Krodyle Mindfulness House

I had just one night at Krodyles and came a bit weak, with a fresh injuries at their home. The owners welcomed me very warm and it was the best possible place I could stay for the past day of my holidays. This place is just magical, you have a lot of hidden, cold places, so much plants and beautiful details. It gave me a lot of energy for the long trip home. Also the owners make a great breakfast, classical Thai, if you want, but also roast with homemade jam, fruits, coffee. So highly recommended! I will come back on my next trip for sure!

We had a very good stay here! We received a warm welcome. Everything was well taken care of. Good breakfast, nice host and hostess. We were able to leave our backpacks there for a while when we went to town, even though we had already checked out. Very nice place. The mattresses were a bit too hard for my taste.

The hosts, Pont and Aor, are super welcoming and friendly! My family and I stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the shared area is relaxing and clean. We would definitely come back to Ayutthaya just for Krodyle's Mindfulness House.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention the cutest and most playful little host, Mooju! We will miss him dearly.

The owners are wonderful. The rooms are spotless. Excellent restaurant nearby. The owners also arranged a private boat tour for us, which we greatly enjoyed. It's a lovely, small, quiet hotel for a very fair price.

The Krodyle Mindfulness House is located at a busy street, however, once on the property, you dive into a green garden, the sounds from the street being muffled and the chirping birds calming you blissfully.

The room we had was spacious and flooded by light, very clean and beautifully yet minimalistic furnishedand decorated. We instantly felt at home.

The host was very welcoming and friendly, showing us around and taking our breakfast wishes (Thai breakfast dishes to choose from + bread/homemade jam to your liking). Snacks, water, tea, coffee are complimentary and can be consumed in the common area, a place to hang out we especially enjoyed.

Four bikes were available for trips to town, free of charge. We loved the opportunity to explore Ayutthaya by bike and reach the Wat Mahathat within a few minutes.

Finally, the host happily agreed that we could store our luggage in the mediation room and hang out in the common area until pick up in the evening. Very much appreciated.

To sum it up, we would have loved to stay longer and can definitely recommend this place for a peaceful, quiet stay in Ayutthaya.

Beautiful, clean and extremely peaceful hotel with lovely patio and even lovelier old dog hanging around.
Rooms are spotless, wifi, warm water and AC working perfectly, bed very comfortable, no TV in our room but this doesn't make it less enjoyable. Maybe other rooms have one...
Very friendly owner who does everything to cater to your needs.
Good Thai breakfast, also appreciated the common cooler with free water.

Beautiful place to enjoy the nature and peacefulness, the staff is very kind and helpful.
10 minutes ride from railway station, it is not very close to the ruins, but there's the possibility to use their bikes for free.
Very good breakfast, with homemade jam, and they also offer to cook the brunch.
I really recommend this place if you want to enjoy the local living inside Ayutthaya.

Wonderful hidden gem in a great location. Peaceful, so comfortable, and very welcoming. The bed was so comfortable, and the AC was efficient, but quiet. The owners got up extra early to make sure we had something to eat before we had to leave at 6:00am, even though breakfast is usually at 7:30. Plus, there is a great bar with craft beers around the corner (Brown Ale Bar) and great decorations and music. I don't think I would want to stay anywhere else in the future when we visit Ayutthaya.

Beautiful oasis at the edge of the center of Ayutthaya.
The owners are really lovely and helpful and the stay over feels really personal . It’s taken care of everything you need and even tiny snacks and water and tea are constantly available .
The rooms are cozy and well designed and give space to fully relax.
What is breathtaking is the inner garden, a green island in the city where you can calm down perfectly.
The location is at the edge of the inner city and walking might be a little bit far to see the main sights . Luckily bikes are available at the hotel for free .
We really loved our night over in Ayutthaya.

We stayed at this place for a night, driving up from Bangkok. The hotel is situated within the old town area, so it is close to everything.

It is basically an oasis within a bustling town. The place is well decorated, well designed, and super clean. The owner is extremely gentle, polite and welcoming. Breakfast came from a local market and their garden. We would definitely come back and recommend the place to our friends.

Amazing place, extremely clean, James and his wife are so nice people, very helpful.

Everything is perfect here, they’re really look after you you feel like you are from the family.

Also, it’s very well located, very quiet place.

We realy enjoyed staying at this house. Hosts were very kind and advisory. We could borrow bikes to go arround the ancient city. When we stayed at the hotel, we could relax in very pleasant environment and we could have water, tee, fruit and snack for free. Room was very tidy. We highly recommend to stay there.

10/10 This beats any 5 stars luxurious hotels.

Peaceful place filling you with serenity from the moment you enter there. All is made with taste and comfort, yet, kept lean and simple.
We had a very nice 2-night stay and even chose to stay there on the last day instead of touring in the city.
The owning family and staff are very thoughtful and detail-oriented while, at the same time, never doing too much.
We'll come back!

A beautiful renovation of a old textile factory. Immaculate clean space, well designed for simplicity and functionality. The both hosts are lovely have chat with. to Had a very peaceful time here, don't hesitate to come and stay.

A haven of peace to which it is a rare pleasure to return after a day of exploring Ayutthaya's temples under a scorching sun. Owners are kind people that take an interest in everyone. Fantastic selection of books on mindfulness available for public use (what seems to be the complete works of Thich Nhat Hanh in english!). There is also a beautiful meditation room in a traditional, wooden house on stilts. Owners have a keen sense of the privacy of their guests, so no need to worry about needing to socialize or anything like that. The place is just perfect.

So, first, we are in world tour with our kids and it's been 6 months we are traveling, and we did lots of hôtels: from very luxury at 1500USD/night at very very cheap to just experiment.
This accommodation was a real discovery! We didn't really checked when we booked, but we had a great surprise.
The nam's place is totally in accordance with what you can expect: a warm welcome, a zen ambiance/atmosphere, and 2 great rooms. Everything is super clean, and breakfast is perfect.
We were happy to use the Meditation room with the family and enjoy the time here. They managed for us restaurant and tuktuk booking to enjoy the tour around.
So, again, you can trust this place to be very nice for your stay here!
