Definitely a 10/10!

It might appear a bit more expensive but you will get the equivalent back. So value for money wise, it’s a match.

The staff is extremely helpful and service minded and does everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Great fitness center and the swimming pool on the roof is perfect for a quick refresher.
Everything was perfectly clean.

In regards to the location. You're in Soi 3 which is relatively central located. But if you want to go to the main beach or walking street it’s easier by taking one of the many motorbike taxis around there.

There is absolutely nothing I could complain about so thank you very much for the great time.

I had an absolutely amazing time in Pattaya! The hotel staff were simply fantastic - from the friendly front desk team to the helpful concierge staff and the attentive housekeeping crew! The location was perfect too - just a stone's throw away from everything you could possibly need, and the walk to the sea was simply delightful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Pattaya - it's the perfect choice for a truly unforgettable experience!

Stayed here for a work trip/event and really enjoyed it. The hotel is super clean, near to the beach, walking distance to bazaar & terminal 21, lots of food & shopping near too. The hotel has a rooftop bar (didn’t get to go), sauna, steam room, pool & small gym. Breakfast was included in our rate and there was a nice selection of Thai & Western options. We were there during the week so hotel was quite quiet which was nice. Service is amazing! Had a double room which was spacious, incudes a small fridge & water. Bathroom is large & I like that they give you hand towels & that the shower has a full door(so no wet floors)! Staff was super helpful to arrange large rooms & special invoicing for company expenses. Overall really enjoyed & would highly recommend.

Service is great, with super friendly staff. The pool has amazing views and rooms are clean and comfortable. Concierge is super helpful saved us a lot on a taxi to Bangkok. Only thing I would change is decent coffee with breakfast and more user friendly smart TV options

The location is good and the hotel is clean and sophisticated. One thing I didn’t like about “ Noisy “from outside bars .

Excellent location and wonderful rooms. Lovely Dining options with a rooftop. Near to central Marina mall and to the beach. All accessible and lot of other dining options.

Very nice hotel, the staff is amazing, they are very friendly and helpful. Located on Floor 12A was the gym (very nice), outside pool and indoor and outdoor dining area.

The buffet style set up for breakfast is the best I’ve ever seen. Meaning the set up, food choices and the food was extremely good.

Laundry service was listed on the travel site I booked with and my expectation was for there to be a laundry area (washer and dryer) for use. However, you’ll need to leave your laundry outside your room in the provided laundry bag for pick up and it will be dropped off the next day.

Good norther location off of Soi 3 between Beach Road and Second Road. Probably does rate the 5 stars with a more contemporary feel. The room is good - lol, you can amuse yourself for a few minutes trying all the light switches. We liked the décor, service, common areas, including the pool which was one of those 1/3 size adult wading pool thingies. The breakfast was pretty splendid, someone commented about "no bacon", but the bacon is made to order by the omelet chef, and arrived piping hot straight off the grill. If we try the restaurants and bars, we will rate them separately.

Stayed here at April 24th just 1 night. Pim from front office department was really helpful in regards of preparing a surprise complimentary birthday cake for my uncle. She even ran to outside to get the cake gracefully 😁.
Overall, the room cleanliness is good. Only the tv remote was broken, I can only press right & left button

The room is spacious, and the amenities have a pleasant scent. The staff is very friendly, and the rooftop swimming pool is great for taking photos!📷

Our group of 6 arrived here slightly past midnight for an overnight stay, and we checked into our rooms without much of a delay except for the confirmation of our third party-mediated booking. The receptionist named Mona was excellent in helping out with all parts of our stay and provided a lot of recommendations for night activities. Great customer service.

I haven't stayed in many 5-star hotels (or above) but all the staff members are very friendly, supportive, and helpful! The facilities are seemingly quite new and very well maintained.

The rooms are clean -- spotless! Everything worked as expected. The breakfast buffet is perhaps one of the best I've ever had. Plus, the coffee was strong :) The fitness center was very well maintained.

I would definitely come back here in the future. It was a very positive experience. (We got club lounge access but we weren't able to use it because we checked in at night.)

The location is just some steps away from the beach, the facilities are in very good condition and clean.

All the staff is very friendly, customer service oriented and the price that I’m paying for the room is very good if you compare with any other hotel on the same price level, no doubt about this.

The buffet in the mornings has everything for Asians, Europeans, Americans. The quality of the food is good and everything is fresh.

If you are in Pattaya and you are looking for a very good price, good quality, service and location this is the place to go, you will not regret.

Excellent place to stay. Very nice rooms with modern design and a bed that is like sleeping on a cloud. Nice view from our room on the 18th floor. What really makes this place special are the Staff. At check in Troy showed us the room selection and explained the pricing. Troy was very helpful and the check in very efficient. All the staff are very polite,helpful and friendly. Top notch customer service. We hope to return next trip to Pattaya.
