Very beautiful hotel, friendly hosts! Although the location is a little remote, but the environment is very nice！Flowers and trees are everywhere, and there are birds and squirrels in the morning. I feel very relaxed here.

Wonderful family run guesthouse with only a few rooms. The garden directly at a small river is beautiful. The owner and her family are so nice and helpful.
The rooms are 10/10. Super clean, beds are comfy. Would come back anytime!

Stayed here for a night. Friendly staff. Recommended us places of interest. Welcome drink. WiFi at 20mbps. Spacious room. Interesting layout. A bit of wildlife along the river in front. Free bikes, but we dropped the idea due to the heat, and also heavy traffic. Got around via grab instead.

A very nice guesthouse with such a beautiful garden. Host will provide free bicycle to roam around and visit.
A little walk to close road if you want to take a tuk-tuk as in these alley, there is no movement. Else ask the host to call on. Breakfast was nice. It is very close to many tourist attractions.

For those who are looking for privacy and homey experience, this place is a go to. Though the location may not be ideal but the calm experience can definitely washed that thought away.

Heaven on earth! This guesthouse is a true treasure. The setting is so peaceful and stunningly gorgeous. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It doesn't have 600 thread count sheets and the TV is the size of a postage stamp, but the ambience and the owners and the breakfast is what makes this place a winner.

It's an easy 22 minute walk to the main tourist sights. Several restaurants within a 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Quiet and Comfortable accommodation. The setting is charming and peaceful. Only seven rooms in total on the property plus the owners accommodation. Our only regret is we didn't spend more time relaxing at the property. The owners are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was bountiful with a good choice of Thai and Western options. Bicycles were provided without extra charge and the location is quite near to most of the major historical sites, so cycling is a great way to get around
If we were to return to Ayutthaya, we'd definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to friends and family without hesitation.

I am thrilled with the excellent choice I made when booking this hotel. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is fantastic, with the added bonus of complimentary bike/Tuk tuk rentals, allowing me to explore the surroundings effortlessly. The serene and tranquil ambiance of the hotel was a perfect retreat, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable, offering breathtaking views of the river. The exceptional staff who own this amazing place went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, always with a warm and friendly smile. The delicious breakfast provided was a delightful start of the day. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with the outstanding value for money this hotel offers, and I wholeheartedly recommend it with a 100% approval rating! 🙂

A beautiful guest house run by an incredible, thoughtful host. We stayed for one night to visit the Wats', but Baan Tye Wang is a worthwhile destination in itself. Peaceful, secluded and would have happily spent another day or so admiring the water lilys and the grounds.

The host could not have been more helpful, providing free bikes to borrow, book a tuk tuk away and let us shower and relax long after checkout time.

Some hopefully useful knowledge:

Tuk Tuk to/from the station should be 150 bhat.
Tuk Tuk from central Ayutthaya can be bargained from 150 down to 80/70 bhat.

The night market closes sooner than you'd think, we were almost too late at 7.30pm.

Buying the all entry Wat ticket (220 bhat) is worth it if you have a full day to explore.

Bring mosquito repellent.

Trains both ways worked fine.

Great hotel with an amazing garden in front of a river. So much of the furniture is wooden and feels great to sit there and chill. Room was nice, bed was nice. Wifi works perfect, family especially is very sweet

Amazing guesthouse with a beautiful garden property. Staff/family were friendly and helpful at all times and gave a nice dinner and activity recommendation close to the resort. Nice welcome drink and good selection of breakfasts. High end furnishings in the room and interesting yet private outdoor shower.

Only negative feedback would be the room isn't entirely sealed so geckos or bugs could get in from the front door.

Lovely hotel! We ended up staying an extra night. Really gorgeous garden in which to sit in the evening and at breakfast, watching monitor lizards fishing in the canal. Choice of Thai or Western-style breakfasts.

A friend recommended this place and I'm glad he did. It is a remarkable, quiet and peaceful guest house located near a canal with a garden shaded by palm trees and views of spires on stupas in the distance. The hosts are extremely friendly and have bikes available free of charge to explore the town. Breakfast was a very hearty affair with a nice selection of options to choose from. The room was clean and a of good size with had a large outdoor shower. The ground floor rooms have an outdoor resting platform which overlooks the garden and canal.

I just go to 4 or 5 star hotels. I travell a great deal for work and I'm used to. In this case, my wife picked the hotel. This 3 stars place. I just love it. We stayed an extra night just to enjoy the peace, and the lovely hosts and service. Super recommended.

Good atmosphere, quiet place that you can really take a rest. There are some parkings available. Breakfast is selection menus among American breakfast and Thai style breakfast including pork boiled rice or grilled pork with sticky rice. The owner is very nice, she recommended us about interesting place to go around.

The lady was very kind and friendly. She helped me a lot.
Room was very clean, and warm design which can feel the nature.

The place got no restaurant around, so u can order food from some menu, and staff will cook for u.

The only thing is there got many mosquito, so u better protect yourself while chill in the garden.

So very peaceful with great rooms. Clean good facilities. Food great. Staff very accommodating and can't do enough to help.
They even had bikes for us to borrow, a bit old but full working order and no charge.

Cozy, clean, chic place. Free breakfast, WiFi, cable TV, bikes, hot and cold water, fresh linens and towels everyday. Beautiful landscape, cool outdoor shower. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They helped us book tuktuk and cab to get around Ayutthaya, gave plenty of recommendations of things to do and how much to pay for it. Offers dinner between 5-830 pm for additional baht. Get the fried rice and Thai iced tea. Highly recommended.
