Great price quality & diverse infrastructure & food. Staff are all very kind but most lack proper training (ask 4 people and you will get 4 totally different answers..), rare to find better anyway in Africa. My 7yo daughter loved it

I have been to many hotels in Tunisia, so I would know what I am talking about
This hotel particularly surprised me in a good way! for this price I think we got more than we payed for.
The staff was extra friendly and very helpful
Rooms were cosy, clean and heated
the food was great, there was a great variety of options and there was no line which was great.
I went with the full board plan here and that what I would recommend, I do not recommend going with the all-inclusive plan as there is next to so little to benefit from it.

there was 2 swimming pools, one outdoor and one that is heated ( half indoor and half outdoor, which is original)

the view was genuinely awesome, the sea was really close and there was bunch of green

the only downside in my experience was the animation, I think they were lacking a bit there, you will sometimes get bored in the middle of the day as there is nothing much to do and it is repetetive. We tried to play tennis but we could not for a reason.

more: there were kid's playground/archery place/tennis court/gym/vollyball/football/ horse riding/ golf, which I think you have to pay extra to access some.

overall I think this hotel deserves 5 stars, great experience !

Package deal fully inculsive with TUI 23rd Feb 2024. FIrst time to Tunisia so didn't know what to expect. The hotel was celebrating its 50th year and everyone was very pleasant . The hotel was clean, excellent choice of food for breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner with plenty to drink and we kept the same table all week so we had the same waiter looking after us. with. There was another restaurant which we could visit free of charge once a week, waiter service and this was outstanding too. The spa was an added bous for us and Ali looked after us when we booked a special pakage 3 day spa for both my husband and I. I have never before found a heated pool 27c abroad and this was fabulous because the other pool was far too cold for us to use.
Entertainment was well organised both during the day and the evening. Yes, we would certainly go back again. The only negative was the weather not as hot as it usually is during February but that has NOTHING to do with how great this venue was.

This hotel is fantastic, it's laid out well, is on the most fantastic beach, lovely, very well maintained gardens. You have a main pool where all the animation staff are, or a quiet adults only pool.
The staff are superb, nothing is too much trouble for them, they work so hard to make sure you're having a great time.
The animation team has lots of different things you can do, from darts to zumba. Pool foam parties, fire shows, circus acts, and mini shows in the reception area. They make you feel so welcome.
The waiters at meal time are brilliant. They just look after you so well. Special mention to Billy, who took care of us during our stay.
The bar staff make sure you have your drinks, remember what you were drinking before, and as soon as your glass is empty, another is there for you.
If you visit here, you must seek out Ali who sorts out boat trips, you won't be disappointed in them.
Had a fantastic holiday here, and I can't wait to return.

I love this hotel, third time in a one year, brilliant value and clean and fantastic service, Ahmed Amari is the king of cocktail making and the fastest most efficient water service, amazing just to watch the skills and quickness of bar staff, when you see it, you will know what I mean. Everyone treated with professional and friendly. Mohammed on beach bar is so lovely and looks after us for delicious coffee, then beer and cocktails by the stunning beach. Cooks are amazing, the food is lush especially the pasta men, especially Nabil, and pancake man is a legend! Make time to get to know the staff they are all lovely and speak amazing English and other languages, the pool is heated, horse riding on beach, spa and hamman brilliant, cheap taxis. I recommend taxi to yasmine to a beach bar and medina for shish and mint tea 🍵
Big shout out to the bellboys/men they are all fantastic. Rosa and Alina entertainment so friendly, talented and treat us like family, the staff here make this hotel. Not many children which was good for me :). See you again soon phenical. Can’t wait to be sitting in the sun drinking special cocktails 🍹 from chief cocktail master maker Ahmed Amira, best cocktails in the world, pina coladas my favourite, it really feels 5 star service. Reception and cashier are great, professional and great sense of humour! Definitely recommend!

This is probably the best hotel we have visited. The rooms are good, considering that they are only used for sleeping at night. The animation team makes the best impression. They are all young, energetic people who know how to entertain people. Alina, Yosra, Amir are very cool, funny and with a great sense of humor, the whole team is amazing. All in all the hotel staff are amazing and always ready to help. Not to forget the massage therapists who are also professionals and give incredible massages. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend unforgettable moments. We will definitely come back here again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel can't fault it at all, the staff go above and beyond, food and drink loads of choice only draw back is its a long walk to shops outside the complex but I will definitely be coming back

