Always consistent in providing great service to guests to make it a memorable stay. Staff are polite and friendly, rooms are well equipped and very aesthetic. Perfect set up to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
Pools are great for kids and adults, the beach front was even better to enjoy a sunset.

Came here for an event. This is my second time. It was very hot these few days, but the Lobby has always been nice with a big pool of water besides it.

The room is amazing. Spacious, comfortable, spotless and well designed. The bed is superbly comfortable as well.

A shoutout to the cafe next to the Lobby. Their service is top notch and the drinks are excellent.

The daily breakfast is very good too. Service is extremely attentive and wide food selection is available.

Overall, an amazing experience.

We had a truly exceptional stay at the JW Marriot resort Phuket with our 2 year old son. We were a bit worried before coming that it looked a bit out dated in pictures but it was not at all. The rooms are big and well maintained, the grounds and beach are beautiful and so much to do for kids. They really put in the extra effort with the finishing touches, but most of all the staff and service is exceptional. Our lovely servers at breakfast especially Noon, Ladda, Gift and Cloud really made the extra effort with our 2 year old son.

Marriott resort is an amazing hotel to stay. It’s specially great for families with children. There is private beach with many swings. You can watch sunset and sunrise from the swings. The turtle shelters have a few turtles that families and kids can both enjoy together. The garden is amazing and beautiful. The staffs are very friendly and polite. They are on call 24/7 and they’ll be there to help if anything happens. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

We've stayed twice now and are just about to return for our 3rd visit. We've found the perfect location for us as empty nesters who appreciate a great, quiet beachfront location with every service we could ask for. The lobby area is fabulous and you're always made to feel very welcome. The Adult pool is always our goto and Zen and the team there are excellent. We make great use out of the extensive gym and the team there are again excellent. Our favourite location has to be the spa! The services there are beyond compare. We chose couples "balinese" style massage with Lek & Emmy - it was the very best experience! So much so we returned several times! cannot wait to return later this week.

Beautiful resort! Private beach access and several beautiful pools. You never feel like you’re crowded with other tourists and there’s plenty of room to feel relaxed like you’re on your own private vacation. The hotel features a garden where they grow herbs for the local cuisine and they also help rescue sea turtles as well.

Loved the hotel. Such a short drive from the airport, however quite far from the city & Bagla Rd.

The hotel is great for a quiet stay, especially with kids. Has a great kids club with various activities. Loads of activities for the adults too. Water-sports equipment like kayaks, paddle boards etc.

It also has a turtle sanctuary.

The rooms are great too!

This resort was very nice. Even though I stayed at a different Marriott down the street we came to this for the spa, some food and a fire show. It is a beautiful place right on the beach. Definitely recommend of you come to Phuket. And it is close to the beach.

Simply amazing resort next to the beach. Rooms are spacious and they've got really friendly staff. I got an upgrade through my Amex and was able to stay at a room with access to private pool which was just what I wanted for my 2 day stay.
Other than that M beach club was a great experience with their beer buffet (Yeah, beer buffet🤣).
For breakfast, JW cafe offers a buffet which has an extensive menu and I'd definitely recommend having the breakfast for at least 1 day that you're staying there.
Shout out to the staff for an amazing service and keep up the good work. Will definitely be back again

We stayed at JW Marriott Resort and Spa for four nights. It is a huge property, and one can feel the same moment one enters the lobby area. The hotel is located 20 minutes drive north of the airport. The Mercedes that picked us up were immaculately maintained. The attendant and the driver were curious. We reached the hotel by 9:30 am and were delighted to get the room by 11 am and that too with an upgrade. The room was huge with three types of seating/lounging areas and very comfy beds. The washroom was also big with a bathtub. We loved the old style layout of the hotel and the room. The evening dinner was in the Italian restaurant Cuchina. It was one of the finest Italian foods we have eaten outside Italy. The next day's breakfast was at JW Cafe. The restaurant looked small for such a big property. However, on all the four days we never had to wait. The lavish and tasted food included the Western, Thai, Indian, Indonesian and Chinese cuisines. The room service in the hotel was prompt and tasty. Biggest take aways from our stay were — 12-km long uninterrupted beach, option of number of restaurants and bars, hree swimming pools, and above all a fabulous set of staff. Few noteworthy names: JW Cafe's Rachen, May & Min and our housekeeping lady Jeab.

