The Deck by Arun Residence

Had a delicious lunch here with a beautiful view to back it up. The cashew chicken had the perfect mix of large chicken pieces and bright vegetables with a fantastic sauce. The cherry temple drink was pretty great too! Appreciate the staff letting us take photos from the upper deck even though they only open that level for dinner!

loved everything about this beautiful dining place with amazing view, we made reservation for my mom’s birthday and staff prepared free orange cake to us.. and let us have the most beautiful seat with view.. all dishes were fairly good! highly recommend this place for bang kok travelers

Came here specially for the sunset. Its beautiful, Service is good, best to be here as early as 5pm to get a good seat. Level 4 and rooftop has the best seats and views.

Food pricing is overpriced, but I would come here for photo taking.

The food is delicious with a pleasant atmosphere! Good for a date night or special occasion with family to enjoy the night view.

The location is really great, and roof really cosy.

The staff were really helpful and attentive.

Food was good. Special mention for the satay chicken, the peanut sauce was from other world. Papaya salad was great and the Chinese jujube sticky desert is one of the best one at the moment in our trip in Thailand!!

Total price a bit expensive but the views and food deserve it.

Nice . Very much costly. I spent nearly 600 bhatt for one plate rice noodles with shrimp or prawn something and one lemon juice . But marvellous scenario. I sat on the riverside.

I think I had the best sea food in the city with most incredible view. If you want to have a table for a dinner I would recommend to reserve a couple of days in advance

Personality, I kind of bias about touristy place with Thai test (for food) they never reach the word "authentic"

Surprisingly, this place reach this word. Thai food have real Thai test, fusion food also strong flavors, Italian pizza was real cheese and meat, dessert so rich with nice aroma, and drink, they can made me keep drinking 😋

4th floor for restaurant and 5th floor is the bar which serves alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.. the view was right in front of the majestic Wat Arun, price for drinks were still reasonable and service was superb n polite

Mind you that there’s no elevator, only stairs

Amazing view of Wat Arun. Great Thai food with a bit of Western fusion influence. The restaurant on the 3rd floor is very comfortable, super well decorated. Service is fair, prices as well. Great venue to impress visitors.

Nice food with nice view of the temple of dawn (Wat Arun) located riverside. No need for a reservation if you would like to grab some drinks, only walk-in accepted. However, if you come during the sunset, there might be a lot of traffic, especially during high season here.

Fantastic food and a beautiful view of Wat Arun. Service was amazing and our waitress was lovely and kept offering to take our photos too. Great atmosphere with a warm vibe and tasteful easy listening music playing. A wonderful evening all round! Also very child friendly!

Very easily accessible from the main road only about 50 meters from Wat Phra . The sitting area has a stunning view of Wat Arun quite busy river there but the view is spectacular ! Ordered a pizza , salmon and spring rolls the food was spot on absolutely well cooked and presented full of flavor . The star of the show was the strawberry magherita which had a corona submerged credit to the Barman for this one taste 10/10 and presentation 10/10 !
The cheesecake was a good finisher .
Good portions , well priced considering not many options with that kind of view
Service was good the waiter was always available through out our meal .

The best location. At the first sight, I said wow. The temple is very beautiful. Twilight time is the best. You will also enjoy delicious dinner. If you don’t like some spicy foods, don’t worry. You can choice some western food or something like that. I recommend “mango sticky rice” for dessert. I thought it’s not good, but I tried and now I love it.

A very famous restaurant in Bangkok riverside. Both tourists and locals go to The Deck and it’s almost always houseful. They serve great thai and western dishes. The restaurant is right beside the river. This was a old house, now turned into a restaurant that also has a rooftop bar. The views of the river and Wat Arun across the river is awesome. Wat Arun is situated directly across the river from this restaurant. Both daytime and nighttime views are great. Service was also good.

Was there without a booking but the staff were very accommodating and got us a good place after some waiting. The food is good and their cocktails are fantastic… the evening view is perfect

The Deck by Arun Residence is one of the best view of Wat Arun which was located opposite the restaurant. You can enjoy food and drinks 🍹 there are many delicious food and drinks 🍷You better make a reservation before go there just to make sure you will get the table as it have not many tables in the restaurant😋

The best view of Wat Arun in Bangkok can be seen from The Deck. It is a Thai restaurant but I love their salmon pizza. The staff are more than helpful. A true Thai hospitality.
