Micky Monkey Beach Hotel

I booked an overnight stay before my flight going back to Bangkok in this resort. The place is a little bit far from the busy shops. I stayed in the villa; the room and bathroom were good. The bed is a bit hard, but the pillows and towels are soft! The food is good too! I like how they cooked the chicken wings and prepared Thai papaya salad.

The beach is okay, but I don't like that there are seaweeds, and it is pretty deep, so be careful when you have children.

What a gem - a window into Thailand of years past, with thatch bungalows as well as a bit nicer ones. I loved my thatch bungalow - very basic, but that went with the beach vibe I was looking for. Food was great. Incredible beach. Been to a lot of beaches in my life, and this one is tops.

Great spot. Cold drinks right on the beach. Have several small bamboo bungalows and two larger concrete ones. Very laid back place.
She sunsets are beautiful here, enjoyed with a cold drink. Many of the nearby resorts are much more formal. Mickey Monkey has retained a good laid-back atmosphere. The beaches in this area are uncrowded and clean for the most part.

Great location surrounded by 5 Star resorts on both side. Prices seemed a little bit expensive for basic rustic looking accomodation, with the option to hire a tent. Small bar and place to eat at normal rates for the area. Parking area little bit messy. But the beach front access with beautiful landscapes is the main reason why you would stay here.

Beautiful local Thai villas! Large, with incredible green areas, the food is excellent, the beach very clean. I recommend this hotel for weekend. The staff is friendly and helpful. Many people come for lunch and dinner. The price is reasonable and affordable. It is possible nice photos airplanes and watch a beautiful sunset. Enjoy Mai Khao and Phuket!! Happy New Year Thai!! Most recommended for people traveling to relax and on a budget. The only place in miles where you go to sleep actually seeing the ocean and listening to the waves.

In a non commercial part of town, north of the airport and thus less crowded. Perfect for a couple looking for a quiet getaway.

Polite friendly staff and awesome English breakfast too.

Amazing restaurant with friendly staff, delicious food and 1/3 of the prices of the hotels around. In the evening it fills up with guests from surrounding hotels who don't want to be overcharged, we often took takeaway food/beers for lunch and dinner from here.

Beautiful and peaceful place where you can spend your last days of holidays. We get a tent which is fully equpied with electricity. I want 🔙!!!!

There was just something very different about this place; it is not fancy at all but the food was great and the staff friendly and the ambiance is unique to it.

Our stay at Mickey Monkey was great. The perfect spot to be close to Phuket Airport. Surrounded by 5 star resorts we noticed guests from these resorts coming to eat and drink here for no doubt a more rustic Thai experience. The accommodation/villas & huts are simple but comfortable with views to the ocean that is only steps away. The beach was beautiful. They organized a brand new motorbike for us to rent. The owners have been amazing in helping us return a lost item of ours they found which we appreciated greatly. Would definitely stay here again.

Der Ort fühlt sich fast nicht real an 😇 es ist wie in einem Traum ! Wir hatten die Front Beach Villa und jeden Morgen hatten wir vom Bett Blick auf das Meer 🌊
Das Anzeige was nicht so perfekt war, war die Entfernung zu Supermärkten und Unternehmungen. Ich empfehle einen Roller oder ein Auto zu mieten, das wird einem auch direkt ins Hotel gebracht. Danke für die schöne Zeit 🙏
