Krungsri River Hotel

I had the pleasure of experiencing the lunch buffet at this establishment, although I did not have the opportunity to stay overnight. The buffet offers an impressive array of choices, catering to a diverse range of palates. For those who prefer vegetarian options, you will find a respectable selection, though it may not be exceedingly extensive. Overall, it was a delightful culinary experience.

Great restaurants ( Chinese with Michelin ratings) Italian, coffee shop beautiful out door restaurants with live music, next to the river. I had a room with the view to the river. The convenient store closed by (7/11) 5 minutes walk. Also, walking distance to Ayutthaya train station 🚉 Taxi is right out front with reasonable price to any temples.

We stayed at this property from 8/11 to 11/11/2023.
Lobby are huge with friendly Front Desk staffs.
Room is spacious, clean and with a good view of the river.
A/C and wifi are good also, staffs were friendly & helpful whenever we needed or requested any services.
Breakfasts were excellent in both Thai and Western foods.
Location is great, closed to train station, temples with many options of transport.
We will return in the near future.

Buffet lunch spread is vast & delicious. Must cone here at least once. Need booking as it is popular in Ayutthaya.

Great location. Very nice and clean room. The pool with salt water is excellent. It is close to the railway station and you can walk between them. The restaurant has beautiful garden but I have not tried food there.

Basic hotel, very clean, nice food and drink,

I am visiting from the UK and have just spent over a week in the Krungsri River Hotel and I couldn't recommend this place more.

The rooms are great, comfy beds, friendly staff, a swimming pool and a restaurant that changes in to a wonderful piano bar in the evenings.

If you're visiting Ayutthaya then this is the hotel to go to. You won't be disappointed

Very cool place ...You take a boat to get to this hotel in the jungle. Room was nice ....we stayed in one of the older cabins but there remodeling some others . Very very cool place . Staff was nice and food was good . Could use more lights at night along the walk ways , but other then that no complaints. And you might have a lizard or two in your room lol .

Old hotel in Ayutthaya beside the river. Baan Mai Rim Nam is very good restaurant where you can also cruise and having dinner. Chinese restaurant in this hotel is also nice. Hotel service is good this is also Riato Pub where you can Italian foods here.

In many occasions that I visited Ayutthaya for work, running events, or for holidays with friends. I chose to stay at this hotel most of the times.

I heard that this is one of the first well-established hotels (like a landmark hotel) in this old capital. Though it has long been in service for many years but the building and facilities are well renovated and especially very clean.

They have facilities like restaurants (Italian, Chinese) not to mention the riverside restaurant that all the foods are very delicious. I would give 100/100. The breakfast buffet line has quite varieties to enjoy with local and western.

By the way, what I love most about this place is that water from the shower is very strong and water temperature is pretty stable with lukewarm water I can adjust easily.

All in all, I feel safe, comfort, and relax every time I stay here (staff are very friendly). The reason I give 5 stars is because the price is reasonable compare to the rooms, services, amenities, etc. Also, the hotel location is just 5-10 minutes away by car from city center and unesco heritage sites.

The room is comfortable and clean, and the location is next to the river. You can ride a ship and enjoy the dinner by travelling around Ayutthaya in 2 hours. The only concern is the cost. That is bit expensive.
