bit outgoing. Overall a 5* place

The hotel staff are very nice and welcoming, and help you whenever you need it. The food and drinks are nice as well. They have entertainment available every night and they have archery and tennis available.
