Small store, staffs barely speak english, hard to communicate for details of phone and warranty, etc, not much knowledge about the product I guess. Always use Samsung phone and have good experience with Samsung store, customer service in other countries but service in Thailan is so bad compare to Apple I must say. Disappointed!

Today, we went to ask women at this shop about problems that can’t connect phone(galaxy S8) to car for use Android Auto.
Women told to us that cable doesn’t have problems and still working good she suggested us to get new phone.
We decide to get new phone(galaxy S9+) and we try to connect after we bought S9+ it’s work but my old phone also work, it’s because use new cable not about phone.

So we need to lose our money it’s because the woman there doesn’t explain and check about problems that we have very clearly.

I asked for full details about a phone. They just showed me basic details and treated me badly. I don’t recommend this store.
