Maharat Buddhist Park, Luang Pu Thuat

Buddhist temple Luang Pu Tuad Statue. Giant statue and scenery place. Free parking and free entrance. Along the walkway plenty of stalls selling foods and snacks.

What a huge monk statue. He is one of the most well respected monks in Thailand. You will enjoy all kinds of street foods and souvenirs along the way. It can be pretty hot and humid but they do offer free umbrellas to use during the visit. Feeding fish is one of the most popular activities for kids.

Make a merit here for the third times. You can see the luang pu tuad from far away up to 1 km.
It also good for shopping with Thai traditional food, dessert and souvenirs.
Parking are available both front and back of the market area.

I've driven past this monument many times. This time I stopped. If you want a short break, a snack, some good karma you should also stop if you are passing.

Quiet and peaceful Buddhist Park for family and friends outing. There were even tour groups visiting this Buddhist Park.

Made an impromptu stop here on the way to Lopburi. Glad we did, nice big bhudda, and the market was excellent. Many foods that I'd not seen for a long time or never seen before. Spent more money than I'd planned, but came away with some delicious snacks.
