Staff here are friendly and helpful. High price but it’s a quality of the products you pay for. I’m a big fan of LV but I still like many varieties of their products. I bought 2 LV speedy 25” and 30”. I really live it.

I love Louis Vuitton in icon Siam I shop there every time I need a bag even not near my house. I’m happy to spend my time in traffic because my SA (William ) he’s every good gave me a t good information about what I like to buy so I recommend it

Chollada provides excellent service and she is sincere and helpful throughout my whole purchasing journey.

She even offers some drinks for us as we need to wait for the tax refund to be done.

My wife loves a jacket and she introduces the latest collection well which suits her a lot although we only bought the messenger bag at last.

We will definitely come again and ask Chollada to be our sales advisor.

Amazing service received from the team at IconSiam! It was very busy as it was Chinese New Year, so had to queue for 10-15 minutes.
Pete who was at the door was so kind and already helped me source the bag I wanted.
He was super friendly and then handed over to KK / Kwankaow who made me feel welcome and appreciated. She was very sweet and made sure I will receive my bag which had to be shipped from another store.
I had to leave Bangkok but we kept in touch via Line and everything went so smoothly.
Very thankful for KK and Pete for their efforts.

I actually think the service is good in this store. I was asked for something, they immediately helped me check the availability in store and the whole Thailand. Too bad they don’t have the color I like so I didn’t buy anything, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Also no queue at the door.

Good professional staff who speak English.great selection too compared to Gaysorn. Price is higher than Singapore.

I am surprised everyone said that this branch is poor service. Because for me the service has been so lovely.

ก่อนเข้าไป 3 วัน ก็เช็คของจากไลน์ LV แล้วว่ามีของ ทางไลน์บอกสามารเข้าไปได้เลยค่ะ หรือเช็คข้อมูลวันต่อวันอีกทีก็ได้ค่ะ แต่เราเลือกเข้าไปเลย พอมาจริงๆ รุ่นที่อยากได้ไม่มีของ แอบเสียใจนิดนึง (โทษตัวเอง) แต่ยังโชคดีเซลล์ชื่อคุณมินนี่รับเรื่อง แล้วสั่งจากอีกสาขาเอามาให้ รอของ 1-2 ชม. ถือว่าโอเคนะคะไปไม่เสียเที่ยว เดินเล่นกินข้าวเสร็จแล้วกลับเข้าไปใหม่ พนักงานไหว้ขอโทษขอโพยกันใหญ่ที่ต้องรอของนาน สำหรับเรามองว่าพนักงานน่ารักทุกคน คนเหมือนกัน ไม่ต้องเจ้ายศเจ้าอย่าง เรานั่งโซฟา น้องพนักงานนั่งกับพื้นข้างล่าง บอกให้ขึ้นมานั่งข้างบนด้วยกันก็ไม่ยอม โอ้ยย น้อมนอมน่ารัก ไม่ทราบชื่อเหมือนกันว่าชื่ออะไร รู้แค่ว่ามาดูแลต่อจากเซลล์ที่ชื่อคุณมินนี่