This property is incredible. The pools and beach are amazing, the spa is wonderful, the rooms are great, the restaurants are fabulous, and the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. I’ve been a Marriott guy for some time and this is right up there with my best experiences ever. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

Absolutely love this resort! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
Everything was just so well done - the staff were really friendly and helpful, the place was so beautifully decorated and well-maintained, and the activities they arranged were all so fun!
It’s really recommended to just stay at the resort and explore the place as it’s very walkable/cycle-able, do their many activities or just relax at the pool/beach.
I especially loved their adults’ only pool where tai chi was taught and it was very quiet, private yet luxurious. I could’ve spent the whole day there if I had the time.
The rest of the hotel is also beautiful but expect a lot more noise because this hotel is very centred on families too!
I think another thing that made this resort so enjoyable was how amazing the staff were. They were really just so nice, so helpful and friendly. I hope they do get paid well because they really deserve it! Shoutout to Arm for the great tai chi class!

Located at a quiet northern part of Phuket. Great for families with kids to laze around the resort.

The resort is extremely big. They are filled with lakes, gardens and green trees everywhere, on top of a quiet and nice Mai Khao private beach and 3 swimming pools. My 5 and 6 yo loved the kids pool with slides.
There were enough activities in the kids club and play area to keep my kids happy and busy.

Food in the resort’s restaurants and cafe was not cheap but of good variety and tasty. Breakfast buffet is a must try.

Service was top notch, kudos to Ani, ya and all the JW Marriott staff. they were smiley and friendly and always ready to help. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her Balinese massage in the spa.

Also I found the transport desk very helpful. I asked them to book activities around Phuket beforehand in Thai. They will quote you a reasonable price and call you a return taxi trip wherever you want, with the driver waiting for you. Payment is made directly to the driver. This saves a lot of haggling with unknown drivers.

Overall, we had a great family trip and an enjoyable experience.

My time at this JW Marriott was nothing short of excellent, the food here was to die for and the customer service was always on point and so nice. The views from the hotel are amazing and there is always something to do, wether you go on the beach or the pool or even the turtle sancturary they have on site. My time at the JW Marriott was one that will always be remembered and if you are thinking of coming to phuket, I highly suggest you spend your time here. Also I would like to thank David from customer service for his help with enquires as he was very prompt and very helpful with his replies.

I appreciated the quality of service in the rooms and restaurants we visited during our 4 night stay in JW Marriott Phuket. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their face whatever time of day it was. I would like to commend my room cleaners, Dada, Warinya, and Keniga for the cleanliness of my room and for all the small details that elevated the experience even more. Karan and Tatiana also made our checkout process smooth and delightful. Will definitely come back with my family for a vacation stay.

We had a fantastic time at the resort for our fifth visit. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Chef Rush, Chef Tee, Chef Abutalha and Chef Sunil prepared a delicious breakfast buffet every morning, catering to our preferences and dietary needs. Gift and Rachen were attentive and friendly servers who always greeted us with a smile. Nong did a great job of keeping our room clean and tidy. Pum at Sala Bar was very kind and playful with our 18-month-old daughter, who loved her. Adil at deli restaurant was hardworking and helpful, offering us suggestions and recommendations.

The highlight of our stay was the Thanksgiving dinner, which was well organized and delicious. We loved the variety of dishes and the festive atmosphere. It was a memorable night for us.

The only thing that we were a bit disappointed with was the Loy Krathong dinner, which was not as organised as the previous years we attended. We hope that the resort will improve this event in the future.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the resort.

We were so delighted with our stay at the JW Marriott in Phuket. The resort itself is lovely and well taken care of- there was some construction going on during our visit but it was in no way intrusive on our stay.
