Thavorn Palm Beach Resort

A Fantastic property on beach with so much to explore within the property. The pool are awesome, with good restaurants, spa and a mono rail with breath taking view. The property is spread across a large piece of green land full of greenery. The staff is courteous and kids friendly. Rooms are spacious with a royal feel. The breakfast and dinner buffet has a wide range of variety. And the food is delicious. Overall a great place to stay in Phuket.

We are just finishing our vacation at Thavorn Palm Beach Resort. We really loved our stay in this hotel in a green area with beautiful gardens and 4 swimming pools, next to the beach. I found the slides a little dangerous and they need a refresh. Special thanks to the personnel staff. Their commitments were above expectations, thanks Wan, Park, May, Nacky and many others. The rooms are cleaned and well equipped. I would say that the half board formula is limited to a small menu card for the lunch or diner, which is really repetitive. I was expecting a buffet. The breakfast was amazing. In conclusion, a place to go...

The hotel location and facilities are great.
We only had a minor issue with housekeeping that didn’t make our room 1 day and another day came to to the room at 5:45 pm when we were all back from the beach and ready to have a shower and relax.
Besides that the staff is very helpful. Breakfast is great as well.
Especially Eddie who went beyond to give us local tip and great service! Thank you Eddie you are a star!

Family stay. Hotel and grounds are beautiful and the rooms are very clean. Kids loved the pools and water slides. A special thank you to our lovely maids from room 1214, fabulous cleaning, fresh towels every day, lovely greetings and smiles whenever we saw them. Reception staff all very friendly and a special mention to Eddie who has been very kind and attentive during our stay and making us feel welcome.

If I could give this hotel 10/5 I would!! It’s such an amazing resort. The resort itself has so much to offer. Especially for kids. The baby animal feedings were so cute each day. I got to hug bunnies after breakfast every morning! The beach across the road is absolutely gorgeous, one of the best in Phuket! The staff here are so friendly and so good with children too. The food was AMAZING!! The buffet breakfast is so good too, I stayed ten days and didn’t get to try everything, there was just too much!
We also had the best service from Eddie! He gave us incredible local advice which I feel we invaluable!! Thank you Eddie!!
Can’t wait to come and stay again.

Great stay here the last ten days. The staff really made the experience special all around. Ta took care of our room and was so friendly and kind. JJ and A made the pool bar much more special than just a bar, great service and very personable. Shout out to the men at the egg station and buffet staff, especially since the guests can behave like animals. Animals at the buffet and animals reserving pool chairs at 6:30 am even with signs clearly stating not to.
Also beautiful well kept grounds and easy beach access.
Directly across the street there is a group of young men that manage the chairs/umbrellas/parasailing. Not resort affiliated but they were also a great part of our experience. Easy to exist here.

Thavorn Palm Beach Resort is the best place for family vacation. It is not overcrowded, even on the beach, which is 5 minutes walk. Personnel is very polite and kind. Moo has checked us out quickly and with a smile.
The hotel has its own garden, three pools and water slide. Also, they have petting zoo, where you can feed animals twice a day.
We and our two kids have delighted with our vacation in Thavorn!

We had such an excellent holiday. The fun family terrace was perfect for our small family of 4 with beautiful views of the pool and beach. The food was superb and the rooms and gardens so clean and well maintained. The staff were so friendly and always remembered our names. We felt so welcome. A special thank you to Eddie and Napa at reception for helping us with all our check in and check out details and booking excursions etc. Also a massive thanks to Wan from the main bar and kitchen

We had a lovely stay at this very family friendly hotel. All what i expected for family stay was done. Our son loved the petting zoo and enjoyed the playroom. Eddie was very friendly and helped us with our bags, a special thanks for him who really take care of us. All of the staff were great - The 3 pools are big with lots of shallow areas too. I recommend this for anyone who want to enjoy a family stay. Would love to come back!

We just stayed at Thavorn Palm Beach Resort on the 7 nights Kids Stay and Eat Free Package. The hotel was fantastic with so many things to do. My son loved the water slides, the animal petting zoo and the ice cream shop. The breakfast buffet would have to be one of the best international buffets we have eaten at with so many options for everyone. The service from all of the staff was wonderful. We had one issue with our air con making a loud rattling noise at night but engineering were able to come and fix it promptly in the morning. The resort is in an excellent location to the beach and a short walk to the markets and lots of restaurants. The cocktails were super yummy and tasted even better during Happy Hour at the Swim up bar! Would like to give a special mention to the concierge Eddie who gave us some wonderful recommendations and just great to have a chat too. It was my 40th birthday during our stay and Eddie organised a special slice of birthday cake to be delivered to our room on arrival back from our tour. Thank you so much and we look forward to returning one day 😊

The pool slides were the highlight of the stay for our 8 yo. Close to the beach but you have to cross a busy road first. 15 minutes walk to the night market for dinner food.
Beautiful gardens. Buffet breakfast is pretty good, but not up to the standard of the nearby Pullman hotel. The ice cream shop is absolutely spectacular: not many choices but very good quality. Very few customers for buffet dinner, most choose to eat outside or at the pretty good Italian restaurant nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed at the recently renovated lagoon access room. The room was very clean and had the nice decor.
Every staff I meet was very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast buffet and Ciao restaurant offer delicious food and drinks. Karon beach is one street away. They have 3 large pools with water slides. My favorite activity was petting zoo. I got to hold a bird on my hand!

The hotel was lovely, beautiful gardens and pools. The staff were fabulous and super friendly. Most of the staff even remembered us. The front door man/greeter/Eddie was super friendly and was always happy to help out and have a chat. Absolutely fantastic place and a great location.

We had a lovely stay at this very family friendly hotel. Eddie was very friendly and helped us with our bags. All of the staff were great - they even ran after me when I left a ring in the safe! The pools are big with lots of shallow areas too. Our eldest child loved the slides and both loved the petting zoo and playroom. Would love to come back!

Thavorn Palm Beach resort at Karon was amazing. My whole family (14 of us) stayed for 8 days, we had a wonderful time. The service was exceptional, Eddie looked after us every day and catered to all our needs.
The location was perfect, crossing the road to the pristine beach and local restaurants, bars and shops right next door

We had an excellent holiday here. The rooms were modern, clean and roomy. Central location, right across the road from the beach and great food and beverage choices. Fantastic and friendly service right up until our departure , Eddie looked after us to make sure our final hours after checkout were comfortable while waiting for our airport transfer with coffee, snacks and an air conditioned room.

Lovely resort with very friendly staff! Erick and Eddie were helpful every time we needed something, Ta kept our rooms clean + tidy and always had a new decoration on our bed ranging from swans to bunnies! The manager of the pool bar was a wonderful bartender who always put a smile on our faces! We will definitely be back soon!

Great hotel in a perfect location opposite Karon beach. The staff were very helpful but Eddie was a stand out and truly an asset to the hotel. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Eddie.

We spent the last two nights of our trip in Thailand at Karon and decided to stay at Thavorn Palm Resort. It was a great way to unwind at the end of our trip. The resort has all the amenities required and easy activities onsite, inclusive of numerous water slides, a petting zoo, ice cream shop, coffee shop and bistro.
Shout out to Eddie who was helpful during our stay and even after we checked out with any questions we had.