Me, my husband and one year old daughter had the best stay here in November. This was our first holiday together. We were welcomed on arrival and asked to have our dinner whilst they took our belongings to the room. Theres no room service available. There's a landline for each room to the reception desk if need. Many activity planners on the resort available and all activities within the beach. The beach is only a few minutes walk from your room. We had a all inclusive stay. The unlimited drinks and food buffet was good and we really enjoyed trying Tunisian dishes. The children's club within the resort was perfect for my little one. They also serve hot and cold milk at every bar and restaurant within the hotel for children. The waiters always gave me some tin foil to pack some food for my daughter as there's a mini fridge in the rooms. There's a heated swimming pool. Best to go in the summer so you can enjoy the barbecue which was closed when we arrived. There's fresh chocolate crepes being served at different times through out the day. The rooms are cleaned daily by the friendly staff. There's also a gift shop at the hotel along with swimwear, children's swimgear and clothing etc. The huge staff here are so polite and respectful. Please give them a tip when you can as they work very hard to give guest all they need. There's also evening entertainment which the staff put together for the guest. I have come back with a tan even in novemeber month as the weather was below 30degrees. I hope you enjoy your stay here as I did. Lots of thanks to the phenicia hotel management. 🇧🇩🇬🇧>🇹🇳

While it was our first time in this hotel, it will not be our last! The hotel staff made our stay more comfortable than ever. Karim our room maintenance person, went above and beyond every day. Same for Gazzi who works in the bar.
The entertainment team, are professional entertainment team, with Bollywood show, musical shows, dance, morning activities ( Mammadoo’s pool aerobics class) , and many more, you can never be bored in this hotel.
Food is endless, with unlimited options, same with drinks.
People there make the difference and this hotel is 5/5 on stars!!!

Just returned and what a fabulous stay. The staff couldn’t do enough to help from cleaners to waiters (especially billy). The food was great particularly in the Chinese restaurant. For the little time we spent in the room our rooms were great and provided us with everything we needed. The beach and pools were gorgeous and overall is a brilliant hotel and I will definitely be returning:).

Thank you for a wonderful 9 days in Hotel Sentido Phenicia. Compared to other 4-5* hotels in Hammamet or Mahdia, we liked it very much. The waiters, cooks, cleaners, animators, the beach and porter took good care of us. The girls at the reception were very helpful. Especially Ikram. The reception manager should be improved! Big thank you to Spa Nadia, Manel and Monia, the hammam and massages were perfect. We also appreciate the work of the gardeners and the tractor that cleaned the beach and the garden in the morning. The hotel of older date shows signs of wear and tear, but regular maintenance is noticeable. We recommend to everyone this beautiful place for your holiday, where you will experience a lot of fun, but also relax and find privacy for relaxation. Good luck.

All staff, from housekeeping, reception, cleaners, chef/waiters, especially the ANIMATION TEAM, were super polite and friendly, very energetic, artistic, talented and will make you feel like a family. Highly recommended!!!

Ace, love the people love the place the food. Power adapters need to have a hole for the earth pin that sticks out of the wall socket, take some cash to tip the staff, it makes for a more pleasent stay. Big thumbs up.

1st time visitors and we had 2 weeks of pure bliss.
Decent weather coupled with
A fantastic hotel what more could we ask for?.
The rooms were clean with huge beds, Complete with a fridge which was great for the bottles of water needed throughout the night.
Food was hot with a huge selection, there was something for every taste. (So any complaints about food not being adequate are false).
All staff within the hotel were kind and considerate, they couldn't do enough for you.
And finally the entertainment crew, they were the best we have seen in a long while and we have been to various countries. They weren't pushy with the daily activities they had going on, again polite and considerate. When it came to the evening entertainment they put on they threw themselves into every show they put on.
We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone, and would certainly Return.

What a fantastic holiday we had.
The hotel had all the required facilities and the staff were both caring and supportive.
The heated pool was my favourite and I spent many a happy hour swimming into the Spa Section within the building and back out into the strong sunshine. Most excellent.
The grounds are well tended with grass, trees and shrubs to meander through into the beach area and down to the sea. Bar service was dutiful and kindly.
The Tunisian staff were welcoming and friendly, we felt like family within minutes of our arrival. On talking with other customers we found that many of them have been returning to The Phenicia Hotel for many years and we are looking to return with Lynn's mum later in the year.
Any complaints? No.
Suggestions? Yes two:
1. The hotel is undergoing a refurb and our room was great, but in need of a lick of paint. No issue really, as that is in progress.
2. Tunisian food is delicious and the restaurant should concentrate on offering more of their local dishes rather than try and cater for European tastes.

Beautiful hotel, the staff are incredible, so friendly and helpful. The entertainment staff were amazing and put on some great shows and activities. Thanks Alina, Rosa, Sasha and YoYo and all the guys who made our stay so enjoyable.

I booked Holidays to Tunisia for 10 nights, with my my friend. We stayed at Panichia Hotel. Our stay at the hotel , was beyond our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, clean, the rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds. The staff was so good. porters, and Bar staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could be. The animation team were amazing. The kitchen staff fantastic food was good. Yes I do recommend this hotel. Thanks you very much all the staff at Phenicia Hotel and see you soon.
