Beautiful hotel. Grounds are amazing. Rooms large and very clean. Buffect food choice was very good. We checked with Anan at the front deck. He was most delightful and helpful. Thanks you Anan!

Great hotel with excellent food with a white sandy beach and a 30 second walk from our room. Very welcoming to us British guests. Probably the best buffet food I have ever had at an all inclusive hotel. The staff and service is what makes this hotel special for me. Nice luxury five star hotel at very reasonable rates. Easily the best in class in terms of value for money and room rates. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful location. We had a wonderful time here!!! The staff is incredible. Anas, Rabeb, and Salwa were so helpful and kind. I look forward to coming back to this beach resort.

We went with our family and had a lovely break. The pool was.wonderful, plus the hotel itself was close to the beach with plenty of water activities like jetski, parachute, kayak, camel, etc. Starting from around 70 dinar per person.
Rooms were clean and nice. Rooms with sea view were excellent
Kids club, kids park and the indoor pools were added activities
Music every evening was pleasant in the open air
Close to the new Medina about 20 minutes walk, old Medina about 10 minutes drive in a taxi. Can flog one down from the main road which is what we did, they were all metered taxi's and a lot cheaper than the ones we use in UK😃
All in all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here would love to come again
Only downside was the food must say : although the menu was very extensive the food tasted very bland, we had food to eat outside in the main markets, and in central tunis, all very much more tasty than what we had here

Excellent hotel with the most friendly and kindly staff - reception men, waiters, animators, lifeguards, luggage man, woman which clean the room, all persons from the restorant and the bars. Everyone of them are smiley! We are very excited from the man with saksophone and all songs. All of them make you feel better and special.
This hotel have the best Chef in the kichen. The food is..... the best! Very delicious, tasty and various! There have a different cuisine - local Tunisian, Italian and European. Really Maser Chef!!!!
The restaurant is very clean and modern furnished!
And what about the rooms.... big size with beautiful views. Large bath with separate toilet (i saw for the first time). Super comfortable beds. Very clean and modern and colorful furnished.
The beach is wonderful clean and with white sand. The pool area is amazing, too!
All of services are on very high level and quality.
Everywhere in the hotel area and in the rooms, too, the wifi has excellent connection and it is free.
The main street, Medina, Mall and other attractions are about 10 minutes walking.
Do not hesitate to visit this hotel!

This is and no doubt one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, the rooms are good the place is big there is a lot of options and stuff to do,. Including a spa and a pool and some arcade games, the food is good and there is always ice cream, but best thing about this hotel, the thing that makes it better than other hotels, is the SURVICE, this hotel has the best SURVICE I ever had, they really care about the customer More than protocols, and when you ask something they immediately rush to the services, the Staff is well trained, and for me feeling welcomed and comfortable is the most important thing, and no need to say that this place Aced it.

We had a fabulous time here, beautiful hotel, the service was outstanding. It was Ramadan during our visit so hotel was very quiet limiting some activities and restaurants. Would love to visit again.

Brilliant and friendly staff - they really care about all the guests. Enormous building, space rooms, decent food, direct access to the beach, Internet access at whole hotel (on the outdoor pool as well and even on the beach!) and what's more, pure and real all inclusive package - all the drinks, wines, beer available to order. Even if haven't ask the stuff served juices and biscuits while sitting in the lobby or café.
Indoor heated pool available at site and a gym as well.
There are some tiny cons like a refurbishment needed in some areas, however but it didn't bother us much compared to the rest of the advantages.
We were there in February so off the season and I couldn't even imagine how wonderfull there might be in the middle of summer.

The service is always with a smile on everyone's faces. Always helpful and understanding. Will definitely come back in the future with a group if friends. Currently still here taking in the sun and enjoying every moment.
I surely recommend this place to all, specially during the peak seasin, June to August.
I personally prefer Going to hot countries during April and October as it's a little quieter and relaxing without the hustle and bustle.

We are currently staying at this hotel, rooms are a good size the staff is excellent, the food is good the customer relations team in particular Wiem she has looked after us so much she has arranged a host for my younger brother who is wheelchair bound and made sure all our needs are met with distinction.

Great hotel, close to the beach and with nice food. I loved staying there for a week, the staff was always very friendly and polite. I would reccommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy some days of holiday or wants to conference conferences and congresses.

Very nice hotel very friendly staff especially the reception staff, Fatima and Rima. The kitchen staff were brilliant they catered for all our needs. The kitchen manager was very attentive. I will reommend staying at this hotel we stayed their for 7 nights and will be returning again.

This holiday was made amazing by katrine in the spa she is so amazing really she is a diamond a real expert as i was suffering from back pain and she worked her magic the spa reception intizar was also so helpful and super friendly the shisha boys abdul aziz and saleem were so great the manager khaled was a real gentlemen so professional and so helpful a tip for all katrine at the spa if you need a amazing spa experience this hotel is lucky to have a real expert at the spa
