great diving school! everyone was super nice, we had great diving trips and had an amazing time :) and lovely cats 🐱

High quality professional instructors with fun attitudes! I tried multiple schools on the island and always came back to dive point. The boat is also the best on the island even with a cat.

His friendly manner and clear and precise instructions made the contents of the Open Water Diver licence fun to learn. Compared to other diving schools, divepoint also offers more dives for the same price. Highly recommended!

I really had a great time. Diving with my instructor, Marco, is the best. He ran the course professionally but no stress. He showed me the cool spots and explained everything clearly.

Also, Mr. White, the cat on the boat was so adorable.

We did the day try dive and had an amazing experience. Couldn’t recommend it enough! Patrick was our instructor and he was excellent! I was really nervous at the beginning and struggled with the breathing but he was so patient and helpful. Thank you so much Patrick for making it such an incredible experience!

I finished my Open Water Diver and my Advanced Adventurer (SSI) with DivePoint in June 2023.

Orestis and Marius accompanied my Open Water through 6 dives on 3 days. The theory classes and also the dives were well organised and perfectly explained for beginners. I always felt safe and perfectly supervised with them.
Same with Advanced Adventurer. I did deep dive, wreck and night dive together with Orestis and Marius which was again perfect without any issues. Through the two courses we had a lot of fun and i really enjoyed those courses with them.
Rating Orestis and Marius 12/10.
Bouancy and navigation was with Patrick, which is of the most experienced instructors on Koh Toa. He teached us a lot and i really improved my bouyancy. Especially for beginners Patrick can help you a lot to feel more comfortable under water and it is really nice to dive with him who has that much experience.

I also had some fundives with Marco and Paul. Both of them are very good guides and i saw a lot of marine life with all of them. They also had some good ideas to make diving easier and safer for me.

In the end i stayed two weeks on Koh Tao only for diving and now i have 23 logged dives with DivePoint.
So if i could i would give 6 stars for DivePoint. Big recommendation.

Also the shop is close to the pier with own boat and no need to carry the gear on and off the boat like other schools have to do it.
Especially Elias my dive instructor was a gem of a guide: patient, funny and all very safe;)

Myself and my partner have completed both the open water and advanced diving. Before coming to the island we done extensive research into what diving company to pick and are so happy we chose dive point. Our experience could not have been better, our instructor spoke very good English and made everything feel very relaxed and enjoyable. Even through Covid all there equipment is obviously well maintained. The owners are friendly and very accommodating, helping to recommend other things to do on the island, secret spots and the best food.
Can’t wait to do more with this company they have definitely given us the diving bug.

I had an amazing experience on Koh Tao with Dive Point! My friend and I decided to get our open water here, and it was the best decision. Not only were we we getting private instruction (2 of us with one instructor), but we got six dives in, and our instructor (Allen) was amazing! It's not very often you run across someone who is so passionate about what they do. Allen really cared about teaching us and sharing the world of diving. He was so patient, fun, smart and safe. For anyone who is looking for a discovery dive, open water course, or any other advanced instruction, go to Dive Point.

-The provided accommodations (room with A/C) were nice and clean as well and located very centrally to town.

We dived with Divepoint in April. We are both advanced and it was a fun experience. Kai was very nice and took as to beautiful dive spots with many dive throughs (which I loved!). We dived also to a ship wreck. Everything was professional, safe and with a pleasant atmosphere. We had a really good time.

I did 18 dives here and loved each one. Very good dive sites, the shop is conveniently beside the pier and café for breakfast

My favorite dive boat on Koh Tao More dives for the same price like other dive schools on Koh Tao. The staff is verry friendly and helpfull. Special breakfast is an advantage after the first morning dive Thefood on the boat is really awesome. I have done hundreds of dives with Dive Point. I miss all of them and also Mr White the boat cat. Can't wait to go diving with them again and again. Whalesharks Blue spotted stingrays pilot whales seahorses turtles and and and.
The equipment is serviced frequently and professional. The compressors deliver clean air on the boat. 3 compressor provide so much air that they can stop them during the trip for maximal fun experience in the ocean.
The teachers are multilingual and highly motivated and very very experienced.
There many Dive Schools on this Island. I know many many personally. Dive Point Koh Tao is my favorite because the big boat give more safely luxury and comfort also when the gulf of Thailand have choppy waters.
People with seasick problems just go down in the middle of the boat watch the horizon and when the boat arrive on the dive site there always ready to dive.
The Captain on the boat is probably worldwide the best.

For your safety Dive Point have ladders on the side of the boat too. Huge amount of oxygen on board. Vinegar and first aid kit on board. Teachers who training and certifying other people for saving lives working on the boat every day as dive professionals.

Great for learning diving, I did the Open water diver (owd) for 8000 THB. Small group by 4, excellent trainer Max! Have their own boat, very well organized. Not too busy.

After spending many years on Koh Tao I cound not recommended Divepoint highly enough.
Walter has been working to make his dive shop a friendly, safe and affordable place for a long time.
Seven joined Divepoint a few years ago and takes care of the day to day. He is very good at helping people get the most from their time.
