I bought a Lady Dior bag along with a matching mitzah and had an excellent experience, thanks to Pajuk. He was incredibly patient and helpful, especially when I encountered issues with my U.S. credit card. Pajuk guided me through the process and resolved the problem with great patience. ร้านเสื้อผ้าแบรนด์ดังระดับโลก

This is a very big shopping mall with all the brand names on one floor. There are also many other shops worth visiting. There are bathrooms on every floor, some with an automatic flush. The areas are nice and clean. Outside by the riverside, you can take a ferry to the other side of the river. You can also rent a boat a take a sightseeing trip on the river, here you really can see how the local people live.

They were so unfriendly, they didn’t let me to touch anything or take a picture, although there is some other client that gave her the bag to check it and tried it!!
I was looking for a new bag and sunglasses but after their attitude i just go out

The wprost shop in The world… the female employee wouldn't let us in and asked us to look for things we want on her phone. it's a nightmare ... Well, such service is simply a revelation ... embarrassment !!!

The service is really terrible, i believed that they do not need customer. Their attitude is so bad. Do not recommend to come to this store.

wow worst sa, he seems like didn't care about selling anything. the sa just wanted you to get out of the boutique asap!

這間非常不推薦，不友善也沒有所謂待客之道，準備進去看皮夾和包，門口站著兩位SA一男一女，其中女SA直接問我們有沒有想要的款式或圖片，跟審什麼一樣，好像沒有想要的款式不給進，我回不用了，謝謝。
女生SA一臉不爽的擺著手，呵呵

ไม่แปลกใจที่ได้คะแนนเท่านี้ พนักงานขายควรได้รับการอบรมมารยาท พนักงาผู้หญิงมีอายุผมยาวเปิดประตูแบบไม่เต็มใจ SA ผู้หญิงตัวเตี้ยอายุไม่มาก ผมยาว ตอบห้วน ไม่ให้รายละเอียดสินค้า พูดตัดบท เลยเดินไปถอย GUCCI บริการเลิศ มาขายสินค้ายังไม่รู้เลยว่าลูกค้าต้องการอะไร และควรตอบอย่างไร น่าสงสารจริงๆ มีพนักงานไม่ได้เรื่อง ที่แพงคือสินค้า ไม่ใช่พนักงานขาย Not recommend.

sa ไม่แนะนำสินค้า พอถามก็แนะนำส่งๆ เหมือนไม่อยากขาย พี่พนักงานที่ตัวเล็กๆ พูดจาไม่น่ารักเลย ตามหาสีนู้ด พี่เค้าบอก “ถ้าไม่สวยจิง ใช้ไม่ได้นะคะ” กับ “เหมาะกับฝรั่งมากกว่า” ย้ำอยู่หลายครั้งมาก เสียความรู้สึกมากค่ะ รบกวนปรับปรุงตรงนี้ด้วย ส่วนพนักงานคนอื่นเรียกก็เมิน พอเรียกซ้ำก็บอกให้ไปหาอีกคน

บอกได้คำเดียวว่า SA บริการติดลบ -100 เลยแย่แบบสุดๆ

ถ้ามี 0 ดาวก็คงกดไปแล้วค่ะ

การเคลมใช้ระยะเวลาในการดำเนินการช้ามากๆ
ทั้งๆที่เป็นเพียงการส่งข้อความไปยังต่างประเทศเท่านั้น

ไม่ได้มีการส่งสินค้า เพื่อให้ทางประเทศประเมินใดๆทั้งสิ้น

แต่กลับใช้เวลาถึง 2 เดือน ในการรอตอบกลับ

และไม่ได้มีการแจ้งกลับใดๆ หรืออัพเดทเลยที่ล่าช้า

ทางเราต้องเป็นคนติดตามเอง ทั้งๆที่ทางหน้าชอปแจ้งแต่แรกว่าใช้ระยะเพียง 1 เดือนเท่านั้น

ทางเรามีการตามไปถึง 3 ครั้ง
1. หน้าชอป หลังจากเคลม 1 เดือน พนักงานแจ้งเพียงแค่ว่า รอติดต่อกลับ (แต่ก็ไม่มีการตอบกลับ จนเราตามเอง)
2.ติดต่อทางสาขาหลังจากเคลม 1.5เดือน
3.ติดต่อกับทาง SA แต่ก็ต้องตามเองอยู่ดี

สรุปสุดท้ายเคลมไม่ได้ (แป้นต่างหูหลวม เคลมได้เฉพาะเพชรหลุดเท่านั้น) ไม่ได้ติดเรื่องเคลม

แต่ไม่ชอบการบริการล่าช้า และไม่มีการติดตามงานใดๆเลย

หลังจากคอมเพลน ทางสาขา มีเพียงขอโทษเท่านั้น
ก่อนคอมเพลนแจ้งว่าไม่มีแป้นต่างหูจำหน่าย
หลังคอมเพลยแจ้งว่า มีจำหน่าย

เราได้ทำการส่งเมล์ไปร้องเรียนทาง hongkong โดยตรง
หลังจากนั้นผ่านไป 2 วัน
ทางสาขาแจ้งว่า จะเปลี่ยนสินค้าให้ใหม่

และแจ้งว่า เป็นเพราะก้านต่างหูเราผอมกว่าปกติ เลยทำให้แป้นหลวม…(แล้วก่อนหน้านี้คือ?)

เรารู้สึกถึงความไม่ชัดเจน ในการบริการหลังการขายอย่างมาก ดูปัดความรับผิดชอบ ล่าช้า ไม่เหมาะสมกับการเป็น luxury brand เลยค่ะ
