Don's Gym

Great experience. I was looking for a gym for SBD focused training and this one had all I needed. There is a free weight squat rack as well as a smith machine, a bench press, DB up to 30 kgs and multiple machines. There are multiple 20 kg bars and also some lighter weight ones. They have micro plates (2.5 and 1.25 kg). There is also space where you can set up for deadlifts and the staff has no problem with slamming the weights. There is a variety of different handles for the cable machines and you can borrow equipment such as resistance bands or a belt to add weight to your pull ups. The owner is very friendly and helpful. 100% would recommend.

Old school gym that gets the job done. Clean, efficient, promptly opens at 8am. Went here 4 times and was happy I didnt skip a workout during my stay in Kata Beach. Owner is friendly too! Great value for money at 200 baht a day.

Great local gym, enough of all kind of equipment, great music, AC and fans, fair prices (in comparison to other places). Barbells have quite a big step though (≈3kg)
A note to people who are not used to live and do training in hot countries: even though there is an AC, it’s quite warm still, so it may be a bit hard to handle at first

Awesome gym. Great Vibes, Very clean. I got a week membership for 600 Baht and had some really good sessions there. It's got everything you need to go hard and have a great workout.

Super gym, I enjoyed working out the for the month I was in Kata. Great and friendly ownership, equipment is not new but it works well and is well maintained. It’s a nice small gym with a good selection of free weights and nautilus machines, some treadmills and exercise bikes. Not all the fancy latest workout gimmicks just simply a great gym for keeping fit working out. Don’t slam the weights, re-rack your own weights, clean off the benches you use and enjoy a good workout. Just the kind of gym I like. I’d definitely go back. Been a number of times, as often as I go to Kata I enjoy working out here.

One month for 1200 Baht.
Bench, Squat rack, free weights, some tread mills and a cable tower. A shower also exists.

Don's Gym... A small gym but has everything one needs for there discipline... being a triathlete without a bike, the bikes there were more than suitable.
The guy in charge was a happy positive guy that will do anything to help you.

Not a luxury gym, but they do not pretend to be one. Price for daily visit is fair (or I would even say cheap). They rent towels for just 20 Baht a visit. If you are not looking for luxury, this gym works well.

Don's is absolutely the gym here in Kata. If you're looking for a gym with everything you're used to having back home look no further then Don's. Cold AC and modern music always on. Plenty of weight laying around for me. Squat rack and bench, all the essential available and never have to wait. Everyone is polite. Don even has protein supplements and other supplies for sale. Go in and meet Don and his wife, Theyll take care of you. Always welcome you with a smile and worked with me on my unique schedule and budget. Plenty of great spots to stay near by on the same street or close by if you plan on training every day. Recommend Country Kata of the main street.

Been going to Don's for two years now and i really like the place. They got all the things you need to get a good workout going and the price is good and very nice and helpful staff! Most of the people that come to the gym are people that have been living in Phuket for quite some time so you get alot of good local connections and its a very friendly atmosphere!

Nice oldshool gym. AC and everything you need for a good training. I liked it really much. You can get a proteinshake there too. 100bath a shake, 200 for one time access.
