The Pad Thai shop offers delicious, authentic, no thrills Pad Thai and other noodle dishes. The portions are huge and at ฿60 for a chicken Pad Thai, cost is very reasonable.

Take out is available.

This little shack is a personal favourite, I visit every time in the area as food quality is consistently great.

Simply order the pad Thai of choice (chicken, prawn, seafood or egg) then air and wait for them to call your order once it’s done. You pay once you are finished eating.

The pad Thai itself is without toppings but the usual suspects of peanuts, oils, chill paste and powder, sugar, salt and limes can all found on the tables when eating.

One of our favorite meal in Phuket! We love everything and their home made chili oil was to die for. We wanted to buy some to take home but they’re not for sell.

Loved the braised beef noodle soup, it’s light and sweet and bursting with flavors. Overall a very satisfying meal with very reasonable price too!

Excellent!
Don’t miss out, I was lucky enough to have seen this earlier this morning as I started my walk to the big Buddha. 60 baht for a chicken pad Thai, more like two, it’s massive! And so tasty!!!

I also had a cold beer, that was 50 baht. I need to stress that this beer was ice cold, very nice after a long walk.

The service was excellent, all staff were really friendly and helpful. The meal came with a free soup, drinking water and condiments. I had a look at the rest of the food, everything looks great but I think I’ll be back for the beef curry:)

When you see a 4.7* @ 1.6k comment, I can't help but come and try myself. Oh boy... for someone like me who is a thai food enthusiast, I can vouch for this.

1) Value for money - the price to portion ratio is amazing! Almost couldn't finish our food.

2) Depth of flavor and authenticity - you are actually like those crappy "Thai food" they serve at the main streets of the island, you will get your mind blown in this place. This is a no nonsense straight up local thai tasting food. If you want a farang influenced taste please go back to the main tourist area

3) Free soup & water - The soup was tasty and peppery. Perfect appetiser!

4) Cleanliness - spot on! They even have a pot of boiling hot water to let you clean your own cutleries.

5) Staff friendliness - everyone was all smiles and friendly!

It's is a little out of the way but it was worth it. My personal favourite was the braised beef noodles soup (with thick noodles). I will dreaming about this bowl for many weeks to come.

My 2 thumbs up to this place!

This Pad Thai joint in Phuket is a game-changer. First off, they buck the trend – you eat, then you pay. In a spot this bustling, that’s a bold move, typically you’d be forking out cash before your first bite. And let me tell you, the Pad Thai? Best I’ve ever scarfed down. It's not just good, it's 'cancel all my meetings, I need to sit here and savor this' good. The Beef Noodles? They're in a league of their own, too. I’ve been around the Thai food block and this place has something special – it’s all in the unpretentious cookery that packs a serious flavor punch. The spot’s as no-frills as they come, with a tight menu that’s all killer, no filler – focusing on soup noodles, fried noodles, and rice. If you're in Phuket and skip this place, you’re missing out. Big time.

Really amazingly delicious food! This place is very popular, so they sell out of things fast, but will have a note posted on their menu board about what is available at that moment. The place was packed full when I went at 2pm, so I placed a takeaway order for a soup. It's given to you in tied up bags with a Styrofoam bowl if you get it to go. I asked for not spicy, and the spicy sauce bags were tied up separately. The line to place an order or to pick up an already placed order is a little confusing, so just go up to the counter and ask. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area!

A small restaurant right on the main road, if you didn't see all the motorbikes in front of the restaurant, you would have passed quickly. The restaurant is always full of locals, which is always a good sign. The selection is good, the prices as well .. there is self-service.

It’s my second time here. 10-14 April 2024. Last visit was in 2017. The food and service here is fantastic and it’s affordable (especially if you are from EU/US/SG). Photos are from the recent trip. Must visit if you are around the area!

It was just an ordinary shop by the roadside but trust me they serve amazing Pad Thai! With really affordable price as well. Too good that we went there two times during our trip to Phuket. Definitely a must-try!

This was the best meal I had in Thailand so far, simply amazing. It’s a Thai family restaurant and they are so friendly. I tried so many other restaurants near the sea and was so disappointed but this was by far the best meal I’ve had here. Don’t even think about it, just go

Superb pad Thai!!! Awesome service and food in this hidden gem. It’s located right beside a highway but we would have missed it if not for google map. We order prawn and chicken pad Thai’s the portion was huge and both were super flavourful. We thought the base taste of the pad Thai would taste the same for both but we were wrong! The flavours of the chicken and prawn were infused into each of our noodles respectively. Prawn pad Thai had a more distinct seafood saltiness taste to it which I preferred. They offered free pork soup too to go with the noodles.

The best pad Thai in Phuket. Great food that fills you up after a day at the beach. The lady that runs the place will come around to your table and tell you what condiments to add. There’s egg, prawns and chicken to choose from. 200 baht for two people with drinks!!!

I would give this place 6 stars if I could!

We ordered the Prawn Pas Thai and it was 🤌🏻😋 DELICIOUS!!! Solid 10/10! You can customise your own spice level and the peanuts are put on your table! We also ordered the braised beef noodles soup and you can ask more more soup! 10/10 for this too 🤌🏻🤤

We went with the thick rice noodles (pad Thai) and fine rice noodles (beef noodles) as recommended by the staff there. The beef noodles was unexpectedly good! Loved the taste of the broth and it’s not too salty, just nice!

Self service here so you gotta take your own food once it’s cooked, they’ll call you so you gotta look out for their signal. Portion here is really big but my friend and I were really hungry hence we managed to finish both the pad thai and braised beef noodles haha 🤭

This warung is really a gem! Lots of locals and yes it’s definitely worth coming all the way to Karon for their pad thai and beef noodles here! But do take not that most shops are closed on Sundays in Karon, my friend and I forgot to check if it’s opened on a Sunday (I assumed it would be opened since Phuket is such a touristy place, but I was wrong 😅)

They also sell some local snacks which I bought back as souvenirs, tasted alright (not the best snacks) but it’s worth the price, only 49 baht per pack (for all snacks)

AMAZING FOOD. A must to visit, affordable and so so SO GOOD. Chicken rice is so fragrant, the chicken soup — if it’s available, take a serving. Peppery yet light and very flavourful. Pad Thai is not as much a stand out as compared to the chicken rice 😅 but still very good too!

Update 2023
They increased their serving portions, mad huge now- especially for those who don’t eat a whole lot. Should have tried their kra pao though, it looked divine. Maybe next time?? Will definitely be back, great service!

Family owned and operated pad Thai shop. Come, order at the bar and have a seat. You will be called when your food is ready.
2 Pad Thai with extra fried egg + 2 drinks were 100 bath

Little roadside joint selling the best damn food I've ever eaten. Full stop. It had the best pad Thai, the soup was great and the Thai tea was great. If you're in Kata, please go. It's small and looks family run, it's no fuss eating but with loads of flavour

The best local restaurant in Phuket. Pad Thai was good but I personally recommend the beef noodle. The meat was so tender and delicious. The restaurant is clean and has efficient operation.

A smallish shed off the main road. Quite warm and had to wait 30 mins for food during lunch hour but so worth the patience. The padthai was amazing. Portion was very big. And cheap

Walked 40 min and had to wait 20 min for the food but it was worth every single meter and wait, the food tastes authentic compared to the pad Thais in more tourist areas. 10/10 in taste, price and the size of the portion of food.
