Excellent hotel!! Fantastic front desk staff. They tend to your every need and many spoke English!! Rooms were fabulous and breakfast buffet very delicious!! Location is great and hotel helps u arrange tours!! Rooms r very clean and freshened up each day. U have the option of requesting anything u need for hotel room. Highly recommend staying here when in Bangkok!!!

Last stayed here over 20 years ago. Still a great place - the best luxury value for money hotel in isaan.
Easy to find as central and tall. Decent parking under the hotel. Rooms very luxurious. Breakfast not as good as I remember it used to be but still good.
Ate at the German pub. Decent food and beer.
Enjoyed our stay.

Good location, enough parking area, warm welcome, the best service, more and more foods for breakfast ,good swimming pool or fitness too.

The room and bathroom are spacious. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The staff members are professional.

I found it inconvenient that the electric kettle was placed on the coffee table, far from the socket. Whenever I wanted to make tea or coffee, I had to move it to a different location.

Room cleaning is alright, but didn't impress me. Some 4* or 5* done a better job than this.

The breakfast offers a wide range of options, except thai food is quite limited. Breakfast start from 6 am.

The staff does their best for an older hotel.

This is a great hotel that was surprisingly refreshing. Very comfortable and made our trip very enjoyable. Close to the nightlife too which is always nice!

I have just stayed in 38 different hotels/resorts, in the NE, Laos and Vietnam, over the past two months, and this hotel is by far the best I stayed at. The a/c is great, the wifi is great, the hot water lasts through a shower. I stayed for two nights, the first night I used the curtains, and the room was 99% pitch black, it was rather amazing. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were great, the chairs were nice, in fact everything in the room was nice. The reception staff was nice, and so tall! Every hotel staff person I spoke to was pleasant. Over all it was a wonderful​ stay.

The only changes that I'd like to see, are 'bum guns' by the toilet, I just don't think toilet paper provides the same level of cleaning ability. And a better movie channel (English) than Fox Movies, HBO would be nice.

I'd like to compliment the hotel manager, as this is not a new hotel, but it's being well taken care of, which in Thailand is not very common.

Very nice hotel with character , loved the Chinese restaurant and bakery. Pool, sauna excellent as was my room ,free upgrade too.

Had dinner and breakfast here. Dinner was a buffet and at the time had a three people for the price of two special (it's 699baht/head so the special makes it affordable.) Great choice of food, some already cooked, some you can hand over to the chefs to cook. The price includes a beer or softdtink. We returned for breakfast. No specials. 500 baht per person is pretty steep. Admittedly again it's a buffet with a huge selection of foods, although a lot of the warming trays weren't effectively warmed. The coffee (included) was excellent. At both meals, but especially breakfast, the staff were incredibly attentive. So, in summary, it's a special treat kind of place. Very enjoyable in nice surroundings.

This visit was not an overniter like in past years. I went to scout Kronen Brauhaus now open Tuesday thru Saturday. Also Pavillion serves great breakfasts yet with its reopening one can't expect all the dishes/ offerings you were accustomed too in years past. The sunken lobby w/ piano, an Isaan ( bambooesque ) Christmas tree are welcoming and of course their in hotel bakery offers the best ( cinnamon rolls, apple pastries ). Glad to see Pullman moving forward !

It was what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The staff is incredible. The room was well appointed , and spotless. The night view was also great. The pool was very nice also.

first impression that this place is old... with old design inside, but can be said they did do the maintenance well... professional services... nice selection of buffet for breakfast, although can be improves more. size of standard room's just as same like other places, shady light, big windows pointing around the city, spacious bathroom (yeah..its really plus point from other places). while, suite is like super size room, not much anything.. just need to walk a lot to do one things to the other... super wide windows (yeah...with 's) - with a connecting door in case u have big family to stay there, it would be great.

A very comfortable stay. The room was functional and comfortable with all modern amenities a guest can look for while retaining a retro decor. The breakfast was sumptuous and with a variety of cuisines.

Great hotel, best in the area

Pullman Khon Kaen is a very beautiful hotel. It is quite an old hotel, but beautifully maintained throughout. The lobby, sitting area and reception are stunning, and the staff could not be more helpful.
Breakfast here is brilliant. So much choice, and such great quality. There are also Chinese and Italian restaurant.
The gym is fully equipped with decent CV equipment, machines and free weights, to cater for most people's needs. Also a swimming pool.
We will definitely be back on our next visit

This hotel is by far and away the best I have ever stayed.

The staff are extremely friendly, the rooms are large and clean and the beds are excellent.

The breakfast choice is amazing. Sushi, Chinese, English, Thai.

The pool is a moderate size but big enough to exercise and there is always a sun lounger to throw your towel on.

I love Khon Kaen and I love this hotel. Top marks.

I originally gave this hotel a low score as the wifi wasnt working. Edit: Im back and wifi is working so Im happy to change my review to 5 star!
