Diamond Residence Ratchada Hotel

Have repeatedly stayed in this hotel, it is great value, the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly! It is within walking distance to the train and is very close to a great market, I recommend staying here!

We are a group of teachers taking 8 rooms and stayed for 02 nights. Just checked out yesterday. Here are our compliments:
- Location: Excellent - near MRT, local markets (with millions kinds of local food with exactly local prices, no need to bargain or worry to be ripped off.
- Service: They are not professional the way 5-star hotels staff are, yet they are so helpful and friendly. That's all we need for our good time and the amount we paid. They are always there when you need them.
- Price: Can not be better! We travel with a tight budget which totally suits this place
- Cleanness: 5/5, no insects or such things as mentioned by other reviews

We stayed at this awesome hotel for a week. The staff are very friendly and courteous. The rooms are big enough especially the family room. The MRT station is walking distance and you can also request the hotel to bring you there via golf buggy. We slept well because of the quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended for families and groups. Get good deals if you book via Agoda. 😊

Location of Hotel is near residential area and it's a quiet place but it's near the main road. There a golf car provided by the hotel in case you want to eat in the nearest restaurant. Restaurants in the area are not that big but food are great

The staff is very lovely large room good location near MRT and markets everything you need but the wifi is so slow

Stayed here back in 2018, recently stayed here just to see if everything was the same. Was very satisfied with this hotel, staffs were free friendly and inviting. Surrounded by a local market with plenty of delicious and economical food. It doesn't get better than this. This is one of the best hotels in terms of value and location in Bangkok. They have a shuttle service to send you to nearby convenience stores & MRT. 17USD/night for everything u get, I love it.

If you need basic accomodation with clean room, hot water and air conditioning, you cant go wrong with this place! Great value for money!! The only cons you need to walk around 5-6 minutes from the nearest mrt to the alley where the hotel is. But they also have a shuttle to pick you up if needed. Nearby also have a lot of minimarket, food stall and even good foot massage. Very highly recommended if you have business in the area

Money for value, clean n tidy room , strategic location ,near food court n sutthisan MRT station. Buggy 24hr service to send u to nearby 7-11 .

Great value for money! Fantastic service, one of the nicest people around.. less than 10 mins walk to reach MRT.. cold AC, hot water.. the local food stalls around is to try!

I must say this is by far the best hotel i have stayed in. Though yes it is a 3 star hotel, but the hospitality there is way beyond 5 star. I travel all around the world and stayed in many high end hotel but i keep coming back to this hotel whenever i visit Bangkok. The staff has high situational awareness. From the cleaners to buggy shuttle driver to the concierge, they never once disappoint me. I always feel like I am home and loved.

Located near MRT station with delicious affordable local food within 5 mins walk away. The locals are friendly and extend as much help as they can when you are in trouble.

Basic amenities you have in the room but the service you get is way beyond that. Keep up the good work (:

Great location near market and train terminal. Great value and a very friendly staff. On-site parking. The room was clean and comfortable.

Nice and peaceful hotel. The room is nice and clean. Car park available and with golf cart pick up, it is convenient to the MRT station. I will come back again for sure. Very Recommended

For the price (700 Baht per night) you get a nice room with modern confort. You also get the inconvenient of most hotels in thailand (and often more expensive ones) : mattress quite hard, water not consensistently hot and some acceptable noise with aircon.

But believe me it's still a very nice place. 5mn walk from sutthisan subway station and a free golf cart service for the most lazy ones.

Concerning the surrounding area I disagree with other comments. It's a quite area yet with some activities (market, food stalls and such) and it didn't seem dangerous to me at night. Plus it's very quiet which for me who is a light sleeper is very important.

Overall if you know thailand and the defaults in most budget hotels (cited above) you can consider this hotel being really above the rest.

Walking distance to Suttisan MRT, lots of great food nearby from morning till night, hotel has a Golf cart to ferry people in and out. Gym is available and there's 2 washing machines and 1 dryer which you have to pay to use

Great Value! Newly Renovated Rooms - major facelift! In Southeast corner of Ratchadaphisek and Sutthisan Winitchai Rd on Udom Suk Alley (for taxi instructions). I wouldn't normally give a budget hotel five stars, but they really go above and beyond a there star hotel price. Clean and courteous, with Delicious restaurant/room service (0700-2100), and a small but complete gym. Massage, 7-11, and Food Courts nearby - hotel will take you locally on golf cart (morning to midnight). A real hidden gem! Quiet. Short walk to MRT Ekkami subway, so easy to get anywhere in the city by subway/skytrain mass transit... Someone commented negatively on the bathrooms, but they are fine - again, it's a three star hotel, that performs like a five - the showers are basic, but clean and fine. Standard room safe.

It's serene, peace and well facilitied. It has gym, cafe and carpark. Rooms are clean, shower with strong water supply. It is located near Shuttisan MRT station, with many local foods nearby.

Nice hospitality from hotel staffs. The hotel is walkable from Sutthisan MRT Station. There is also free pick-up to the station for hotel guests using a golf car.
