Cooee President Aquapark & Spa Resort

Before I booked this holiday I was scared because of the previous reviews.
When we arrived the receptionist was already very welcoming.
The food is amazing. I mean you have so many choices you will find something you like for sure. The entertainment guys are amazing as well and They make you feel good at anytime.
The beach is just 2 minutes walk and you can enjoy your drinks if you are all inclusive as well (non-alcoholic drinks on the beach)
The cleaning services are amazing. Our room was cleaned everyday , sometimes they cleaned it twice a day.
The kitchen staff are friendly and helpful.
And I want to say a huge thanks to the bar staff especially Ala Edin and Souhail they are so nice and humble people I spent a very good time with them. I hope we will see each other in the future.
Summary : if you like to have fun and enjoy your time on holiday This is the best place for you in Nord Hammamet.

Perfect hotel for couple , great service , we called the hotel in advance to cofirm our reservation and Fathia from reception answered , she made sure we get a good room , good decoration , good service, plus she was asking if we were satisfied all the time, when we got there we found our room amazingly done , balloons and flowers on the bed . Room service is always there to make sure our room is well equipped , Fathia from the reception was rlly kind to us , took care of all our needs , all the staff were rlly nice nd they made sure that our holiday went well , food is amazing , various activities for everyone , salsa , dancing , magic shows , pilates ...

Very good staff and service from Cooee President. Our departure and arrival flight was delayed by one day- Habaieb from Reservation Team was very helpful and friendly and sorted our booking. Also Fetiha from reception very kind, friendly and helped us with our queries and late checkout. Rooms were cleaned every day, fresh towels etc. The animation team were very dedicated and entertaining. Food was good, lots of variety. Nawel from restaurant was great and greeted us with a smile. Would recommend this hotel to others.

The best holiday ever! 🇹🇳❤ Their food has to be 10\10, really delicious. Big thank you to Abdallah and Hamed the barmen, who served us lovely drinks! Also thanks to all amazing cleaners. This hotel is great for adults, not so much for the kids, just the pool and beach. Aqua park has been closed for the past two years. You can book many cool excursions too, Faysal is the man! We would recommend this lovely hotel to adults mainly, enjoy your stay! 🙌

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The facility is big, there are 2 pool areas, one for adults and one for families with the kids. The animation is amazing for both kids and adults, the team is very dedicated and engaging with great music to enjoy. The staff everywhere from the reception to the pool to the restaurant are very welcoming and friendly. The buffet is very big with a wide variety of food, very tasty and clean. The rooms are big, clean and with great views on the beach or the pool. The hotel has a private beach with access to water activities. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for families with kids.

What a fantastic hotel, just got back from a 2 week stay it's amazing the hotel is really nice. very clean the cleaners are constantly cleaning.the reception staff are very helpful.the bar staff are absolutely fantastic very friendly and make you feel really welcome ,don't listen to bad reviews it was great ,the only problems I found was the chairs outside are really uncomfortable and the flies are well annoying .the food was really nice plenty of choice some was a bit cold but that's to be expected .we had a problem with a local shop keeper but the management sorted it out in no time .all the staff go out of there way to help you absolutely amazing place looking at booking again for next year thank for a fantastic holiday x

I give it 5 stars because the whole expirience is very pleasing the rooms were clean as well as the pools.The service is amaizing the staf make sure that you are confy and they are over all amaizing.They have a great varaity of food its definetly diffrent and new to taste also they have lots of things that you can do as a family or alone they have a bunch of great activities for your kids definetly fun and safe for kids,the animation staff were great just like the other staff.Overall a really nice pleasent experience,definetly recomend.

Spent 7 days in this hotel and had a very great time. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The food was very delicious and there was a variety of good cuisines. There is lot of activities for the whole family, especially for the kids.

What a hotel, good selection of food and friendly helpful staff. Clean accommodation and fresh clean pools. The entertainment team were actively encouraging people and children to join in boasting great kids clubs and activities both day and night, even taking time seating with you at meal times to. Thomas cook rates it a 3 star and i cant imagine why. Whole feel of the hotel rates it alot high than that.

Great hotel for the value, the rooms are clean and spacious especially those with sea view, the members are so kind, the food was really great, it has a private beach and three pools, an aqua park but unfortenetely wasn't open, a great place to be with family or couple,i really loved my holydays spent there, and hope to go back next year, highly highly recommended.

Nice location, delisious food, superb swimming pol, very friendy and kind personel Staff, room was very clean. Beach opposite hotel was the best I ever seen. I recommended souvenir shop opposite hotel, very nice and cheap souvenirs and friendly owner the shop with his beautifull cat :) Great time ! Thanks ;)

I had a weekend with my family and it was literally one of the best. the service was so great and the workers were so nice and understanding especially Mme fathia she was so welcomed. I really loved it and I can't wait to come back as soon as possible
