Impeccable service, wonderful staff. The cuisine is incredibly delicious. Special shout out to the second (night) shift bartender and waiter. Great attitude!

My 2 teenage daughters and I are having the most amazing time at this beautiful hotel! Everything is perfect - from the food to the facilities/room to the most incredible staff! Nothing is too much effort for them - they are funny and happy and friendly. We feel like we are in a 5 star home! Tunisia is a beautiful country and we took a 2 day trip into the desert to ride camels and see the most incredible sites!
The reception staff are so friendly and efficient and after a mix up with the size of the room they put us in a beautiful sea facing suite which was stunning and even the porter couldn’t do enough to help! Most of the staff speak English. Because we were out of peak season there was no buffet but a menu - but the food is wonderful and on the few times we asked for something different they were more than happy to oblige. All the bar staff including Ali are attentive and very friendly and Maram the entertainer who looked after us all and made us (!) do water aerobics was brilliant! Even the security man was friendly and happy! We tried out the spa also and had massages - amazing! The outside pool was a bit too cold for this time of year but the inside one was beautifully warm.
So - amazing locations , wonderful staff, beautiful facilities and incredible restaurant and bar! Could not rate it higher - not sure where the few bad ratings have come from - must be very very picky people!!
We truly feel very spoilt and are sad we only have a couple of days left, but will definitely be back!

We arrived couple of days ago. As soon as we entered the hotel we got a very warm reception from all staff.
Our room is very big and wonderful. There was a platter of fruit and s bottle of water to welcome us. The bed is big and very comfortable . View from balcony is to die for.
Swimming and Spa facility are brilliant.
Vast choice of food. All staff in dinning room are brilliant .
Sitting area in reception and bar area is very comfortable.
Overall all facilities and staff are very good.
Indeed I am thinking of coming back in summer.

The hotel is perfect. We are here almost 5 days and we are really satisfied. The rooms, pool, food, service, waiters everything is perfect and of ocourse evertyhing is clean. If we ever come back in Tunis, we will stay in this hotel.

Excelent resort, very nice personel, familiar atmosphere. If you will want to have a rest into the longe, take something from the bar and enjoy. Everyone is friendly and ready to make you to feel well. Just look for Mr. Ali (chef de bar) and relax.

This hotel has all the amenities a 5* hotel should have. The receptionist Noure was very helpful and spoke very good English. I would definitely be coming back.

I had an amazing time there Felt so relaxed and chilled oh gosh booking to go back within the year and intend to stay for 3 weeks next time ideal place to stay winter break as well
