Yiasu Serviced Apartments

I have been here 3 months. I would make this my permanent home. It is reasonably priced. The owner is super nice and I consider her a good friend of mine. I can't say enough good things about this place. I will be sad and miss it when I leave. You feel like part of a family here.

Nice place to stay. Spent a month here and I enjoyed my time here very much. Only thing that would make it better is faster WiFi. ☺ would definitely come back.

Yiasu is a warm and welcoming place to stay on a quiet lane in Jomtien, only steps from the beach and other local attractions. Hara the host makes you feel right at home, like part of the family, and will give you full information about how to navigate the guest house and the surrounding area. The guest house is immaculately kept and the rooms are spotless, large, and comfortable. Internet works well in all areas of the property. There are plenty of common areas to relax inside and out, and it’s a green oasis inside Yiasu’s gate. This is truly a five-star stay!

A treasure, far from the maddening crowds, but close to major facilities by various modes of transport! Hosts are a delight! Rooms are exceptionally clean, with spotless attention to details. A better 'space' for relaxation cannot not be asked for!🤗🤗

Its easy to get from here to the city center. Nearby there is a beach and all possible street foods in evening.

Rooms are very clean, air conditioning, kettle for tea, and a little fridge in the room for foods. Also hot water in the bathroom. It is pet friendly here!

Yiasu is a flower in the desert. I’ve been going to Pattaya for 8 winters now to escape the harsh Canadian weather. The first 5 years, I had a different room almost every month. Since I found this place, I’ve only stayed here. Just an amazing all around package. Great pricing, quite, extremely clean, safe and secure, large rooms, very modern furniture, close to the beach and decorated beautifully. The owner, Karah, is the sweetest person to deal with and fluent in many languages. She even let me store my boat there during my stay for no extra charge. I will never stay anywhere else! Can’t wait to go back in January!

Very nice homely B&B, with lovely kind Thai lady looking after the guests and a nice little breakfast. Very clean room with great European character. Close to the sea, just a 5 minute walk away. Recommended!

Amazing place, quiet, out of the way, baht bus accessible, pet friendly, the owners are amazing humans, and very helpful... I could go on forever about how great this place is! My dog and I feel like home here! ❤

Amazing hidden gem in the quiet end of Jomtien... 10mins to the lively area with bars, but plenty of restaurants in the area... Highly recommended !!
