An unpretentious and charming Thai restaurant .I enjoyed the ambience here. Tables were not crammed in together. Good staff service .Very authentic Thai dishes from the Eastern part of Thailand .I loved the พริกเผ็ด( spiciness) of the dishes. Prices are fair .

Great food and consistently good. The grilled salt fish (ปลาเผา) was fantastic. Prices very reasonable (Thai pricing, not priced for tourists). As spicy as you'd like and then some, if you want authentic Isaan food.
Highly recommended. We will continue coming every time we visit Koh Samui.

One of my favourite restaurants in Samui. Proper traditional Thai / Isaan style restaurant. Amazing food, great prices / value for money. Seems to be family run, nice family, good people - as you would expect in Thailand. Friendly service and efficient. I also like that they have Thai music playing. Adds to the ambience. Not many restaurants here play any music. Highly recommend. I will be back for sure.

Open air opposite a pharmacy across the road. Got here along the way and tried their food. Super tasty Thai food and good variety with some western dishes. The lady who serves us speaks reasonable English. We came here on a lunch and again the next day for dinner. Not expensive (although I am sure we are already charged with farang price). The only minor thing is the dishes are a bit small.

Really good, the soup had so much flavor, I hope it was all natural and not some powder because it had so much flavor. Friendly staff

10/10 food. It was all so incredible. If you want to eat traditional Thai and Esan food in Koh Samui, this is the place to do it. The food is cooked fresh and it was so tasty.

We had the whole snapper in lime and chilli broth and WOW you MUST order it. We also ordered yellow crab curry and som tam which was equally fantastic!

Total bill for one massive whole fish, crab curry, papaya salad, two portions of rice and two smoothies was only 750 baht!

Got the fried noodles with chicken (Pad see ew I think? Didn't get a photo of this one) and the spicy glass noodles with herb salad, and both were incredible. Delicious, quick, and cheap.

Definitely the best Tom Kha Goong/Kai I've had in a long time. Other dishes are legit, too. Pad Pangaree, Pad Prik Gang, both delicious. Fantastic prices.

Good restaurant with authentic Thai cuisine and dishes from Isaan. If you like spicy food, this is the place to go, although the dishes are certainly also available "toned down".

By far the best Thai place to eat in Lamai, possibly Koh Samui. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality of food, there is no hiked up farang prices which is extremely common most places. Staff are honestly so nice and friendly and always greet with a smile. I wouldn't go anywhere else if you want to have authentic Thai and Isaan food. Would recommend this place to anyone.

An outstanding family run restaurant serving freshly cooked Esan and Thai food. Everything is delicious, bursting with robust aromatic flavours. Incredible value and after trying various neighbourhood restaurants we now eat here every single day. Don’t miss the som tan, the grilled chicken and the hotpot. To top it all off the staff are super friendly and welcoming.

That's a proper Esan food and absolutely delicious. If you craving something authentic, than that's the place for you. They are not afraid of putting lots of chillies in the dishes but you can ask to tone it down. Definitely will be visiting this place more often
