Super nice view and design. We had dinner on the outside balcony and enjoyed every part of it. The food is traditionally cooked and the service super professional and polite (they all speak a perfect English). Will definitely come back next time in Ayutthaya

The staff is friendly and provides good service. Many of them can speak in good English.

The restaurant has a good view of the river. There are air conditioning sections and non air con one. Both are good. You also can go up a small roof top to have a full view of the river. Dinner time sitting next to the river would be a good choice.

The big head prawns we ordered were cheap and delicious. So as the rest of the dishes.

Can give a try if passing by Ayutthaya!

Michelin guided me to Baan Pomphet. A right direction this time round. Small by the river restaurant with great view of the river and some great Thai dishes. Must try the grilled prawns and the red curry sheat fish. Simply awesome.

I stop by this place for coffee. Good cafe with river view, coffee is good but price is a little bit high, Latte 160B. Recommend to go in evening / early morning so it’s not too hot so you can sit next to the river and enjoy the moment.

Beautifully designed space with spacious room and view of the Chao Phraya River. Good location minutes away from most of popular attractions.

First time to this restaurant, closed ti Pom Phet in Ayudhaya. Very kind service with 3 dinning zone indoor, rooftop and ground floor closed to the river(suggest this one). Food is ok, not too spicy and can to eat both Thai and Forienger. Pricing near to Bangkok restaurant price.

Nice and cozy boutique hotel with 8 rooms well designed. Breakfast is served in front of the room so you can enjoy panoramic river view. On top of that private dinner area is reserved for guests who stay in the hotel and foods are well prepared and tasty.

We both stayed and ate at the restaurant and they did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious and clean, with considered products that smelled wonderful. The breakfast was a feast - opt for the Thai porridge, you won't regret it. Also, it's a boutique hotel so there are only so many rooms/guests, which is always nice. The restaurant was phenomenal. The grilled shrimp was 5* but it was the crab with egg that took our breath away. The service was also impeccable. The staff were accommodating and helpful and made our stay in Ayutthaya that much more enjoyable. It's not the cheapest place to stay/eat at but you definitely get what you pay for.

We visited the restaurant. It’s quite a shame we couldn’t sit outside as it was raining. The staffs were very nice. The atmosphere was lovely and the foods were delicious! My fav. dishes were Tomyumkung and river prawn. Highly recommend!

Nice ambience and river view from this place. Very instagrammable as well if you are into photo taking.

Food and drinks were amazing, service is also good.

Recommend you to check weather forecast and if weather is good go for the table nearest to the river. Dusk is a very nice time to enjoy the river and the pretty dusk sky.

Price is on the pricier end, but quality is good.

Recommend the river prawn and Tom Yum chicken soup.

Charmer on Chao Phraya!

This boutique charmer of a hotel is a welcome break and refreshing addition to this ancient town which was devoid of any kind of fancy accommodations a few years back. A Chic hotel with the right levels of luxury and hospitality. The perfect place to immerse in some serene tranquility by a calm river that flows by next to it!

LOCATION: Just a few minutes away from all the key points of interest and located on the banks of the legendary Chao Phraya river

DINE + DRINK: Lovely bar & bistro with a spectacular terrace setting that comes loaded with million dollar views. A great place for a sundowner as well as a chilled out meal!

ROOM: We stayed in Room 8, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Lovely views of the river from the sit out/balcony attached to the room from one end and of the fortress from the other windows in the room ; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Excellent spa quality cosmetics

FACILITIES: No Gym on site, but they do have a cute little pool with views of the river

SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special shout out to BOY at the restaurant who took care of us during dinner as well as Breakfast and attended to all special dietary needs

HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high-speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages

Great boutique hotel on the river with nice room and fantastic menu.

Highly recommend! A beautiful modern restaurant in a perfect location. An interesting menu of modified Thai dishes. High quality with great taste! The service is attentive and friendly, the prices are reasonable. For me the best restaurant in Ayutthaya so far!

The room is nice except that there is no seldom to second floor.. so if it rains, and you have luggage with u, your luggage will be drenched.. The breakfast and room is good, so no complaints. Grab may not have the address not sure why either.. Perhaps, before you go, u may want find out from them what address to indicate.

Not many over design restaurant serve good food. Baan Pomphet is an exceptional for this. Well selected ingredients with good attention on cooking. Well presented and good taste. The portion of the dish is appropriate with the price. Sofa seat may not comfortable, but we can forget it with the river view and service.River front was well done. Architecture is a bit too challenging.

Nicely designed and built Bann honouring the Ayutthaya ancient architecture and providing a marvellous spot for meeting, dining and lodging along the main river. Great food at a great place!

Beautiful and photogenic hotel decorated in modern contemporary style. The entrance is decorated with brick walls which blends in well with Ayuttaya ruins and is a great photo spot. Lighting is the best in the late afternoon e.g.4pm. The restaurant by the river was breezy in the afternoon despite summer month and has an amazing sunset view. We watched the sun go down and different boats drifting by. There is also an indoor seating area. The food was good but price may be a bit on the high side. Staff was service minded.

Since we had dinner at Baan Ta Koh Rai, so we came here for dessert and cocktails. The eatery is recently added to Michelin guide as well.We loved all the desserts we ordered (highly recommend). Another good venue to catch sunset. For cocktail and wine price lists, I think the price is reasonable (cocktail costs less than 300 baht per glass and a bottle of wine starts with 1200 baht).
