Pullman Bangkok Hotel G

I had a fantastic 4-night stay at Pullman Hotel G in Bangkok. We upgraded to a suite which was stunning with a beautiful city view. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices, and the service was top-notch. A special thanks to Rainy at reception for her exceptional hospitality. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city. The only downside was the pool area, which needs some updating. Highly recommend for a luxurious stay in Bangkok!

My wife and I had a complementary 1 hour massage with Muay and App. Both were excellent and we would recommend the spa.
Other service at the hotel was friendly at all times and the room was clean and spacious.
The executive lounge services and staff were great.
The only issue with location is that the hotel is not on the sky train line and there is a short walk.

The location is spot on right at the centre of Bangkok universe with magnificent view from any floor. We were on a package which included great perks. The executive club lounge is a nice place to unwind after sightseeing. The swimming pool is cool to chill. The spa is a true sanctuary. Our massage treatment was delivered by Muay and App, very good. Decent breakfast with plenty of options.

Lovely hotel, with Gym, pool, beach, salon spa, restaurant and many more services.
Enjoyed my stay there. Staff was very helpful and polite.
They have 2 big pools with different heights and a private beach. Room were clean and comfortable. Food was delicious. We could find some good veg options and they have good variety in drinks. Highly recommended

The hotel location is very convenience. Rooms is very spacious and very clean. The Bed is very comfortable in the room. Room is very clean and pretty got the stuffs we need. The staffs are very friendly and kind. I would like to say thanks to the front office staff MY she is very friendly and she is legend of the hotel

My second stay here and what a pleasure. The hotel is great with an amazing view. Really well located and the staff is very friendly and professional.

I stayed here before my travels inside Thailand and decided to stay here again in our last night before returning to europe. The staff saw it was our second time here and decided to surprise us with a room upgrade and some extra benefits. It feels great @Chompoou and @My and the rest of the staff. Can't say enough, regarding the high standard with all the staff. Polite and friendly and willing to assist, great example of this was the level of service received in the executive lounge. All the staff were amazing, special mention for Henry, delivers a special experience when we would arrive on level 27.

Great stay. Very accommodating staff. The breakfast is great. You can checkout early, leave your stuff and come back for them before you fly out. Starbucks at the lobby. Housekeeping is very responsive and helpful. Great window views. Location is close to everything. Very accessible.

Good location . Room clean and tidy. They upgraded me . Staffs are very friendly. Ms Tan , Ms Chompoou , Ms Opal are very helpful. They served me with their smiley face. Breakfast is awesome. Lots of option specially fruit section.

Stayed for a few days and enjoyed it. Check in was easy and fast. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room is fine, not cramped but not too big. I can tell it's not new anymore but still acceptably maintained. Had a welcome note with a cute snack and really appreciate it. Bathroom is also okay. Bed is comfy, pillows are nice. Great amenity. Pool is small, and saw a lot of missing tiles. Water is cold, very nice to dip in a hot day. Gym is also in good condition. Brrakfast was great, good selection of food. Location is also very comfortably located near a BTS station. U can walk about 5 minutes and reach one. Generally a nice stay

Again staying at this well located and fantastic hotel. The club lounge is great, as well.I had a GSuite Room.

I want to give extra recognition to Va from the Lounge. She was very kind, professional and helpful when I had an issue with recovering my credit card from an ATM. Excellent service!

Room is very clean city view is also great. We booking for aromatherapy massage at g spa the staff very friendly and their skill massage is very good their name is muay and app. We have a good time when we stay here.

Awwww super perfect and smooth check in. I was very tired from the flight with my daughter. We came to the check in line and having a beautiful greeting smile and it took my tiring away. Thanks so mych to Tan and Opal that made this process so smooth. We will we be back again for sure.

The Room is very big ! Very Clean ! Staff are very friendly always with smile , location is just nice with BTS nearby easy access , u can see nice scenery from the window.. worth for money , believe me u will love it.
Staff especially Mr.Tor ,Mr. Krich are very friendly.. very good customer service I would say ..

Wonderful stay even with limited services.
Attentive staffs and room was clean and tidy.
Breakfast was plentiful, nice touch on cocktails and nice desserts to offer.
A view to the Mahanakhon Tower was nice.
Great 25 Degrees Burgers Bar and awesome
Scarlett bar and restaurant have to offer too.

Excellent hotel, room always clean but should be renovated as soon as possible. Fantastic view from the room in the 26th floor, the Executive lounge included the staff was excellent and super friendly in service and communication. The food and beverages there were excellent. Location from the hotel around 10 minutes far by walk from BTS Chong Nonsi. Some Bars, street food markets 7Eleven and massage around the hotel in max 10 minutes distance. Pool in the hotel small but cool and fresh in the heat from Bangkok. Late Check Out was perfect until 3 PM without charge. Thank you to all the staff on the reception, housekeeping and of course in the Executive Club for an excellent wonderful stay in the hotel. See you next time in BKK.

The hotel is a top rated one and easy to see why. On arrival I was immediately escorted to the 27th floor, and I was checked in, effectively by the 2 young women who were at that 'reception' desk every day I was there. They were very friendly, helpful and capable. That applied to any contact I had with either one over the 3 days. My room was elegant and large, with all the necessary accessories. Everything worked well. The Executive Lounge was a great haven, and largely peaceful. The staff there were also very friendly and efficient. The food and drink choices were quite pleasing. I had both breakfast and evening canapés in the Lounge. Again, all worked very well.
The check out was as impressive as the check in.

We always enjoy our stay in this hotel. The hotel and the rooms smell so good, and the staff is especially attentive. I would recommend staying in this hotel if you like to stay in the middle of the city but not too crowded.

Location & Service is good, convenient to go anywhere, and all staffs is nice & helpful, breakfast buffet is nice and bar restaurants night view is romance too!

just one for improvement is charging ports is not enough and no nf in the hotel.
