Tower Club at lebua

The service here is incredible. It is so well staffed--it feels like there is always someone willing to help out around every corner. We had a few little snafus at check in that left us feeling disoriented. But every other interaction with staff from then forward was exceptional. Lounge access is well worth the upgrade. Views from our room on the 58th floor were hypnotic. Every detail of breakfast is of the highest quality. Hanging by the pool was wonderful (I also appreciate that it was heated).

Great location close enough to walk out and get immersed in the heart of Bangkok, close enough to the river for a boat trip, with spectacular altitude views of the city.
Rooms are a good size, with kitchenette facilities set with lounge on entry and bedroom behind with a balcony (bathroom sandwiched between with good airflow)
Plenty of complimentary drinks in minibar and the best room service burger I've ever had!
We enjoyed the unlimited brunch at the lounge which came part of our room package (highly recommend for alcoholic drinks if night drinks are not your thing!)
The Bollinger bar at the sky bar is best place for a breeze when it's stifling, we enjoyed the life music at night taking in the magical nightlight views that make you feel ontop of the world.

This rooftop bar has a magnificent view over Bangkok. Live orchestra and exclusive dining & wining makes your visit or stay complete.
Staffmembers are friendly, helpful & make you feel welcome at all times...!!

Still one the best places to visit, while in Bangkok

Just perfect. One of the best hotels we have ever been to. Breakfast was excelent, delicious and rich, the rooms are spacious and perfectly equipped, great view to the city and skyscrapers and the staff is professional and friendly. The Sky bar is luxurious and the atmosphere is just magical.

We stayed here for 2 days and it was a wonderful experience. The view from the rooms and rooftop restaurant is breathtaking. Great service, awesome breakfast at the restaurant. Not to mention that the lounge and pool are the best!

It’s a slightly older hotel, but that makes it charming and full of surprises. Welcome cake on arrival for our anniversary was a nice touch. The service is first rate with nice arrival process, quick bag delivery and friendly people. The balcony is a real hit and the views from the upper floors are amazing. Rooms are huge too. We also had an incident where we had a medical emergency and they took very good care of us. The breakfast buffet is awesome: love the toast cooked on an open fire, eggs cooked on the spot and much more. A good location if you want to visit the river area.

Beautiful hotel. The higher you get, the more expensive it gets. Australians will enjoy this hotel. Make sure you recreate the Hangover 2 photo.

We booked Tower Club Rooms with Lounge access. Tower club have rooms from 52 to 56 floors including Hang Over II Suite.
Literally grand room and bathroom in size. Bathroom is big with separate shower and bath tub.

Special mention about Kitchenette with all amenities like microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and crockery.
Free drinks i.e. Fridge is available with free drinks.

Special Shoe care Kit is provided. Internet cable and Multi Plug is also provided. Complete 66SQM room have multiple Mirrors.

We loved the Table mirror, old fashion but yet classy. Surprise to see TV menu, literally best movie collection. Comfy king size bed for Sound Sleep.

Complimentary breakfast is good, consists of proper Indian Veg options like Dosa, Poori etc.
Lounge access provide complimentary Lunch and Afternoon Tea.

Good - Rooms are massive and the balcony views are amazing in the morning.

By far the service from the staff has been top notch all extremely helpful with our first time in Thailand.

Bad - As others have mentioned the rooms are dated and feel a bit empty. Could used a face lift and interior designer

Check in - Took over an hour after being dropped off (via the hotel bmw limo) to have the room ready.

Location- If you take taxis everywhere probably fine. However if you want to walk in touristy areas or use the local metro there are better spots.

This has got to be one of the premier resorts in Asia, if not the world. What a beautiful resort, filled with a team that truly knows how to offer excellent customer service. Our stay started off by being checked into our room 7 HOURS early (we had an early transport, just wanted to put our bags down and go get food). They also gave us early access to the Tower Lounge so we could have a free breakfast. The room was immaculate, incredibly clean, well-equipped with lots of fluffy towels, extra waters and complimentary drinks in the fridge, very comfortable bed… basically everything you need and then some. Everywhere we went in the hotel, we had friendly staff saying hello, asking us if we need anything, just doing those perfect little customer service check-ins without being intrusive or pushy. Just friendly, respectful and kind. We even had, on two separate occasions, staff recognize us from the hotel our on the street, and they offered us directions and one even helped us cross a busy road without getting trampled lol. The breakfast buffet is amazing, tons of Asian, western and European choices, all high-quality and expertly prepared. If you stay in the Tower Club and get access to the Tower Lounge, it’s the best! From 6am - 6pm (with an hour break from 11-12) there’s tons of snacks, drinks, cocktails, desserts and more, all available for free. And the staff there are so accommodating, we watched as one gentleman took several couples out to the balcony area and did mini photo shoots with them, even directing their poses and getting down on his knees to get perfect angles! The pool and facilities here are great too. I honestly can’t say enough nice things about Lebua, it far exceeded my expectations and we will definitely stay here again! Congratulations and thank you to the entire Lebua team for making our stay so wonderful.

Private view from 58th floor balconies is totally breathtaking. Breakfast is simply amazing, food and service at cloub lounge is also amazing.

Let's be honest - rooms are a bit worn and there's lack of beer/alc in minibar (which is regular size fridge), but you can order it or buy it in 7/11 which is located less than 1min walking distance from the hotel.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed in Bangkok and at the Tower Club at Lebua. Great service, fantastic room with amazing views.
The staff have always been wonderful to us. Love this hotel and can't wait to return.

A perfect hotel with great service, large rooms, excellent value for the price

I think the reason why you book Lebua hotel is usually luxurious room and spendidly tower.
Of course that's true.
But personally, I think this is by far the biggest advantage: [The service of the staff]
In the meantime, I have experience of going to hotels in many places around the world. I've usually been to good hotels.
However, it was hard to find a place with as good service as this place.

In fact, the concierge member of the hotel who made me feel the most satisfied while staying at the hotel was a person named 'Hocky'.
If they also visit Tower Club at Lebua, I recommend them, and during their stay, they will be able to feel the best satisfaction.

Arrived at check and was met by lovely friendly staff.
They gave us an upgrade on one of our rooms to a 2 bed suite! Rooms are lovely and clean.
Breakfast wass impressive, lots of different food to choose from.
Checkout was very quick and efficient, and again the staff were very friendly.
Would definitely stay there again

LeBua Hotel has been at my heart ever since I had visited it over ten years ago. It is so opulent. It is so outlandish. It is so delicious & delectable. Balcony's views are truly priceless, bring your own best lenses for spectacular night photos from above 50th floor. And spare no money over mixed drinks at rooftop bars. They are truly worth the city's high-line background view.

What could not one love about LeBua Hotel? What a silly question. I loved everything about LeBua Hotel!
