Silp-pa Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya

We only have good words for the facilities & service offered by Silp-Pa. And at a price that would make most budget travellers smile.

One small complaint though. For access to our assigned room one floor above where we parked our car, we had to walk in almost complete darkness to navigate our way to our room door. There's a light in front of the door, but the switch is inexplicably inside the room. And power is only key-activated once inside the room.

Suggestion: install a motion or light activated switch for this short but otherwise unsafe access to the two rooms in that location.

This isn't the Hilton, but the price for what you get is fabulous. On-site breakfast included in my package deal. Great meal. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Then, the artistic stuff is comparable to a small art gallery. It is within walking distance to some of the ancient sites that I wanted to explore, too. Yay!

I used to live in Ayutthaya back in the 90s and I go back regularly as I have lots of friends there. I think I’ve stayed at just about every kind of hotel in the area, from luxury Instagram backdrops to low rent student apartments with beds made of stone. Silp-Pa is my new favorite. Quiet place away from the main streets with a lush garden. Very nice rooms (we got Deluxe) and close enough to just about everything. Walkable food and night market nearby. Coffee shop across the street. It’s fairly no-frills and hands off with regard to service—which I tend to like—but the rooms are high quality for the area. It’s a nice, quiet getaway. Bonus: the hotel doubles as an art gallery. Will be staying here again.

Recommend! Nice room with comfortable. Breakfast are included. Service may be not perfect but staffs are kind service mind. Have a parking lot and near to night market.

Art Hotel. Breakfast you can choose opposite hotel cafe, delicious 😋. The cafe is open around 8am (not really sure)

Very nice and comfortable rooms. The complimentary breakfast had several options and was extremely tasty! The outside entry way has a garden/jungle vibe and is very endearing with plenty of comfortable seats to enjoy the ambiance. Inside, I was extremely impressed with the art work throughout the entire hotel. Nothing in this hotel is typical and it really shows that care and thought was put into making your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible!

fell in love with this place. A plain but very clean room, a corridor full of Thai paintings and sculptures, a stair lobby and a front yard are really beautiful. a quiet, comfortable quarters where you can open your eyes with a bird's voice in the morning It's perfect until a delicious breakfast. Very cute, kind and sophisticated owners. Why are you looking for another hotel in Ayutthaya? Come here.

Clean room, friendly staffs, helpful owner, good location. you can rent a bicycle here for 50B and hire tuk tuk to train station for 80B, very reasonable price. why i said reasonable price cuz tuk tuk driver tried to charge us 200B from train station to this hotel. :)

Room 3 is dark and quiet which i like.

This is a superb amazing hotel, not only good value but the service is top. I had the most comfortable stay here, owner and all staff extremely helpful. They assisted to find a travel adapter UK-Thailand. Breakfast beautifully prepared a la carta, coffee and toast you can help yourself as many times as you wish . The whole area of the lobby is like an exhibition of art. Top Cleanliness. 10 minutes walk to main sites

it was a cafe that provide light meals. the decor of this place is very nice like a small museum of Ayudhya. Rice dish is highly recommend . and coffee and other drinks also nice. The servants very polite and friendly. Actually, it 's the cafe of the hotel name silp-pa same name which nice and affordable price which would be rate at 5 star also..

I would everyone recommend this restaurant. In our first try we loved the Panang Curry and a lovely dessert with honey, ice cream and strawberries. The second time we came here again after some other disappointing restaurant tries. The food was delicious again. And we had no problems with the service here

Stayed here for a quick night. Clean and good value for 1200 baht a night 👍🏽. Breakfast included.

Big clean room, nice staff. Breakfast start from 7:30. They want you to book your breakfast time the day before. The hotel has bicycle for rent, 50 B per day.

Beautiful and new hotel! Nicely decorated with artefacts of Thai culture.Food there is really good, expecially Tom Yam Khung <3. rooms are great, friendly and supportive stuff, will defenetly come back!

Very close to Ayuttaya historical park. One of the best places to stay in Ayuttaya. It’s very well kept and decorated with utmost details!! You can literally feel the passion behind the work. If I ever plan on going to Ayuttaya again. This is definitely my choice of stay. The staff is very polite and very helpful. You can also rent out bikes and motorbikes.

Great food, very helpful staff. Not sure about the other comments of being too slow, we were here just before they closed at 18.30 and waiting time was fine (maybe they just wanted to go home). Very impressed by the quality of the food and experience.

Cafe has a great selection in a beautiful environment. We were told they don't serve food on Mondays, though, so don't show up hungry on that particular day.
