Oktober 2021: endlich ist Reisen nach Tunesien wieder ohne Probleme möglich und wir haben das Le Baron besucht. Wie immer fantastische Gerichte und super Service!

Nach Renovierungsarbeiten im Innen- und Aussenbereich ist das Restaurant jetzt noch attraktiver geworden.

12-2021: zu Weihnachten konnten wir uns im Le Baron kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen. Ein gutes Restaurant mit super Service! Herzlichen Dank!

12-2022: dieses Jahr waren wir glücklich, Weihnachten wieder im le Baron speisen zu können. Schöne Dekoration, Live-Musik und ein kulinarischer Genuss, ein Fest! Herzlichen Dank!

12-2023: Das schöne Restaurant wurde nochmal renoviert und hat eine attraktivere Terrasse bekommen. Der Service ist Top, großartige Speisen, gute Weinauswahl. Das Le Baron gehört zu den besten Restaurants in Hammamet.

12-2019: Wir sind über Weihnachten wieder in Hammamet und im Le Baron essen.. ein Traum! Meeresfrüche... so köstlich und perfekt angerichtet!

Otroligt bra service och väldigt god mat. Rekommenderar starkt detta ställe. Be om att få Achref Jlasi som ska servera. Kommer garanterat besöka detta ställe igen.

This restaurant it's included on the hotel "A la carte" restaurants.
If you book on reception you can choose the the day and the menu.
Diferent menus every days.
So if you want can have a meal there.
The food its good and the service perfect.
Can't give 5☆ rate because there's no food variety.
But it's ok if you want to diner on the terrace with fresh air.

Very disappointed after reading good reviews. Staff were very friendly and tried to advise us in which food to choose, gearing us towards the specials of the day. The manager/matrier d was very attentive to the point of annoying, standing over us while we perused the menu, constantly looking for reassurance If the wine was ok, the water was ok, the kids
Juice was ok and watching every mouthful of our starters. The salad was warm. I ordered fillet of beef with 3 sauces but it came covered in peppercorn sauce. I had ordered it medium but was still very rare with blood oozing from it. I asked for it to be grilled for a bit longer, which they did with no complaints but was still too rare for me. My husband ordered the stuffed seabass which has a set price on the menu but he came back to say it was so much dinar per 100g and it would be served at 300g. That was fineb. I was almost finished my meal when he returned with a complimentary plate of spaghetti neapolita for my husband as his was not ready yet. He picked at this with a few mouthfuls. After 15minutes of me finishing my meal hos seabass still hadn't arrived, we asked waiter to cancel it and bring the bill. The manager/maitre d hid in the kitchen until he was ready to come out with the fish (a further 7minutes later) he came out expecting a heroes welcome because it was finally ready one hour after ordering! Told him it was too late and insisted my husband was to eat it and give the rest of us free dessert. At this point it was 10.30pm and our daughter was falling asleep so refused. He did graciously apologise and removed it from the bill but so disappointed after looking forward to it so much.

Skorzystaliśmy z kolacji kuchni włoskiej ponieważ nasza oferta z hotelu Mehari obejmowała w all inclusive jedną kolację w tej restauracji. Teraz cieszę się, że nie weszłam tam tak o zjeść i nie zapłaciłam za to wszystko bo byłabym dość mocno zdenerwowana.
Jedyny plus to obsługa, bardzo miła i pomocna. I to by było na tyle z plusów.
Wystrój i nastrój: kolacja była wieczorem (w końcu lokal otwarty jest dopiero od godziny 19 więc jest już ciemno idąc na miejsce) niby stolik ubrany ładnie it'd, kolacja ze świecą, ale stolik postawiony w pełnym oświetleniu na dworze nie daje żadnego klimatu. Jasno tak samo jakby jadło się w środku albo i bardziej.
Jedzenie: wybraliśmy menu włoskie.
Najpierw otrzymaliśmy mozarellę z pomidorami, byłam we Włoszech i mozzarellą w formie przystawki kojarzy mi się z białą kulką sera. Nie tutaj. Tutaj dostaliśmy kawałki żółtego średniej jakości sera na kawałkach pomidora (dokładnie ten sam ser, Który leży codzień na śniadanie w Mehari)
Zupa. Nie wiem co to była za zupa, ale ciężko stwierdzić bo nie smakowała w sumie niczym konkretnym.
Pizza. Niby na włoskiej kuchni wypadałoby podać margheritę, a tu słabej jakości pizza z jakimiś kawałkami tuńczyka (swoją drogą lepszą pizzę niż tutaj podają codziennie w formie przekąski w barze przy basenie hotelowym)
Później weszło spaghetti z owocami morza. W smaku sos z makaronem mocno średni. Chłopak spróbował i od razu powiedział, że nie będzie tego jadł bo po prostu śmierdzi, ja zjadłam trochę ale sam sos z makaronem smakował jak rozcieńczone bolognese polane wodą w której stała ryba. Same owoce morza również próbowałam, ale tu jadłam je pierwszy raz i może to po prostu nie mój smak bo były po prostu niedobre.
Na koniec tiramisu podane w formie jakiegoś śmiesznego deserka w szklance, które wyglądało jak płatki czekoladowe na dnie polane kremem i posypane kakao.
Wino wzięliśmy różowe i w smaku było gorsze niż nasze dostępne w marketach Carlo Rossi.
Byłam we Włoszech kilka miesięcy temu i kuchnia włoska w restauracji La Baron Des Chefs nie ma nic wspólnego z kuchnią włoską. Może po prostu wybraliśmy złe menu i kuchnia tunezyjska lub francuska smakuje lepiej, ale włoską odradzam. Chyba, że obsługa restauracji podaje takie jedzenie tylko osobom, które przychodzą z all, ale to też słabe zagranie bo robią sobie antyreklamę. Następnego dnia od rana po tej kolacji dostałam rewolucji jelitowych, które trzymają mnie już drugi dzień. 😥

Kuchnia włoska to jakaś porażka, pizza z tuńczykiem i na drugie jakiś makaron z owocami morza, wogole nie po włosku wszystko. Lepsze pizzę robią obok w hotelu mehari, jedna kolacja dla gości gratis, włoska lub francuska lub tunezyjska. Kolega po francuskiej kolacji też mocno zawiedziony.

1 repas offert lorsque l’on réside dans l’hôtel à côté.
Le personnel est très sympa par contre niveau nourriture, ni plus ni moins que ce qui est servi au restaurant de l’hôtel. Nous avons été très déçu de l’expérience.
