Been staying in different bangkok hotel and service apartments, I would have to say that this is definitely one of the best. Stone throw to WAT MONGKON station which lead to the 2 Jodd Fair night markets. Conveniently travel by taxi or bolt in 100-150baht to malls like Iconsiam and Terminal 21 etc.

But this is a place when your feel home. The place is clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly.

I loved every time I stayed at Old Thai Heng and have some amazing memories here. The staff are very kind and always happy to help. In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in the city, I couldn't recommend it more.

This Hotel was newly renovated and commenced business at 2021.
Everything were new, has separate dry WC n shower bath.
Location is not at heart of Chinatown but just few minutes walk! (Good for slow walking back to hotel after full loaded of food at Chinatown)
Owner was so nice and helped us to guide the Taxi to shelter area for us to embark on rainy day. I will come back here again! 👍

Absolutely lovely staff and a friendly & very helpful owner too! We had some lovely chats with him. We received warm welcomes every single time we saw them, and that makes all the difference.
The hotel is spacious and beautiful, and right next to Chinatown so the location was spot on.
I hope they continue to thrive and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you everyone at Old Thai Heng ❤

Very comfortable and lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It is in a very interesting and lively area with great transport links to the rest of Bangkok. The rooms and facilities are all extremely high quality and thoroughly clean - everything was so tidy and convenient. I had a great stay and recommend it without a doubt!!!

Really enjoyed staying at this quiet hotel in Bangkok's Chinatown.
The area is a little away from most touristy roads, which is a good thing - I got to experience fantastic street food and interact with the kind and hospitable locals. The staff and the owner Mr. Lek, are amazingly kind and helpful and even helped me find interesting places to visit and tour guides.

Such a great hotel with amazing staff. Beautifully decorated in Thai-Chinese design with modern flair. Super comfy beds hidden from the noise of the city with the bright lights of China Town only 5 minutes away. Highly recommend!

Loving this hotel, its clean , it's 3minutes away by foot from China Town. Every corner has food stalls, you gotta love this place 😀 ermm, room shower drainage is abit slow from the 2nd day of our stay. But all is well , we enjoyed our trip here. Helpful night shift worker(dream) .

Amazing hidden gem in Chinatown, friendliest staff and manager, with the best food/restaurant/bar area. You ask them for any advice and they'll always be super helpful and willing. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beautiful decor in traditional thai style of the hotel itself is spectacular. Highly recommend to stay here as a solo traveller (the members speak very good English) or even as a family! It's also just 3 mins walk to Wat Mangkok Metro station. I will definitely comeback here when in Thailand again.

A sparkling gem in the heart of old Chinatown, this is my new home away from home. Brand new with tasteful decor appropriate for this historic neighborhood, the rooms are immaculate and large. The extraordinarily friendly and helpful owners and staff provided wonderful recommendations for sightseeing. All public transport options are steps away, including MRT blue line subway which can quickly and comfortably connect you anywhere in the greater Bangkok area. Downtown shopping and attractions are a short ride away, as are the gorgeous, must-see temples along the Chao Praya river. Within a few blocks you'll find hundreds of shops, restaurants, and beautiful temples from centuries past, as well as access to riverboat ferries and tours. The signage in the neighborhood is incredible..you get a history lesson on almost every block. This was a real find...a quiet clean resting spot in the midst of the exciting hustle and bustle of Bangkok's most famous and fascinating neighborhood.

Old Thai Heng Hotel is conveniently located close 2 t Wat Mangkorn MRT Station n a 5 min walk 2 Yaowarat, t dining haven in BKK.
It is clean, spacious n comfortable. The restaurant serves delicious Thai/western cuisine. The staff are courteous n friendly n t owners r so approachable n helpful u might mistake t owner Lek 2 b a humble member of t staff.
It is a home away from home n I would definitely recommend it 2 my friends in Singapore.

I really enjoyed my 9 night stay here. It is close to great street food in China Town and the old Bangkok Station for inter city train rides, which allowed for me to go to Ayutthaya and Lopburi on day trips before leaving for Chiang Mai. If you want to party on Khao San Rd it is not the place for you though, given the location and reception only being open 7.30-10.00. If you have an alternative reason for leaving early or late (Bangkok marathon in my case) they are happy to accommodate it. Aside from that, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay with clean rooms, comfy beds and nice bathrooms.

The owner and staff are the most friendly. This is my first time in since the Covid-19 pandemic, and thank you for all your help, including PCR testing.
The location is the best and the hotel is perfect.

This is definitely the most recommended hotel in Bangkok.
