Swissotel Bangkok Ratchada

We enjoyed staying at the hotel. It is calm and the service is very very good. They make you feel at home.
The beds are clean and comfortable.
We used the metro so easily. It is 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
Plenty of shops and restaurants that you can walk to.
All the staff were very helpful especially JANJI she helped us to make reservations through the hotel to the elephant sanctuary plus a taxi that took and brought us back to the hotel.

Stay here for the first time. Hotel has good quality breakfast n room was clean and spacious. Location is good as it is close to the mrt. 5min walk from hotel. Near night market. Traffic can be challenging if you want to go by car during peak hours which is normal here in bkk.

I had a great time in SWISSOTEL, Chef Navin was very helpful and took care of me and my family. The indian food prepared by him was awesome. I will revisit this hotel for the outstanding services and hospitality.

Very nice hotel and service are amazing. The lobby bar is one of the best ever seen ! As you can see on my profile I traveled a lot and not easy to get 5 stars. This fully deserved!

Lobby : very big, good for waiting, and staff very friendly.
Location : near BTS. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Grab/taxi easy to call.

Rooms :
Spacious bedroom around 40 m² with 2 queen beds. Clean bathroom. All functions

Breakfast : very good. Many choices of main food and desserts.

The hotel people are extremely courteous and very helpful. For foreigners and even business travellers it's a good hotel for long-term stay. The hotel has a good variety of food and restaurants. The housekeeping makes you feel like home. The food service is very prompt and they customise as per your request. The location is convenient for business travellers.

This hotel has a very great location-- very near an MRT station, and everything that is genuinely Bangkok is just steps away-- food, Thai massages, all the works!!! The people in this hotel are so warm, the rooms are great and the food is excellent. Special shoutout to the staff at the lounge-- Somman, Mon and Nan for their kindness and hospitality. Will definitely be back. :-)

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are nice and the price is reasonable. The breakfast buffet and the holiday buffets that are offered on special occasions are top-notch. The restaurants in the hotel are great too. I've had great food at both the Japanese and Chinese restaurants and highly recommend them. There is an MRT station about twenty meters from the hotel. The staff is kind, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend staying and eating at the Swissotel while in Bangkok. We have always enjoyed it, and think that you will too!

Good location and near MRT. The facilities very well and nice buffet breakfast. The Japanese restaurant has delicious food and have live music everyday.

- The room is clean but the decoration is a bit old-fashioned. Some electric outlets do not work. The floor is mostly carpet.
- The service is good and helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Swissôtel Bangkok Ratchada with my mother from March 24th to March 30th, 2024. Here's my take on the experience:

1.The hotel's soundproofing is impressive, providing a serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
2.Throughout our stay, the staff, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, were consistently welcoming and professional.
3.Any issues we encountered were swiftly addressed by Kornwika Sukuman, the Front Office Manager, demonstrating excellent customer service.
4.The lifeguards at the pool were vigilant and ensured a safe swimming environment for all guests.
5.The hotel's proximity to the metro station was a huge convenience, allowing us to explore the city with ease and bypass the notorious Bangkok traffic.

Overall, I found the hotel to offer exceptional value for money. Despite minor hiccups, the warmth of the staff and the hotel's amenities made our stay truly enjoyable. I'm already looking forward to returning with my wife later this year!

The service of the executive lounge reception staff is very good, full of attention to service. The day we arrived at the hotel, the employees of the executive lounge were Khun Mon and Khun Pok Paek. Provide excellent service As for red wines, I recommend oakland red wines that are a mix of cabernet and merlot.

The hotel's ideal location, warm staff, diverse breakfast with plenty of halal options, all contribute to a remarkable experience. A special shoutout to Mr. Kenneth at the front desk for his exceptional assistance, adding a personalized touch to your stay.

Swiss executive lounge staff are the best!!! I travel with my old mom and she need a lot of help. Miss Sommon , swiss executive lounge is very very helpful and thoughtful, she handles my mom with great care . Suggest Soda and lemon for my mom indigestion. We really had a great time here. Quite old hotel but interior still ok and room was big and nice. The staff at the executive lounge was super friendly and nice. Less than 5 mins walk to BTS station. Japanese restaurant in the hotel lobby area was fantastic. Sashimi is super fresh and nice.

The hotel near Huai Kwang Station. Big hotel good Chinese food here. Also has Japanese buffet. I came for Christmas Eve dinner. It's good but not much. I love services here.

The people are friendly and professional. The restaurants are nice. The massages are excellent. It is a beautiful hotel.
