Really really beautiful property! Rooms are immaculate and beds are comfortable! Beautiful view of the beach too but if you're not a fan of the beach, the sea villa comes with a private pool too. The property itself is beautiful but there was quite a number of construction works ongoing around the other villas- the jacuzzi wasn't working and the gym is less than average. However, the villa staff, chef and housekeeping staff are extremely helpful! I loved having Pang in my house. The quality of food is by luck of draw because my family booked 4 villas and the food quality from each house varied dramatically. Also, they will outline in terms n conditions that everytime they grocery shop for you there is a service fee imposed. However, all the shopping transactions are recorded in Thai script so you can't even review your orders. I ended up spending 900$ SGD for a couple of home cooked meals and Thai milk teas because the service fee is more than the actual grocery fee. You can also try to review your order sheet daily so there's accountability.
