What a beautiful place, I very much recommend it. The bungalows are beautiful - Rich, lovely wood, immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and a relaxing porch from which you can view the beautiful garden or the river that flows right next to the property. The breakfast is excellent. You can rent bikes, which we rode around Ayutthaya. It is a very convenient location for exploring the historical sites. I wish we could have stayed longer. A truly lovely homestay.

One of our best stays so far, the friendliness and authenticity is nothing in comparison with a hotel. Breakfast was real and simple, one of the best we had in Thailand. Garden and the house is lovely. You can just grab everywhere you need to go. The Thai massage was good! Kop kun krab!

I am writing this to thanks all staff especially the lady name Boa and the chef who cooked for the breakfast. Love the hotel cleanliness, comfy bed and excellent view overlooking the riverbank. Our train ticket to airport 3am in the morning and miss Boa help booked tuk tuk for us. We were beyond grateful . Thank you for the hospitality.

I liked it a lot and would visit again. !The bike rental was amazing to use i used it to go everywhere! The best night was after 15 days in Thailand of 40 degrees plus weather, no rain. It came down hard when i visted the first time, and it was kinda magical. Loved it. For your safety, BE VERY CARFUL COMING ON THE PROPERTY. The neighbors' dogs are scary and may bite you!!! There are a few reviews about it, and here is mine. I had to get off my bike and swing it around, and yell at them. Also, they didn't inform me that they close and lock the gates after 9pm. I came back I had to claim the front gates. The room was nice, but the bathroom was outdated, and the corners dusty. It was nice to see all the different birds and insects take happy showers under the sprinklers they turned on to water their beautiful plants and flowers. I loved their garden.The vibe is nice, but sometimes a very loud boat comes down the river. I saw the very rich folks across the river toss, a dead cat in the river 😔 and people kicking lots of bottles into the river like scooer ball in a net. 😔 Not sure, but the young girl she left a review about me saying its hard to reach me ...im on vacation 1 and 2. you don't have any service over there lol but I would definitely stay there again👍

Surprisingly the owner still can remember my wife.
Breakfast is provided.

Good accommodation to choose if you’d like to stay in Thai traditional house. Nice river view, clean place including the house itself and in the room. Although neighboring area is not so good, it can be overlooked when you get inside the resort. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Bread/toast, waffle, eggs, Thai sweets, fresh fruit, tea/coffee, milk, orange juice. I like their congee with chicken. They make it fresh for each guest.

Beautiful hotel in noiseless 🧘‍♂. The house was built in traditional Thai style.
There are few guests so you can enjoy lovely breakfast in the patio near the river.
Hotel staff are kindly and helpful.🤩
There is a cat on the territory🐈. If you can catch it, you can pet the cat.😄

Very nice place. Beautiful polished wood. The rooms are rustic and more like cabins. You will experience nature, wind and sounds. The proprietors are friendly and helpful.

What a lovely place and fantastic hosts. Away from the hustle and bustle; a variety of small shops close by and a fine selection of foods at Pruek Thara just a 5 minute walk away. 150B local transport from the train station or 90B in a Grab. 25 minute walk to the main temples. They arranged bicycles for us which were more than adequate.

I really enjoy staying at the balcony of the house watching the view. The place is actually by the river with the atmosphere of the old town. The host is very nice and helpful with the knowledge of attractions nearby. Would definitely recommend friends to stay.

Guest house is family owned and operated with a beautiful view of the river. The family is very nice and welcoming. Rooms are very comfortable. Great food and easy to get around to shops, historical sites and restaurants.

Teak wood Thai style home/hotel on the river. Boat trips, massage, etc can be arranged with staff. Family run establishment. Very friendly people! I would love to stay again.

Beautiful teak new build home stay in traditional Thai style right on the river. A/C, wifi, comfy bed, clean... Une is very friendly and helpful, happy to organise tuktuks and provide maps to the sites. Great Thai and western breakfast. Highly recommended for simple accommodation at reasonable price.

Easy access to heritage site, cycling or by tuk tuk can be good choice.

The environment is quiet and in morning not surprised u will be wake up by bird tweet sound.

The setting is beautiful and the place is traditional thai residence (wooden house on stilts) - highly recommend to experience! Loved it, well done to the owners

Very nice place to stay. The room I stayed was pretty awesome. You could enjoy the river view in the morning and in the evening too.

Super friendly, super accommodating. Great bed, huge room, and warm shower. The grounds are lovely.
