Apple Iconsiam Bangkok is a must visit if you want to experience consistent customer experience globally. This store matches all the stores and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Apple is really good at their customer store experience. I only hope they give the same with their call centre experience in India. They did not have any sales running unlike the entire mall and typical Apple pricing. Overall I will always visit a n Apple Store.

Any Apple store worldwide boasts modern and youthful designs, and my visit to the Icon Siam branch was truly impressive. The spacious and airy layout, along with smartly organized product areas, allows customers to experience the full range of Apple products. There's even a wide balcony outside, connecting to other parts of the building. In the late afternoon, standing on the outside or inside the Apple store offers a beautiful view of the sunset.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, always ready to answer questions and provide tailored shopping advice. Despite the daily influx of customers, they maintain a high level of professionalism and attentive service. Overall, the Apple store at Icon Siam delivers a fantastic experience.

Very nice architecture. The store has trees inside. It is possible to try the products in the store, like hold, play, put on headphones and listen, so it will give some impression before buying. There are special events in the store, like photography class.

Huge apple store in Icon Siam mall… very good customer service with many staffs around to support… gets crowded during weekends… also it has beautiful city skyline view at backyard… one of nice apple stores in Bangkok

Beauty Apple flagship store with huge balcony area. The location is easy to go by public transportation or own car. I don't have any interact with staff yet because I just want to see the store, but I may have to use their service in the future.

A good place to come for all Thai street food. Clean, safe, both affordable and luxurious. The higher level you go, the more luxurious and expensive. The drink in the picture can satisfy your thirsty with 70bath

Apple store - similiar to those internationally. Prices are also the same as other international stores. Well presented and clean store.

This is a very good store of apple, even though they didn’t had a m3 versions on display they did have it on their stocks, brought a m3max there and it was a wonderful experience. The staffs there were super helpful and even help me by describing about the VAT returns that I would get at the airport on return time and the forms filling.

Over all it was the best experience of buying Apple product.

I am not going to talk about the amazing location and shop, my review is for the staff, welcoming, professional, helpful and always smiling. I made the wrong reservation and in few seconds they made the new for me, asked me to wait for a while but in the end the technician arrived quickly and solved my problem. Thank you!

Come here and test all available products. As long you didn't break or steal anything, this is one of the place you can test everything. I tested Airpod Max and walk around this huge store 😆

Beautiful Apple Store located at Level 2 of the new ICONSIAM mall across the river, with a great view of Bangkok city. High spacious ceiling with lots of natural light coming in, and a Today at Apple event area right in the middle of the store. Friendly staff with a good mix of Thai and English speakers.

Brand new store and the first Apple store in Thailand! This place is no joke, the mall is also brand new. My warranty with AppleCare was just expiring and initially on the phone I was told I had to go to Singapore because I have a USA phone. But I came here anyway and they were able to help me clean my phone and replace the battery and screen in warranty! Saved me a trip to Singapore and a great customer experience. Thank you Apple!
