What an incredible meal. Beautiful in every way.

I love Aulis’ chef’s table experience where you can see how chefs putting their art on the plates. Each dish is very delicately flavoured, everything is so delicious.

This res is owned by 3 Michelin stars chef “Simon Rogan” it is so wonderful that we have more fine dining restaurants in the south of Thailand.

If you are looking for a restaurant to celebrate your special occasions or need an amazing meal that you’ll never forget. I highly recommend Aulis :)

I had an exceptional experience at Aulis. Arsan provided impeccable care throughout the evening. Chef Charlie and the team crafted extraordinary meals, each dish from starter to dessert executed with precision and finesse. The chef personally guided us through the culinary journey, explaining the creation of each dish and offering expert advice on the optimal way to savor them, such as the "all in one bite" technique. It was particularly gratifying to learn that the majority of ingredients were sourced locally from Thai producers across the country. Without a doubt, it was an unforgettable dining experience.

A spectacular experience at this exclusive 15 seat chef table from 3 Michelin star chef Simon Rogan of L'Enclume fame. Chef Giacomo and his team bring modern British/European cuisine to Thailand. They've searched the country, especially the south, for the best ingredients, from amazing local beef to seafood and even Thai caviar.

Last night, I went with my husband to the Aulis restaurant at the Iniala resort. The dinner began with stunning canapés, remarkable for their ability to blend Western cooking techniques with Thai ingredients and flavors. The reinterpretation of the salad, as well as the fish and meat dishes, was fantastic. The desserts concluded the menu with equal satisfaction. The service was excellent from the moment we were welcomed. Impressive wine selection. Congratulations to the entire staff, and best of luck to Aulis Thailand.

We had an amazing evening at Aulis Phuket. There are only a handful of staff members and they all work incredibly hard all evening to produce exceptional food, drinks and a relaxed and informal atmosphere. The chefs get up at the crack of dawn to source ingredients and prep all day, then cook and serve every course while you are there and explain the dish to customers. They even make time to have a chat between courses. We were blown away by how much of an undertaking it is for the staff and by the end of the evening we felt like we had made new friends.

What an awesome experience at Aulis Phuket! From the moment we arrived, greeted by the restaurant manager Ex (who had also been great at ensuring we would enjoy our visit through regular communication beforehand), we knew we were in for a special treat. On entry and throughout, the restaurant is very sleek and glamorous.The home made gin and tonic aperitif was super - really botanical and fresh. The delicious appetisers (our favourite was probably the truffle pudding caramelised in banana molasses with black garlic) were brought out and described to us by each of the four chefs, in person, in turn .
We then proceeded to sit at a chef’s table set up, which was a great way to see the amazing food cooked before our eyes with such care and attention to detail. The one standout detail here (but so so hard to choose!) was probably the baby crumpet served with the wagyu. I don’t normally eat dessert, but the frozen sheep’s yoghurt aerated with lime and the Aulis caramel mousse were both to die for. Despite the seriousness of the food, it wasn’t at all stuffy or formal - Charlie the head chef and the others all chatted to us and really put us at our ease, which made for a most enjoyable and intimate evening.
The food of course is the star event (and how great that it is 98% sourced locally), but a big shout out to Valentine ( who was recently voted Michelin sommelier of the year and is helping with the opening) as he picked some truly marvellous wines for us. However, when he returns to England it is worth noting that Ex was previously the head sommelier, before becoming the restaurant manager .
If you are looking for a truly unique occasion I really could not recommend this highly enough.

Was soll ich sagen... Bin immer noch sprachlos. Wir hatten das unfassbare Glück die gesamte Crew nur für uns zu haben!!!! Von der Begrüßung angefangen, den Service, das echt exklusive Ambiente und tolle Diner hat man sich wie in einem Traum gefüllt... Für einen Abend FirstClass... Das Essen wurde live zubereitet und hat alle Sinne angesprochen!!!! Wer für gutes Essen bereit ist, etwas mehr Geld auszugeben wird es nicht bereuen... Man lebt schließlich nur einmal ;-)
