Jungle Club

We went for a drink and some snacks to The Jungle Club and loved it. It was so picturesque and a really nice calm environment on a sunny day. The views are lovely so we got some nice photos.

We didn’t have a booking so wasn’t sure if we would get in based on the reviews but we turned up and waited about 10 minutes and they fit us in. Other people did the same so they definitely do accept walk ins.

Place has a very relaxing feel to it. Especially the cafe overlooking the sea and the lush forests of the island. So cool in photos as well. We just came there to have a quick coffee and the staff are very accomodating. Great spot for sure!

Went for dinner here for out last night in Samui, beautiful views. There was a bit of a mix up with our reservation, but after a quick wait they had a table for us. Views are unreal from up there, definitely worth a visit. Food was good but the view definitely make the experience amazing. Our car wouldn't take us to the top so we got the car the provide... It was a journey, 🤣🤣🤣

Fabulous views like all the reviews say. Food priced to match, but for the views it was worth it. Easy to find cover and continue our drinks/food, even when a rain storm came in. Super friendly service, comfy relaxed seating options, wide variety of food & beverages on the menu. A bit tricky car ride up the hill....I wasn't sure if our little rental car would make it. Easy parking across the road from the restaurant.

For the review that says 100B shuttle each way isn't worth it, I completely disagree. He obviously has no idea how far and steep that road is. Had I known there was a shuttle I may not have taken the risk renting a car, in rainy season, driving on the left up such a steep and long road.

Amazing spot for dinner! Stunning view! Service was also amazing! Definitely make a reservation first as it can get fairly booked up.

This hotel is amazing. The staff are so attentive and nothing is too much for them. The pool is just incredible with outstanding views and fresh towels are left by the pool.

The rooms are very spacious with a great layout. The bathroom is exceptional and beds are comfy. Each of our Jungle bungalows came with hammock and two loungers with a balcony area into the grass.

The only downfall with the rooms are the gaps in the windows which allows more insects then necessary. There is a net provided around the bed which again is a great positive and I didn’t get bitten once during my stay.

The restaurant and bar is by far the most beautiful view of the island and this made me stay in the hotel on my second visit to the island.

I would recommend getting a moped as the hill is steep and taxis do not like coming up. The hotel does provide a jeep every day to get you up and down which is readily available. We got the mopeds through the hotel and Ritchie was nothing but a great help for my friend who had never ridden before.

Cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. If I could give a higher rating, I would.

We first visited The Jungle Club 8 years ago and were delighted to return last night while on our honeymoon in Samui. We were so happy to see that the food, service and vibe is just as good if not better than when we first visited all those years ago.
The view is incredible and there is such an incredibly relaxing atmosphere that you could spend hours enjoying. Definitely book in advance - we did but spotted quite a queue of people without reservations waiting to get in.

No booking on arrival I didn't realise how nice this place was (you need transit up and down) . The pictures didn't do it justice. The feeling and set up is amazing, it was areal treat to be able to settle mountain side and eat some quality green curry. Able to get Beautiful pictures and enjoy the scenery.

Awsome views and above average great food. Most places give your great views without the food, but not this place. Highly recommended..!!

We came because we heard of the place and we were more than conquered. The view of course was amazing but the food was also good, it’s not just a pretty view. The juice in the coconut is exquisite, and the mango sticky rice with the little coconut sauce is perfect. Reasonable price. We booked (good tip = reserved) and we were very well placed. The staff was kind and welcoming. I really recommend this place if you come to Koh Samui ! (I didn’t book a room there but from the outside it’s beautiful and peaceful)

Quirky, fun and something completely different. Great choice of wine and food (Mediterranean or Thai). Very relaxed and spectacular views. Mosquitos may be bit of an issue for some, but just ask for a coil repellent and you will be sorted! Getting there is a bit confusing. Taxis, etc will only take you about 1/3 of the way up. You will be dropped to a car park, where you can choose to walk (not advisable) or get in one of the Jungle Club's jeeps - at at a charge of B150 per person. Was it worth it? Absolutely. On the way down, there are jeeps waiting for you. Unsure if there's a charge as the driver offered to take us to our hotel for B200. All in all a fabulous experience.

One of the best viewpoints plus one of the best restaurants, combined.
We arrived without prior reservation and it was okay.

The food was very good. All the dishes were made of high standard.
Plus all the time you sit in front of an amazing view.

It is pretty expensive but you also get food which deserves the price.

One thing which I don't like, the prices are not included service and they add 10 percent to the bill automatic. It's not ok.

So come hungry and dress to take pictures.

We were for the New Year’s Eve in the jungle club but this was a real great experience. They served a bug buffet with various entrees, seafood, meat, desserts all what you could desire. But chilling on the mountain side until midnight and then watching the fireworks at chaoweng beach was just a blast.

Beautiful location, amazing food and great service. The view is amazing. We went for dinner with no reservation but they had a seating area to wait and we were served fast.
Advise to wear bug repellant as it's in the jungle.

The expectations were really high for that place as some friends recommended this place - and what can I say: we reserved a table for our family lunch about 4 days in advance and the visit was just exceptional! We had some great phat tai, some pizza, some spaghetti, chicken appetizers and duck breast. All meat was grilled on a charcoal grill and had some fantastic flavors to it! And on top of that the view was astonishing! Expect a little higher price but in return you get a breath taking view, really really great food and even some bigger portions. So all in all I would say this place needs to be on your todo list for koh Samui. We were not guests of the hotel - we just came for the restaurant.

Food was good and the cocktails that we drank were very tasty. Only complaint that I have are the waiters. The attention for their own mobile phones was a bit annoying.

The toad to the hotel/restaurant is very steep. We went there on a motorbike, and it was ok. Just be aware.

We visited Jungle Club for the first time 9 years ago, and back then, we decided that the next time we would stay here. The place is renowned for its breathtaking views, and once again, it left us in awe with its beauty.

The Jungle Club staff arranged transportation for us directly from the port, and the reception was warm with extremely helpful and courteous staff. Our accommodation, or rather our small home, was the Jungle Lodge, and I was truly amazed. I had seen pictures of the place, but the views, private terrace, and the lodge itself were absolutely incredible!

Situated at a considerable height, Jungle Club always provides transportation up and down the hill as needed, making it easy to explore places like Chaweng from the conveniently located pick-up point downhill.

The staff deserves special mention. Our flight was at 7 in the morning, and they arranged rides to the airport and provided a pre-packed breakfast the night before, ensuring we didn't have to travel on an empty stomach (and this was done without us asking, which was a really nice touch).

I can only recommend this accommodation, and next time, we'll try an even more luxurious room type!

We came for dinner after seeing a lot of recommendations online. We thought it may not live up to the hype but we were so impressed! The view is breathtaking, we had a table booked at 5.30pm and that was perfect to see the daylight, sunset and nighttime views. The food was also 10/10. We got a selection of the starters and shared everything and were so impressed by everything we ate & drank! A must visit in Koh Samui!

Beautiful place, amazing view. The food is good, mainly inspired by Italian kitchen. The location is nearby to town by 10 mins drive, not possible to walk, because up in the mountain hill. Very steep hill.
