Som Tum Sapanloi (ส้มตำสะพานลอย)

This is definitely my most favorite local restaurant in Thailand. I love the food here so much that I have to come back to Bangkok just to be able to eat there again!

I usually get tom yum soup (less spicy version). Besides, the grill pork neck and omelette with minced pork are also delicious.

The staffs are very friendly but they doesn’t speak English, however, they have English menu. I’d recommend you to point at the food that you want to try, just to make sure they get you right 😆

The price is reasonable. We got these 3 dishes and a bottle of water for 259 baht only ❤

Dishes out a variety of som tums, as well as other standard fair thai dishes. Ambiance is typical of street side eateries, but still quite clean. Staff are quick to attention, and assist none native speakers.

If you would like to try Esan food around MRT Sutisan so I recommend this restaurant.

Good one for lunch and dinner.
