Evergreen Place Siam by UHG

I stayed at this hotel for about 9 days (two separate times). Very clean hotel and the location is unbeatable. Beside the BTS station and tons of food options within walking distance (including a night street food market that’s very popular with the locals). They’ve got a mix of updated room and a bit older rooms. I would suggest to ask for the updated rooms. Highly recommend staying here!

I stayed at the Evergreen Hotel for 4 nights and everything was perfect. The breakfast is exceptional with a huge choice (just the juices are a bit sweet). The swimming pool is large with fairly long opening hours, and the gym is pretty well equipped.
You can ask at reception to book day trips or a taxi. The rooms are quite cool if the curtains are kept closed: I was able to sleep without the air conditioning, which is usually not the case.

Staff members are very accommodating and friendly especially Jan at the customer service desk. Stayed 10 days with family and was offered free breakfast for the stay. Housekeeping staffs did very good job as well.

This hotel is a budget hotel located in the heart of Bangkok, just a short walk from Ratchathewi BTS station. The hotel is surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants, and shops, and is within easy reach of Siam Paragon and other major tourist attractions.

The hotel is not brand new, but the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The decor is simple but stylish, with plenty of natural light. The air conditioning can be a bit noisy, but it does the job.

The staff are friendly and helpful.

Overall is a great option for budget travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Bangkok. The location is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable.

Room was clean and sanitized. Very cold ac. Everything was great! Pool and spa exceptional. Only issue was its a bit outdated. But, overall very good! Amazing view! And all the street food is right around the front of the hotel!

My stay at this hotel was truly fantastic. The customer service was impeccable, ensuring my room was clean and the environment consistently tidy. Each morning, the breakfast buffet offered a delightful array of options, from continental delights to Asian specialties. The well-maintained gym and the charming swimming pool on the 8th floor were perfect for relaxation and fitness, contributing to the overall positive vibe.

The staff members were incredibly welcoming, creating an enjoyable atmosphere throughout my stay. Their commitment to ensuring a pleasant experience was evident and greatly appreciated.

The hotel's strategic location near the station and shopping centre made it easy for me to explore the city. The availability of taxis and tuk-tuks right from the hotel was a convenient bonus.

A special shout-out to Ken, the manager, whose kindness and professionalism stood out. His positive impact on my experience deserves a round of applause.

Really happy with this hotel, excellent location near Siam and all the malls. Close to Phaya Thai for the airport train, we walked 10 mins to and from that stop rather than change to the BTS for one stop only.
Room size was very good with nice views. Pool and gym area also very nice.

Our stay at this hotel was a delightful experience. The breakfast, served buffet-style, was a highlight of our mornings, with an array of delicious fruits that we truly enjoyed. The hotel's convenient location near shopping centers and a 7/11 made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area and pick up any essentials we needed. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-located stay that we would gladly recommend to fellow travelers.

We booked this place twice in a week back to back after my trip from Chiang mai. The hotel management and staff were very polite and courteous. They support family like an extended family. The second time I booked the room upon my return from Chiang mai, they gave me a free upgrade co sidering that we were a family.

The reception staff, restaurant staff, and Ken (assume he was a manager) were so friendly and supportive. I will definitely recommend this place for family stay as they are so good people and safe place.

It is also located near SIAM center so you can simply walk for a great shopping.

Strategic place.there are many food vendors in front of the hotel. there are two nice coffee shops in front of it too. there are 7 eleven. close to everywhere just need to walk. Excelent hospitality

Had a family getaway with the deluxe suite with kitchen, room was clean and organized. Turnover service was good and room was quiet and well equipped.
Service from staff is impeccable and friendly.
Although this hotel is not right outside of the main road, its secluded in the alley and it adds its quietness.
The swimming pool and gym is a good point here.
Will come back to visit when in BKK.

This is so far the best hotel I been Bangkok for so many years!
Reasonable price, good location and very near to BTS-Ratchathewi. 7-11 is just in front of the hotel and beside the 7-11 is a very cozy cafe with aromatic coffee and nice food. The road side food stalls are very tasty too! Many locals eat there and the price are acceptable too.
I’m grateful that they can arrange a last minute airport transfer late night when we arrive at about 12am, and the reception there is 24hrs. They even upgrade my room without charge and make me feel like home for this trip, because we have our own kitchen and living room in the hotel room!!
Thank you for the help from the staffs, especially Field and Little Bomb, they are helpful, cheerful and make all the transition very smooth when I check in. It’ll definitely worth for a continuous visit if you plan to live in Siam area.

Stay 5 nights in 2 rooms suite, everything is ok. Perfect for family, children are happy and enjoy the facilities of hotel, such as swimming pool and breakfast.

The location is good for walk, 10mins to payathai bts and siam bts.
Easy call grab to everywhere.

Recommend to anyone.

Excellent Location and Great Value!
I stayed here back in January for a week. It was an excellent (less than 10-minutes) walking distance to MBK & Siam Paragon! Even closer if you're taking the BTS anywhere as there's a station nearby.
Pool overlooks the city halfway up the building, with a large gym and huge breakfast option buffet style. Each morning has different offerings which is great!
Front desk customer service was amazing, and even the 'bell boys' are very courteous opening the doors and helping with luggage. There was one lady who was our poolside waitress named Bebe. She really went above and beyond every day making sure we were taken care while being fun and caring too.
Overall I would definitely stay here again.
Downstairs in the business lobby section, which is just outside and to the right when you exit the ground floor level, there is a legit coffee shop where everyone works on their laptops, and before you get to that, there's a bubble tea manned kiosk and even a non-manned boba kiosk too! And just around the corner from there is a good 7-11.
Really the location is great!
I think the only thing which could be improved would be the wifi... but this happens in a lot of Bangkok hotels I've found. My suggestion would be that rather than having one giant router, have a separate one per floor at least. So this way if there's any issues, only the floor level is restarted.
Other than that, 10 out of 10 for everything. Highly recommend!

Staff went out of their way to help us with any problems . The kitchen + bed room were very spacious and comfortable. The location is awesome as the siam mall is nearby and BTS station is just 1 min walk.

Booked 2 nights and very glad I did. Perfect location in Bangkok as a tourist as you can get SkyTrain for BKK, boat to city centre and DMK shopping centre all within 10 minutes of each other. There is also a 7/11 downstairs which is very convenient. Very friendly and personal service from the staff with clean rooms. Left our luggage after checkout with a bag tag receipt for collection. Very nice pool and rooftop area on 8th floor. I highly recommend.
