Holiday Inn Pattaya, an IHG Hotel

During our nine-day stay, we were consistently impressed with the hotel's amenities and services. The breathtaking views and immaculate guest rooms exceeded our expectations. While the breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection of items, the absence of bagels was a minor oversight that could enhance the overall dining experience. The restaurant staff consistently greeted us with warm smiles, creating a welcoming atmosphere each morning. This establishment clearly prioritizes family-friendly services, as evidenced by the dedicated children's activities in the afternoon. Although we do not have children, we visited the kids' club out of curiosity and were delighted by the cheerful and helpful staff, particularly Ms. Kook-kik, whose positive demeanor and prompt responses to our inquiries left a lasting impression.

Just finished another wonderful 4 night stay at the Holiday Inn Pattaya Executive Tower. The cleanliness, amenities and hospitality was again first class and the fantastic Club Lounge Team of Indy, Natty, Yoko, Money and Patty are just the best. Always smiling and will go above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as it can be. I would absolutely recommend the Holiday Inn Pattaya and especially if you can take the option to stay in a room with Club Lounge benefits. I can’t wait to come back next month.

We like very much our vacation in Holiday inn Pattaya. Location is good. Many restaurants nearby and night life is in walking distance. We had room in executive tower with lounge access. Lounge was peaceful and view from rooftop is nice. Service and lounge staff is excellent and friendly. Thank you Natty, Patty, Yoko, Money and Indy! See you again some day.

Everyone here is very polite. From the Front Desk to the House Keepers. There's always a smile on their faces.
The Elite Lounge is a place of warm welcome by it's staff. Yoko, Natty, Money, Attire, and Indy all take great pride in their job and consistently check on guests to ensure that their experiences wonderful.

The Staff are very accommodating and friendly. I enjoyed my stay and the great service I received. The staff Indy, Natty, Yoko, Money and Patty were the greatest staff all around!

The best stay till date. On the 21st floor, sea facing on request with no extra charge. Wonderful view and a nice little balcony overlooking the beach. Been a long time since we had a great view from our room after the summit property in peling, sikkim overlooking the K2 ranges.
Service is excellent and the support staff at the reception are really really helpful and friendly.
Food here is top notch too. Had very limited vegetarian options but whatever we were served tasted yum...
Location is on the coast on beach road pattaya, very close to the walking street.
This place is busy and bustling most of the day.

This is one of my best experience of holiday inn around the world. The staff were super welcoming and the location is very convenient and so close to the beach and restaurants. The buffet breakfast was a blast that the variety and quality were unmatchable! I would definitely stay here again! Visit the pools of both towers and they were both cool and unique.

Very good hotel: I stayed for 3 nights, had satisfactory service. Fair prices for stay, free delicious breakfast with lot of options. Clean rooms with fast wifi and TV with global channels. Rooftop pool with gym. Also hotel staff is very kind. Overall it was worth it, will definitely come back !!

The service here is what sets them apart. Every member of staff that we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

The location is flawless, the rooms are super comfortable and you have a choice of pillows too.
Drinking water is supplied, coffee and tea facilities in-room.
They do have family rooms, we booked a room with 2 double beds and it was great.

The views from the little balcony were spectacular and the pool facility for kids is superb with a little slide.

Breakfast here is a treat with the variety and quality on offer.

I highly recommend this hotel.

25th floor, Executive club is handled by Yoko, Natty, Indy, Money, and Patty. The best service ever, so attentive to my needs, friendly and polite. This staff would be my A team if I owned a Hotel or Restaurant. Love them sll, thank you.

Bayview Tower

The hotel provided a consistently satisfying experience during my three-night stay, reaffirming my positive impressions from my previous visits. However, the only drawback was the centralised air conditioning system, which generated some noise that affected my overall comfort. I highly suggest the hotel management consider installing separate air conditioning units with remote controls, as it would significantly enhance the guests' experience and eliminate this minor inconvenience.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel so that must speak volumes in itself.
The location in the bay tower (beach view) for us was excellent & we were on 26th floor where the views were absolutely stunning from our room. (2611)The room was modern & kept spotlessly clean by Thanya (A special thanks for all her hard work & dedication)
Breakfast in the bay tower 4th floor is a must as the choice is vast & the system when you require something bespoke (Omelette with particular fillings etc) works very well just present the numbered card from your table when ordering & return to your seat, it will then be bought to your table with a smile from one of the waiters or waitresses.
Jessie was the manager & the whole breakfast experience ran like clockwork in a super clean environment. It was clear to see that all the staff worked well together & enjoyed their job (Special thanks to chefs & all breakfast staff)
We used the infinity pool (Accessible from level 4) every day & this was looked after by Joey,Chui & Sung,again hardworking,attentive & and happy team. The pool was clean with excellent views out to sea along with being able to view the beach/beach road along with all the goings on.
Last but not least the executive lounge managed by an enthusiastic Yoko who had a fantastic smile with endless energy. The full team Money,Natty,Pattie,Joey in the executive lounge again worked well together/were happy & gave fantastic service.
We spent twenty one days this time & as mentioned before the location is excellent being at the north end. A nice walk on the beach road walkway gets you to the hustle & bustle within 20 to 30 minutes however if you prefer a 10 baht ride on a baht bus this will get you right up to walking street quicker if required.

The hotel is great. Perfect location. The staff are amazing. Would like to recognize Indhira, Money,Natty,Patty and Yoko. They are very professional and fun. They always take care of any issues or requests with a smile. The happy hour in the executive lounge is good.The snacks could be a better but is ok. Would recommend

I have been here for business purposes.
Directly in the center of the best location in Pattaya. Many car spaces and a safe location.
The hotel was really clean. All employees are respectful and very friendly. Lange and communication was excellent.
Breakfast variety and quality is out of this world.
All in all I was feeling very safe and appreciated by the hotel staff.
The room was In great condition and very clean. You can see that all employees are working with passion to keep this hotel as nice as it is. Many other HolidayInn should take this as an example.
I can only recommend this hotel and will defenetly come back.

Amazing service and amazing staff. Everyone is so friendly and just makes staying here a no brainer. Everytime we go to Thailand we always come back n book n stay here since the whole family loves staying here. Special thanks to the kids club and Kook-kik and Ray for always helping and playing with the kids at the kids club! Highly recommend this hotel for families with kids so much stuff and things to do for the kids here!

Bed - firm type - depends on individual liking but it is a bit too firm for my liking.
Pillows - choices from soft to firm. Latex pillow available on request.
Shower - can be improved, hard to adjust the right temperature.
Aircon - a bit noisy, had to adjust to lowest blow speed
View is good if you choose the right tower
Gym is quite decent.
Breakfast - variety is good.
Location- Near Terminal T21 and restaurants

It was perfect. I stayed in the Executive Tower, which was very quiet and clean since it was newly built.Breakfast and room service were also delicious.The location of the hotel was excellent as it had access to both Main Road and Beach, extremely service from staff.
