An hidden gem in Talad Noi Walk area... 200 years old Mansion converted in Scuba Academy.
Owner is very kind to describe you the history of the mansion. You need to pay for a drink if you want to take picture of the inside, which make sense and cheers you up from the hot weather!

An awesome cultural experience. Stepping into the courtyard is stepping into the past of Chinatown and with it the birth of Bangkok. It's also the home of X'plorers Beagles, the cutest bundles of joy. The best way to explore the largest Chinatown in the world. Stop by and enjoy some coffee or tea at the cafe there too.

Nice honey lemon tea and crispy brownie snacks. Staff brought upstairs for us. Service was excellent but atmosphere is what this place is about. So glad to see the history being preserved in this 239 year old mansion built on ancient Chinese palace architecture principles. Fans set all around the upstairs so you feel fresh while you absorb the history and beautiful woodwork of this place.

The atmosphere of this historical place was great. Like going back in time. We were lucky about the time because we arrived in a calm time. The coffee and smoothie were delicious. The service was fast and friendly. Next time We will come back.

A mansion with almost 239 yrs history, sitting inside is like sitting in a museum. You can feel free to take photos in the front or the first floor around the poor but have to buy a cup of drink or ice cream in order to get upstairs.... well, it’s totally worth it.

If like to visit the inside is possible, have to take at least one drink and chill in there with the unique vibe that come from this mansion. Worth it to make a visit and explore the around area.

A home is an old Chinese style near the Chao Praya River, built since the reign of Rama I.

There is a small cafe provided, teaching scuba diving and also being a breeder of Beagle dogs.

I accidentally went to this place when I finished visit a coffee shop nearby. If you want to go inside the mansion you need to pay for 50 Baht (you can redeem the ticket to drink based on the availability)
It’s very calming and quiet place to enjoy the moment with yourself or with your friends.

Walking along the streets leading up to here will greet you with some fine graffiti and an old Chinese temple, it will be worth it.

Lovely genuine mansion away from bustling downtown, for a relaxing moment. The way from the Marine pier to this place is also charming.
Note that a nice cheap drink per person is required to visit the place. Totally worth it!

A driving pool hidden in a old mansion dating more than 200years

I like the fact that they left every thing is the existing state. It gives more feel to the history of the place.

Some time walking down random streets works. Two older thai ladies, said you have to see as this is traditional Chinese house, no iron nails, many conversations later. Realize how special s place this is. Rescue football team from a cave? Check. Chatting with a new doctor, who wants to change the world. Check. Good tea, good conversation. Amazing experience. This place offered this and more. Visit and have a beverage

Just simple LOVE this place. Very old very unique. You must visit there if u interesting in old Bangkok.
