Central and very quiet hotel, ideal for relaxation and rest. All wooden room with small internal garden and side exit on a quiet street. Excellent breakfast with express omelets and fresh fruit. We will be back for sure to stay even more nights away from the chaos of Bangkok

If you find yourself in Ayutthaya, stay here. This is a lovely B&B at an unbeatable price!
The cottages are rustic yet very comfortable and furnished with everything you need.
Breakfast is really good - loved the omelette-rice which came along with fruits, bread and beverages.
The place is run by an extremely efficient lady. She helped us with our airport drop and arranged a boat tour as well. Also gave us a good orientation about the city and the attractions.

For this price level, it is difficult to find better.
The welcome is warm and efficient. I really liked the atmosphere of the common areas, airy and open on a beautiful garden. The room is made of wood, sufficiently equipped (air conditioning)
In short, a hotel that I warmly recommend.

Couldn't be better. I really had a great time staying here for 3 nights. Breakfast was decent (even though I only woke up for breakfast only the first day - my bf woke up late and they were kindly made him breakfast which is very impressive) highly recommend!

This hotel is simply amazing, it’s a rare combo when they feature both beautiful traditional Thai wooden house, and modern amenities at the same time.
I stayed in probably hundreds of hotels in Thailand over the years, and Luang Chumni Village is one of the best.
The owners are very nice, friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is great too.

Loved our stay here. Such a quaint inn. Lodging with much character and the wood was so beautiful. The staff was very friendly and we had a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend.

Thai Homestay. Lovely family hosting walking distance from the night market and city center.

Very nice rooms in a very nice environment. The staff are very welcoming. Breakfast is great too with coffe/tea, some toast, fruit, orange juice and a cooked dish to choose from the menu.

Following the google map for parking lot entrance. However, the reception is located at the other road. Service is excellent and the staff are very nice. U choose breakfast set with unlimited breads and coffee. It is worth for me to come back next year.

Great place, great staff. A 7-11 in walking distance. Grab available. You can walk to Wat Mahatat from here. Built with thai architecture.

The location is perfect There are many coffee shops and local restaurants nearby. The room was clean and smelled like the old Day.

A great stay with warm Thai hospitality. Would recommend completely for travellers who like comfort and service at a reasonable price. Night market 5 mins walk away for good food.

Quiet and beautiful, it was very relaxing to stay there. There is a nice garden as well, birds singing in the morning and very friendly staff.

Everything’s great. room, food, location, parking, very comfort bed love the old thai style building.
